I've been contemplating updating my worker pack for ages, the biggest problem I have is the amount of workers to recut. Because of this my logic is if I'm going to do it I want to do it in a way that could be more useful than just my one mod, a pack that you could use for any mod/game and it would work. What I'm thinking is working to a simple style similar to the organic packs, using the original or on a plan white background for PNG's, as well as not adding a border, as well as having a PNG transparant version, along with a GIF style version, all with the same images, so that it covers all the bases. The main question I have is what would be the best dimentions to cover all bases, I know TEW is 150px and Promotion Wars is having 200px, I've been told PWS is 500px, so I was thinking somewhere between 200px and 500px that would allow a grace area for older images which might be too small, so I've currently been looking at 300px, with an outcome like this. Thoughts and ideas?

300x300 would work as several of the new booking games have a feature for scaling 1:1 into the selected size. There will still be support for 150x150. One of the discussed new sizes is 200x250.
JanS have put a lot of hours into the massive Wrestling HQ PNG picture collection that can be used for making cuts.

There might be a similar function like this. So that the player just selects 150x150, 200x200 or 200x250 and the actual game fix the picture.
