WWE No Mercy 03.10.2004
East Rutherford, NJ
1. WWE Tag Titles: Billy Kidman & Paul London (w/ Torrie Wilson) def. The Dudley Boyz (c) (11 mins) The feud of the Dudleyz and the cruiserweight division has now been a thing for several months, so Kidman and London finally have a chance on PPV after a good run as a tag team so far. Dudleyz were pretty much taken off TV around this time, but with the fresh turn heel and the shape of the division I can still use them. London upsets D-Von with a roll up to block the 3D and the unexpected title change takes place
2. Mark Jindrak (w/ Dawn Marie) def. Charlie Haas (w/ Jackie Gayda) (7 mins) Mark Jindrak and Rene Dupree, now called The Stallions, are a team and managed by Dawn Marie. Their issues with Charlie Haas and Hardcore Holly continue, but the babyfaces teach Dupree a lesson hitting him with a chairshot to get him off TV for a few weeks with an injury. Their series of matches are starting to get a bit of heat, here Dawn interferes and Jidnrak wins with the mark of excellence
3. WWE Cruiserweight Title: Rey Mysterio def. Spike Dudley (c) (8 mins) Spike is on his brothers' side and now really pressured, because they just lost the Tag Titles and he doesn't want to lose his belt too. Mysterio is at the forefront of the division and is determined to get the title back, after losing it in controversial way at the beginning of the year. They go all out, The Dudleyz are stopped at ringside by London and Kidman, so Mysterio is free to finish Spike with the 619 and regain the title
4. Steel Cage Match: The Undertaker def. JBL (13 mins) JBL wants Taker out of his life, but after poking the bear he can't get rid of him and his scary mind games. Booker T also tells JBL that he's by himself once JBL offers Booker money to replace him in this match and Booker refuses, as he's intimidated by the Deadman. JBL actually beats Taker down in the go home Smackdown to show his strength, but Taker is too much stronger than him and wins the steel cage match after the usual tombstone
5. Booker T def. Hardcore Holly (7 mins) No big angle here, the match gets booked once Hardcore Holly, ashamed for Booker's refusal to fight Taker, insults him saying that the whole locker room would jump for that chance. Booker ambushes Holly for his remarks and so they have the chance to fight here. Booker dominates the match and wins with the scissor kick, but the lights go out and Taker appears on the stage, telling Booker that their feud is not over yet
6. Kurt Angle def. The Big Show by DQ (6 mins)
Big Show returns on Smackdown in September, blaming Angle for his suspension when Angle says that it was Eddie's fault. Eddie sides with Show and sets him against Angle, reminding him all the bad effects of Angle on his career. Angle tries to outwrestle Show here, but Show is impressive and seems really in great shape. Angle uses a chair when the referee is down, but Show breaks the chair and then chokeslams Angle on the announcers' table for the DQ
7. WWE US Title: Carlito def. John Cena (c) (12 mins) Carlito debuts on Smackdown and is really disrespectful to a few legends, so Cena rescues them and accuses Carlito of not being welcome on Smackdown for his behaviour, especially as a second generation wrestler. Carlito gets a few wins and so challenges Cena, seeming a good competitor but still not on Cena's level. However, Carlito punches Cena with his chain and pins him shockingly to win the US Title. Not 100% a fan of this title change, but it shakes things up a bit
8. WWE Title: Eddie Guerrero (c) def. Rob Van Dam (16 mins) The match makes both Eddie and RVD happy, as they are friends and looking forward to it. They still trade smart comments to make fun of each other like in their 2002 feud, but are mostly correct and so the match goes the same way as well. After cheating at Summer Slam, Eddie is upset when a commentator points it out and promised the cleanest match, which is what happens. However, when RVD seems to be on top Eddie low blows him and then finishes him with the frog splash. Eddie celebrates, but the crowd doesn't seem too happy

Taboo Tuesday is next, I can't fix polls and votes so it's just a normal PPV on my watch
WWE Taboo Tuesday 19.10.2004 Milwaukee, WI
1. WWE IC Title: Christian (w/ Tyson Tomko and Trish Stratus) def. Shelton Benjamin (c) (14 mins) Christian wins a title shot and right away tries to get an advantage over Benjamin thanks to having 2 people in his corner, but Benjamin seems on a roll lately and also Trish seems to admire him, which gets Christian really upset. Tomko is decisive and his run in makes Christian get the pinfall on Christian after a dirty roll up, winning the IC Title
2. Kane def. Snitsky by DQ (4 mins)
I am avoiding the whole pregnancy angle with Lita, but to be fair there are not that many opponents available for Kane at the moment and I can't really avoid this feud. The simple story sees Snitsky wanting to make a name for himself at Kane's expenses, they have a furious brawl and Snitsky uses a chain so he gets disqualified
3. WWE Hardcore Title: Rhyno (c) def. Stevie Richards (w/ Victoria) (7 mins) Rhyno is again really dominant and willing to retain the Hardcore title, even though Richards has a lot of ECW experience and wants to try his luck here. They don't go for long, keeping this short and sweet hopefully. Maven interfere to attack Richards and Rhyno gores the opponent to retain the title
4. Edge def. Chris Benoit (15 mins) Edge, after months of ambiguous behaviour, fully turns heel on Benoit when Benoit tells him that he's disappointed by the lack of support received by Edge in the feud against Evolution. The former two friends have a long feud ahead of them and so this is just a juicy preview between them. Edge counters the crossface into a roll up and holds Benoit's costume down to steal the 3 count
5. Batista def. Chris Jericho (9 mins) Jericho is still feuding with Evolution and this time they send out Batista to try and teach Y2J a lesson once and for all. Jericho makes fun of Batista for being just a bodyguard, but Batista has made a lot of progresses in the ring and shows them here. After Ric Flair interferes, Batista picks up Jericho for the batista bomb and pins him for an upset
6. WWE World Tag Titles: William Regal & Tajiri (w/ Christy Hemme) def. La Resistance (c) (w/ Gail Kim) and Super Heroes In Training (10 mins) Three teams involved here to shake things up a bit. La Resistance are outnumbered by the amount of babyfaces in the ring, but the other teams all want to win and so things get quite chaotic in the ring. Rosey misses a splash on Tajiri and Regal takes advantage of it, submitting Grenier to the regal stregth to regain the belts
7. Ric Flair def. Shawn Michaels (12 mins) Michaels wasn't at his 100% here due to a knee injury, so he needs a short match and good opponent to deliver a good match. His feud with Evolution continues and he blames HHH and Flair for what done with Orton (see below), so things get more tense. Batista interferes and HBK superkicks him, so Flair surprises with a low blow and a roll up to win the match
8. WWE World Title: Triple H def. Randy Orton (c) (w/ Stacy Keibler) (15 mins) Orton leaves Evolution when he stops a beating on Benoit, as he respect the Canadian after their feud, so Evolution beats Orton down as well. Orton and HHH go to war quickly and HHH accuses Orton of being an ingrate as he made him who he is today. Orton shows all of his skills, but Flair and Batista threaten Stacy ringside and they distract Orton, so HHH finishes him with the pedigree and wins the belt back

WWE Survivor Series 14.11.2004 Cleveland, OH
1. The Dudley Boyz, Mark Jindrak & Rene Dupree (w/ Dawn Marie and Spike Dudley) def. Hardcore Holly, Charlie Haas, Billy Kidman & Akio (sub. for Paul London) (w/ Jackie Gayda and Torrie Wilson) (15 mins) Smackdown's tag division is in a little better state than Raw's and so they get the opener here. As per an angle, London gets injured by the Dudleyz a few weeks before the PPV and so Akio replaces him here. We have Dudz vs. London/Kidman and Stallions vs. Holly/Haas feuds both colliding here, so the heat should be decent. Kidman pins D-Von, but he's exhausted after the shooting star press and Bubba hits him with the bubba bomb to win
2. WWE Hardcore Title: Rhyno (c) def. Maven (8 mins) After months of build, Maven finally gets his title shot and Rhyno is so eager that brings a singapore cane to the ring himself to finish his opponent. I have never loved Maven, but in the hardcore pupil role of Dreamer he could have done okish maybe, but Dreamer left and Maven himself won't be here for long either... Maven snaps out and finally hits Rhyno with the cane, but Rhyno comes back with a gore and pins Maven to retain
3. The Undertaker, The Big Show, Rob Van Dam & Rey Mysterio def. Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, Booker T & JBL (22 mins) Eddie has officially turned heel after attacking both Mysterio and RVD, admitting of being obsessed with the WWE Title and capable of doing all he can to keep it. He also got Show to injury Angle by attacking Show from behind. JBL, Angle and Booker, former Eddie's enemies and challengers during his reign, don't like him for what he did but respect him sharing their methods, while the babyfaces are mad about it. Taker is aiming at JBL and especially Booker, Show is feuding with Angle and Eddie, Mysterio is so disappointed at Eddie and RVD wants another title shot after No Mercy... so lot to unpack. Eddie runs away from the ring when they all chase him, while also Angle and Show got counted out after an angle slam on the commentary table. Taker wins as the sole survivor by pinning JBL after the tombstone, while a scared Booker watches it
4. Shelton Benjamin, William Regal, Tajiri & Hurricane (w/ Rosey and Christy Hemme) def. Christian, La Resistance & Stevie Richards (w/ Trish Stratus, Victoria and Tyson Tomko) (13 mins) Mixing the Tag Team and the IC Title scene here to put on a match and the roster isn't the best at the moment. When Christian gets involved, Rosey accepts to be just on the babyfaces' corner for this one as Benjamin wants revenge on the new IC champion. Tomko is protected and doesn't wrestle, Richards does as he was at least decent in the ring. Quick sets of eliminations to keep the match interesting, Tomko's interference is botched this time and Benjamin survives by pinning Christian with the t-bone suplex
5. WWE US Title No Disqualification Match: John Cena def. Carlito (c) (14 mins) Cena needs to step away from the US Title scene as he will soon be needed somewhere else, so I did like him losing to the debuting Carlito and his potential... but Carlito gets injured himself here and so I need a Plan B. No stabbing storyline of course, but here we seen a disrespected Cena being mean and revengeful on his opponent in a way he never did before. Cena gets his chain back and uses it to punch Carlito to pin him and regain the US Title
6. Randy Orton, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho & Shawn Michaels (w/ Stacy Keibler) def. Triple H, Edge, Batista & Ric Flair (w/ Lita) (25 mins) Orton and Benoit have now mutual respect and so they side together against Evolution, Jericho sides with his friend Benoit and so does HBK, who's tired of Evolution and feuding with all of them for years. HHH, Flair and Batista try to defend the World Title, even though Batista isn't happy about the treatment Orton received and wonders what happens if he wins the title himself, plus Edge is there aiming both at the title but also feuding with Benoit and Jericho for months. Batista is kept strong and eliminates both Jericho and Benoit (after a low blow from Edge), but then Orton beats him with the RKO. Edge and HHH don't coexist and they argue, which leads to Orton pinning HBK with the RKO and surviving along with Michaels to win the match for his team

WWE Armageddon 12.12.2004 Duluth, GE
1. WWE World Tag Titles Tables Match vs. Career: The Dudley Boyz def. Billy Kidman & Paul London (c) (w/ Torrie Wilson) (11 mins) It's the blowoff, the Dudleyz put their careers on the line but get to chose the type of match. The babyfaces are splitting soon anyway, the 3D crashes London on a table for the title change
2. Spike Dudley def. Nunzio (7 mins) Little undercard match that should be decent, Spike still has some heat and goes over here so he can pass it to someone else
3. WWE Cruiserweight Title: Chavo Guerrero def. Akio and Rey Mysterio (c) (12 mins) By the end of 2004, Mysterio is ready to get out of the cruiserweight division and get a bigger push. Chavo makes a good champion here and wins the belt by pinning Akio, stealing the pin to Mysterio after the 619
4. Last Man Standing Match: Booker T def. The Undertaker (14 mins) Taker wants to beat Booker once and for all, but this is a tough and dangerous match for him. They fight hard until a double KO spot and Booker gets up at 9 thanks to leaning on the referee, while Taker can't get up on time
5. Mark Jindrak & Rene Dupree (w/ Dawn Marie) def. Charlie Haas & Hardcore Holly (w/ Jackie Gayda) (8 mins) After months on singles feud, they finally meat as a tag match and with the girls at ringside. Jindrak steals the pin on Holly with a dirty roll up
6. WWE US Title: JBL def. John Cena (c) (10 mins) As Carlito is out, Cena needs to drop this belt for good and JBL is a decent choice, as he shouldn't go near the WWE Title. Cena dominates, but JBL goes low and finishes him with his clothesline from hell
7. #1 Contender: The Big Show def. Kurt Angle (5 mins) Grudge match and they are both determined to win. Angle assaults Show for a few minutes on his legs before the official off, but Show gets back after the bell rings. Show counters the ankle lock and chokeslams Angle to win
8. WWE Title TLC Match: Eddie Guerrero (c) def. Rob Van Dam (17 mins) Their ladder match from 2002 can only be topped with a TLC match. RVD is still offended by Eddie's turn and his obsession over the belt. Eddie is so manipulative and cautios, RVD misses the five star off a ladder and Eddie takes advantage by grabbing the belt to retain

WWE New Years Revolution 09.01.2005 San Juan, Puerto Rico
1. WWE IC Title: Shelton Benjamin def. Christian (c) (w/ Tyson Tomko and Trish Stratus) by DQ (15 mins) Benjamin gets his rematch and seems more determined than ever, showing to be driven and reckless with his moves. Tomko causes Christian's DQ, so Christian keeps the title and Trish is not impressed
2. Muhammad Hassan (w/ Daivari) def. Eugene (5 mins) Hassan debuts with the same character and gets quickly over, here he squashes the poor Eugene 3. WWE Hardcore Tables Match: Rhyno (c) def. Maven (7 mins) A last chance for Maven, who's soon to become quite irrelevant. Again, Maven does the best he can but Rhyno's gore is too strong and smashes him for the win
4. WWE World Tag Titles: Willliam Regal & Tajiri (c) (w/ Christy Hemme) def. Super Heroes In Training (10 mins) This can start as a comedy match between 2 babyface teams and then get to a decent bout, as most competitors are good in the ring. Tajiri pins Hurricane after the buzzsaw kick
5. Kane def. Snitsky (7 mins) Blowoff, again nothing great but a way to give Kane some momentum and turn him face. Kane wins with the chokeslam
6. Respect Match: Shawn Michaels def. Ric Flair (13 mins) Another blowoff here and a good match hopefully. Michaels wants Flair's respect and he's really motivated, he goes over with the sweet chiun music. Flair is forced to shake his hand
7. WWE World Title Elimination Chamber: Triple H (c) (w/ Ric Flair) def. Batista, Edge, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho and Randy Orton (w/ Stacy Keibler) (35 mins) This was a great main event and perfectly booked, so I'm keeping everything except Edge's elimination, as in my version Benoit pins him: the Canadians start, HHH suffers until Batista cleans the house eliminating the Canadians, HHH doesn't help Batista and Orton eliminates him, then Batista helps HHH against Orton

WWE Royal Rumble 30.01.2005 Fresno, CA
1. Casket Match: The Undertaker def. Booker T (13 mins) It's the blowoff of their feud, as Booker doesn't have a place to run anymore and gets locked into a casket after fighting with all he had. It's good to have a decisive match on a PPV like this and also a way to keep the Deadman out of the Rumble as he won't win it
2. Muhammad Hassan (w/ Daivari) def. The Hurricane (w/ Rosey) (6 mins) Hassan loses a qualifier match for the Rumble, but it's a triple threat and he doesn't get pinned so he starts his anti USA campaign, as he thinks that the WWE is discriminating him due to his roots. Hassan easily beats Hurricane here and stays undefeated
3. WWE Title: Eddie Guerrero (c) def. The Big Show (11 mins) Show finally gets his hands on Eddie after Eddie caused his suspension (the Kurt Angle incident from last April, on hindsight Eddie was already heel). Show wants the title, but he especially wants to hurt Eddie and take what he most loves away from him. Eddie retains with a super dirty roll up and Show is furious
4. WWE World Title: Triple H (c) (w/ Ric Flair) def. Randy Orton (w/ Stacy Keibler) (14 mins) The reasons why I'm keeping all of this as it was is that it gave us a heel and more interesting Orton, plus a good angle with the super over Batista. Here HHH is by himself, as Batista only wants to get ready for the Rumble, and struggles big time, but Orton suffers from a concussion and HHH manages to hit the pedigree to retain the title
5. Royal Rumble Match: Batista wins by last eliminating John Cena (63 mins) RAW: Batista, Benoit, Jericho, Christian, Edge, Venis, Dean, Kane, Maven, Tajiri, Regal, Rhyno, Flair, HBK, Benjamin). Smackdown: Danny, Spike, Akio, Haas, Doug, Scotty, London, Chavo, Jindrak, Holly, JBL, Cena, Angle, Mysterio, Dupree). Benoit and Jericho are #1 and #2 and last really long, Edge eliminates both of them after cheating and continues his feud with both. JBL bullies Mysterio, but Rey Rey eliminates with help from Cena. I'm also keeping the great HBK/Angle segment as it really happened. Batista dominates as soon as he comes in, but then Flair tries to eliminate him from behind. Batista is furious, but can't act as Cena throws Flair out. Final four: #5 Edge, #12 Mysterio, #22 Batista and #26 Cena. Cena and Batista are the last two and, even though it was a botch, I'm also keeping the draw and restart (with Vince blowing his quads too lol). Batista wins and goes to 'Mania

WWE No Way Out 20.02.2005 Pittsburgh, PA
1. WWE Cruiserweight Title: Chavo Guerrero (c) def. Billy Kidman (w/ Torrie Wilson) and Paul London (15 mins) The relationship between Kidman and London is getting worse since losing the tag titles, Kidman feels like London doesn't follow his leadership and starts to bully him, which makes Torrie uncomfortable as well. Chavo uses this to his advantage and retains the title here when he pins London with a roll up
2. Akio def. Spike Dudley (7 mins) Spike's run at the top of the division is over and he's ready to pass the heat to Akio, who at the time was really at his peak and now a familiar face for the fans. Akio stuns the crowd with his athletic moves and pins the former champion clean
3. WWE World Tag Titles: The Dudley Boyz (c) def. Charlie Haas & Hardcore Holly (w/ Jackie Gayda) and Mark Jindrak & Rene Dupree (w/ Dawn Marie) (9 mins) Haas and Holly get a title shot on Smackdown, but the match is ruined by The Stallions, who want a title match themselves. Teddy Long makes a three way, much to the Dudleyz's disappointment. Holly has Jindrak beaten after the alabama slam, but D-Von steals the pin to retain
4. WWE US Title: Rey Mysterio def. JBL (c) by dq (10 mins) JBL has been targeting Mysterio and inviting him to go back to Mexico, like he did with Eddie, but Rey Rey won't be bullied. JBL is mad because he can't control Mysterio's quick offense and almost gets beaten a few times, so he decided to get disqualified to keep the title
5. The Undertaker def. Matt Morgan (5 mins) After ending his feud with Booker T, Taker starts an angle with Randy Orton (more in the next post, of course) but here he faces Morgan, who debuted a couple months earlier and is still undefeated. Morgan won't have much luck in the WWE, so Taker wins easy here and goes over with the tombstone
6. #1 Contender: John Cena def. Kurt Angle (17 mins) By far the best match they ever had and I am keeping it, as it gave Cena even more credibility. I'd do the angle of a Kurt Angle so paranoid about a Shawn Michaels run in (more in the next post, again) to get distracted even if HBK is not there. Cena goes over with the F-U and goes to 'Mania
7. WWE Title Steel Cage Match: Eddie Guerrero (c) def. The Big Show (13 mins) I liked the angle of Show cornering his opponent in a cage match but 1) I don't need barbed wire 2) Eddie is 10 times better than JBL. Show just beats the hell out of Eddie, also crushing the ring with a chokeslam from the top rope, but Eddie crawls from under the ring and escapes to retain

I liked the character, but I don't feel like he had business being WWE champion for a year
Plus, Eddie turning heel while being WWE champion due to his obsession with the belt has always been a dream booking scenario for me. He was raised in his business, surrounded by a legendary father and family, never able to fill their shoes, always stopped by the politics. He starts cheating all of a sudden and not only things go great, but the fans actually start loving him. Eddie never turned face anyway in hindsight... he was cheating the whole time. He fought his whole life to be on top and he's ready to do anything he can to keep the title around his waist

WWE WrestleMania 21 03.04.2005 Los Angeles, CA
A. WWE World Tag Titles: Charlie Haas & Hardcore Holly (w/ Jackie Gayda) def. The Dudley Boyz (c) (6 mins) The Dudleyz are on their way out, their contracts actually expired later in the year, but I agree that it's hard for a tag team to stay relevant for 6 years. Haas and Holly would be a pretty okay team by then and win the titles when Holly pins Bubba with the alabama slam, almost a thank you for his long career
B. WWE Hardcore Title: Kane def. Rhyno (c) (5 mins) Another title change here. Rhyno has been dominating the division for almost a whole year and bullied smaller opponents like Hurricane and Maven, but he finally faces someone who is bigger than him. Kane finds himself to be used to the hardcore matches and wins the title with the chokeslam
C. WWE Cruiserweight Title: Chavo Guerrero (c) def. Akio (7 mins) Surely the best match of the preshow. Chavo is kind of a transitional champion for me here, Akio has some heat due to his good performances but I don't feel like giving him the belt here. Akio misses a top rope move and Chavo rolls him up, using the ropes as a leverage to retain
D. WWE Tag Titles: William Regal & Tajiri (c) (w/ Christy Hemme) def. La Resistance (5 mins) I always defend all the belts at WrestleMania and so this makes the cut, even though the division is not in a great state at all and another rematch is needed here. Not much time for them anyway, Regal submits Conway to the regal stretch and so the champions keep the titles
1. Money In The Bank: Edge def. Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Booker T, Paul London and Billy Kidman (w/ Torrie Wilson) (15 mins) I know that I am ruining the best MITB ever, but I got some OCD when it comes to this because the MITB needs to be interpromotional from the first edition, not the second. Edge continues his feud with Benoit and Jericho, while SD is representing by London and Kidman (now completely feuding) and Booker. London takes Benjamin's place and gets all the crazy bumps. As in reality, Edge spoils Benoit's attempt and grabs the briefcase to win the match
2. WWE US Title There Must Be a Winner: Rey Mysterio def. JBL (c) (7 mins) This would have been a nice milestone for Mysterio, now bigger than the cruiserweight division and approaching higher goals. JBL can't be disqualified or counted out or he will lose the title anyway, so he tries to fight clean but Mysterio hits the 619 and west coast pop combo to win the title
3. WWE IC Title 2/3 Falls: Shelton Benjamin def. Christian (c) (w/ Tyson Tomko and Trish Stratus) (13 mins) They can have a nice blowoff here, even though 'Mania has a loaded card and so this can't have as much time as I would love to. Trish is still not fond on Christian's recent ego and doesn't do much to help him. Benjamin counters the unprettier and hits the t-bone suplex to regain the title
4. The Undertaker def. Randy Orton (14 mins) I liked this, the storyline was good and the match too. Orton turns heel during the build to the match, also attacking Stacy Keibler and saying that he's on his own now. Legend vs. legend killer went really well, Orton shows potential and does his best but his shoulder has issues and Taker beats him with the tombstone
5. The Big Show def. Carlito (5 mins) I am not doing the same angle of Carlito's petition on Teddy Long, but the injured Carlito can still be annoying as no one can touch him while he's not cleared to compete. He mocks people like Steve Austin and Show, but Long reveals that his arm is now healed and so he can book the match. Show wins and Austin also stuns Carlito
6. Hulk Hogan def. Muhammad Hassan (w/ Daivari) (8 mins) I don't know why this didn't take place at 'Mania, as Hogan was there, the crowd was going to love it anyway and 'Mania would have been such a good environment for this. The anti USA Hassan gets beaten by the real american hero, Hogan beats the undefeated Hassan and goes over after his legdrop
7. Kurt Angle def. Shawn Michaels (25 mins) Not much to say here, the interpromotional feud was great and the match was excellent as well. Angle's bitterness comes form being ignored in 1996, when he was the olympic hero, as USA praised the then champion Michaels. It's a grueling match and Angle goes over after an infinite ankle lock, forcing HBK to tap out
8. WWE Title: John Cena def. Eddie Guerrero (c) (12 mins) Eddie's obsession with the WWE Title explodes with Cena, who's only been in the business for a bit and doesn't deserve this shot. The truth is that Cena is on a roll and Eddie doesn't want to lose the title. I'm okay with a shorter match here, Eddie does all he can to get disqualified or get away from the match, but Cena hits the FU and wins the belt
9. WWE World Title: Batista def. Triple H (c) (w/ Ric Flair) (14 mins) This match was built really well and, as much as I'm not Batista's biggest fan, he had a lot of momentum as fans just wanted to see him crushing the hateable HHH. Match wasn't great, but they don't need 20 minutes after such a long night, Batista counters the pedigree and goes over with the batista bomb
