Post King of the Ring 1995 - Undertaker vs. Bret Hart is signed for Summer Slam and it will be a cage match. Also, the Gunns will get a title shot at Owen Hart & Yokozuna and so Gorilla Monsoon books a six men tag between all of them for IYH 2 - Bret Hart decides not to wrestle apparently at the event and gets replaced by Davey Boy Smith - After his KOTR attack on Shawn Michaels, Psycho Sid also assaults Diesel and injuries him. Razor Ramon steps up to help Diesel, but also Ted DiBiase starts to manage Sycho Sid - Shawn Michaels, in the meantime, stays away from Diesel and Psycho Sid as he got the #1 contender Jeff Jarrett challenging for the IC Title - Lex Luger now has Kama on his way before he can put his hands on Bam Bam Bigelow (and Ted DiBiase) - Savio Vega and 1-2-3 Kid still have issues with Hakushi
WWF In Your House 2: The Show Stealers 23.07.1995
Nashville, TN
1. Hakushi def. Savio Vega and 1-2-3 Kid (13 mins) Vega and Kid are having problems with Hakushi's aggression, but don't really like each other too much and so this feud can get into a three way quite easily. Focus on highspots and quick action here, Hakushi pins Vega to avenge his KOTR loss to him
2. Lex Luger def. Kama (w/ Million Dollar Corporation) (6 mins) Tatanka tries to attack Luger before the match, but Luger is on fire and manages to avoid that. Luger simply continues his march towards Bigeloe and defeats Kama quite easily and quickly here
3. Razor Ramon def. Sycho Sid (w/ Ted DiBiase) by dq (8 mins) Razor wants to get revenge on Sid for injurying him, tough match to book and I am using a non finish because Razor is still worthy of an IC Title rematch while Sid can feud with Michaels and Diesel soon. Sid gets DQd due to his aggression, but Diesel arrives to save Razor from his beating
4. Yokozuna, Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette and Bret Hart) def. The Undertaker & The Smoking Gunns (w/ Paul Bearer and Alundra Blayze) (14 mins) Skirmish match, as the like to say in Japan, because Taker and Gunns will respectively defend and challenge for a title at Summer Slam against the Hart Foundation. It's basically a long RAW main event, it works better with a long heel heat segment on Billy Gunn. Taker cleans house in the hot tag, but him and Bret go at it and Owen finishes Bart Gunn for the win
5. WWF IC Title: Shawn Michaels (c) def. Jeff Jarrett (w/ The Roadie) (18 mins) This actually happened and was a great match, so not only I'm keeping it but it will be the main event here. Not only Michaels can benefit from having a great showing, but after this angle with Jarrett he officially gets to be a full time babyface, while Jarrett is gone from the WWF

Post In Your House 2 - Undertaker vs. Bret Hart gets even more heated and Gorilla Monsoon declares that no other wrestler will be allowed ringside during the Summer Slam main event - Diesel comes back from the injury and wants revenge against Sycho Sid - Shawn Michaels is now a full blown babyface and he is friendly with Razor Ramon and even his frenemy Diesel. HBK and Razor want a match to decide who the best is and Michaels proposes a Ladder Match to avenge his 'Mania X loss - Jeff Jarrett and Roadie have left the WWF post IYH 2 - Lex Luger only has Bam Bam Bigelow to beat before taking the whole Million Dollar Corporation out - Hunter Hearst Helmsley debuts as a heel, playing a snobby character, I'm gonna call him Triple H from the start
WWF Summer Slam 27.08.1995 Pittsburgh, PA
1. 1-2-3 Kid def. Hakushi (13 mins) The feud, also involving Savio Vega, is going on and Kid finally gets a chance to avenge his 'Mania XI loss in a one on one match. Hakushi has a different strategy as he's a heel now, but Kid wins with a leg drop form the top. It's important for Kid to win like this, as a year before he only used to get flashy pins
2. Triple H def. Bob Holly (7 mins) HHH's debut on PPV. Hunter snobs Holly and seems to be annoyed to be in such a low profile match, but underestimating Holly only makes the match harder for him. Anyway HHH comes back and wins with the pedigree
3. Bam Bam Bigelow (w/ Ted DiBiase) def. Lex Luger (11 mins) I would have loved to throw a stipulation here, but I already have a Cage Match and a Ladder Match and it's 1995. Luger is at the end of his path against the heel stable, but unlike any good fable there is a bad ending as Bigelow wins clean here. Luger is gone after this match
4. WWF IC Title Ladder Match: Shawn Michaels (c) def. Razor Ramon (22 mins) This actually took place and it was really good, even though 'Mania X was undisputedly the better one. Michaels being a babyface changes things here, Razor actually works as the heel and HBK bumps around for him, managing to secure the victory by throwing his opponent from the top of a ladder
5. Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Savio Vega (11 mins) Almost a showcase match for Davey, as I need to keep him hot and get a decent win here even though it is not a super hot feud. Vega is fine in his midcarder role, as he can pick wins or lose and his status won't really change. Smith goes over here after cheating a bit
6. #1 Contender Match: Diesel def. Psycho Sid (w/ Ted DiBiase) (10 mins) These two giants go at it after the recent issues and a title shot is on the line as they both have a good wins/losses record. They never shined together, hence why it's just a 10 minutes deal with some smoke and mirrors. Diesel wins with a jacknife and gets a title shot
7. WWF Tag Titles: The Smoking Gunns (w/ Alundra Blayze) def. Owen Hart & Yokozuna (c) (w/ Jim Cornette) by dq (8 mins) Gunns are on a rise and here wrestling Owen and Yoko as the underdogs, falling victims of the larger experience of their opponents and also of their tactics. However, the hot tag for Billy happens and Gunns clean the house until Cornette interferes for the DQ. It is necessary here for now and it leaves the door opened
8. WWF Title Cage Match: Bret Hart (w/ Jim Cornette) def. The Undertaker (c) (w/ Paul Bearer) (17 mins) This feud has been a thing for a year and a half now and it's time to finish it. I need Bret to go over without Taker getting pinned yet, so this stipulation is perfect as a battered Bret just crawls away from the cage door, having it in his pocket, while Taker was climbing the cage with his injured leg taking longer than expected

Post Summer Slam 1995 - There is a title change on the September 11th RAW (taped on August 28th), where The Smoking Gunns beat Owen Hart & Yokozuna to win the Tag Titles for the second time. Match actually happened and the crowd loved it, while it's also important to do a title change here to give some relevance to RAW... as the week before a new thing called Nitro came into the equation - A big eight men tag match headlines RAW on September 4th, when WCW has their first show: Bret, Owen, Davey & Yoko vs. HBK, Diesel, Razor & Kid. Sid interferes to attack the babyfaces, but shockingly he doesn't touch his enemies and he chokeslams Undertaker instead. Diesel pins Bret in the main event - Speaking of the team above: Shawn, Diesel, Razor and Kid now start teaming regularly after Shawn and Diesel solved their issues and they call themselves The Kliq - Lex Luger loses clean to Sycho Sid at his last RAW match - Shane Douglas debuts as a babyface and he quickly targets Triple H, making fun of his snobby behaviour - Alundra Blayze gets hit by the Harris Brothers' finishers and written out of TV (she's going to WCW)
WWF In Your House 3: Triple Header 24.09.1995
Saginaw, MI
1. Triple H def. Shane Douglas (13 mins) I was a big fan of 1995 Shane Douglas and in another universe he would have had a great WWF run, but I only have him for two months... so I'll use him to put HHH over here. They have a similar style and attitude, with Douglas playing the babyface as more experts, the match would be enjoyable enough and HHH cheats to win 2. WWF Tag Titles: The Smoking Gunns (c) def. The Harris Brothers (w/ Dutch Mantell) (10 mins) Harris Bros are on their way out for now and so they can put over the Gunns here. Gunns are looking for revenge after the twins took Alundra out and so the match should have enough heat, especially after a few good promos from Dutch. Bart gets the pinfall and the Gunns manage to retain the belts
3. Sycho Sid (w/ Ted DiBiase) def. Bam Bam Bigelow and The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) (12 mins)
Rare triple threat for the era. Sid has declared war to Taker with his attack, but Bigelow gets in the middle as he doesn't want to be left out and these 3 big men go at it. Sid chokeslams Bigelow for the win, extending his feud with Taker as the Deadman had him beaten with the tombstone a few minutes before
4. Shawn Michaels & Razor Ramon (1-2-3 Kid) def. Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette) (17 mins) The feud between the Kliq and the Hart Foundation goes on and this would be a nice tag match to advance it, also considering that which match is main eventing this PPV. HBK plays the babyface in peril during the heat segment and then Razor gets the hot tag for a long finishing segment, getting the winning pinfall of Smith as well
5. WWF Title: Diesel def. Bret Hart (c) (w/ Jim Cornette and Yokozuna) by dq (16 mins) As mentioned above, the feud between Hart Foundation and Kliq makes this personal and really competitive. Bret won the KOTR against Diesel, but Diesel pinned him on RAW a few weeks prior to this PPV and so anything can happen here. I hate non finishes, especially on main events, but with the monthly PPVs it can become quite tricky and I'm not ending this storyline here. Bret uses the belt to get DQd, but Diesel still jacknifes him postmatch

Post In Your House 3 - Diesel wants another shot at Bret Hart, but has to step aside for a bit as Razor Ramon gets the #1 contender spot after getting the pinfall in a RAW match tagging with Diesel against Bret and Owen Hart - The IC Title becomes vacant after Shawn Michaels gets attacked by a bunch of marines in Syracuse. A 8 men tournament is set to crown a new champion at IYH 4 - Undertaker gets written out of TV when Sycho Sid attacks him and throws him in a casket - Goldust debuts as a weirdo, barring all the extreme homosexual moves and the cinematographic references that made no sense at all - Marty Jannetty returns to the WWF and criticizes the Hart Foundation
WWF In Your House 4: Great White North 22.10.1995
Winnipeg, Canada
1. Owen Hart (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Marty Jannetty (13 mins) Jannetty is back to actually defend his old friend Shawn Michaels after the marines' attack on him and the Hart Foundation taking advantage of it. We're in Canada and so Owen ends up being the fan favourite probably, in what would have been a fast paced and exciting opener. Owen wins thanks to Cornette's help
2. Strap Match: Savio Vega def. Hakushi (10 mins) Grudge match and blow off between the two. Savio can debut the strap match stipulation, as he's a specialist due to his Puerto Rico days, using the strap to get revenge on the evil foreigner. It's not the longest, but intense match and Savio gets the victory to win the feud
3. WWF IC Title: 1-2-3 Kid def. Bam Bam Bigelow (w/ Million Dollar Corporation) (decision match) (11 mins) Kid and Bigelow gets the final for the vacant IC Title and it's a typical David vs. Goliath story between the two of them. It would be a fun match, with Bigelow throwing Kid around but Kid coming back in a desperate way and shockingly win the title with an inside cradle
4. Goldust def. Fatu (7 mins) Goldust makes his in ring debut on PPV and Fatu is the sacrificial lamb, he fits the role as he's a straight and big man that would get annoyed by Goldust's ways and look. Goldust proves he can actually wrestle as well and wins the match, even though he wouldn't be a masterpiece
5. Diesel def. Yokozuna (w/ Jim Cornette, Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith) (6 mins) The Hart Foundation sets Yokozuna on Diesel to take him out, as he's determined to get another shot at Bret. Diesel and Yoko would have a short match, throwing bombs and trying their best. Yoko is still pretty much protected at this point and hasn't lost much, but here Diesel manages to slam him and get the victory
6. WWF World Title: Bret Hart (c) (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Razor Ramon (18 mins) Razor gets a shot at Bret, it would be a good match that gets a lot of time to main event the PPV. The crowd would have probably cheered Bret, but Razor was good enough to work heel if necessary so that is not a big concern here. Bret uses to rope to save himself after the razor's edge for a false finish, managing to apply the sharpshooter for the win after struggling a lot

Post In Your House 4: Great White North - The feud between the Hart Foundation and the Kliq continues and the two factions will headline Survivor Series in a 4 vs 4 match. HBK, Diesel and Razor all want the WWF Title, but they know that teaming up against the heel stable is necessary to overcome the odds - Sycho Sid and Ted DiBiase are harassed by Undertaker and his mind games, as Paul Bearer announces that the Deadman will be back at the PPV with a vengeance - Ahmed Johnson makes his WWF debut as a babyface - The Bodydonnas, accompanied by Sunny, make their WWF debut as heels
WWF Survivor Series 19.11.1995 Landover, MD
1. Triple H, Hakushi, Goldust & Bob Holly def. Shane Douglas, Fatu, Marty Jannetty & Savio Vega (22 mins) HHH and Douglas lead their respective teams, while also the Goldust/Fatu and Hakushi/Vega feuds continue. Douglas get pinned as he's on his last PPV here, Vega is by far the best performing babyface but he falls victim to HHH and Goldust in a 2 vs 1 and HHH pins him to survive along with Goldust
2. The Bodydonnas & Men On A Mission (w/ Sunny) def. The Smoking Gunns & Public Enemy (16 mins) Public Enemy are on a one night only appearance, as they will join WCW soon it's not a bad idea to job them out to the Bodydonnas. The team managed by Sunny performs really great here and shines with quick tags. Both Skip and Zip survive here and they pin Billy Gunn to win the match
3. The Undertaker, Ahmed Johnson & The Farm Guys (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Bam Bam Bigelow, Kama, Sycho Sid & Buddy Landell (w/ Ted DiBiase) (24 mins) Taker comes back and the Millions Dollar Corporation tries to spoil his comeback. Ahmed is a reliable back up, as he pins Landell really quick into the match and looks quite dominant. At the end Sid gets DQd for throwing chairs around towards Taker, while Ahmed pins Bigelow and wins the match with Taker 4. Shawn Michaels, Diesel, Razor Ramon & 1-2-3 Kid def. Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Davey Boy Smith & Yokozuna (w/ Jim Cornette) (35 mins) Lots of heat between Hart Foundation and Kliq. Both factions are really close behind the scenes and the chemistry would have hopefully helped and make this one of the best Survivor Series matches in WWF history. It's a close match and in the end the babyfaces prevail, as HBK hits the sweet chin music on Bret and he falls right into Diesel's jacknife for the final pin. Both HBK and Diesel survive, funnily enough 2 people survived in every match of the card

Post Survivor Series 1995 - On the November 20th edition of RAW, Shawn Michaels collapses after a kick to the head from Owen Hart and gets time off from the ring. Exactly like in reality, the WWF pushes this as a possible retirement for Michaels. This gets even more heat to the Hart Foundation vs. Kliq feud - Undertaker beats Bam Bam Bigelow on RAW and closes him into a casket, then challenging Sycho Sid to a casket match - Ahmed Johnson is still undefeated and refuses to join Ted DiBiase's team - Al Snow debuts as Marty Jannetty's partner in The Shining Stars (the name New Rockers sucked) - Shane Douglas leaves the WWF after being beaten again by Triple H on RAW - 1-2-3 Kid starts getting a big head and launches an open challenge for IYH 5
WWF In Your House 5: Season Beatings 17.12.1995 Hershey, PA
1. WWF IC Title: 1-2-3 Kid (c) def. Jeff Jarrett (11 mins) Jeff Jarrett is the mystery guy that accepts Kid's challenge and wants to beat his old rival as he has done before. Kid is getting quite cocky and makes a few mistakes, but in the end he beats Jarrett with an inside cradle
2. Ahmed Johnson def. Kama (4 mins) Kama wants revenge after Survivor Series, but DiBiase is too concerned on the main event and doesn't escort him ringside. It's another good push for Ahmed, who easily beats the much more expert opponent in just a few minutes
3. The Bodydonnas (w/ Sunny) def. The Shining Stars (Marty Jannetty & Al Snow) (9 mins) Bodydonnas are still undefeated and face the newest team of the division, in an open and exciting bout. Not a number one contender match, but the winner will surely be in contention for a shot. Bodydonnas get the tainted win 4. Triple H def. Savio Vega (7 mins) Survivor Series has seen a really brave Vega resisting against the heels for a long time, so tonight it's him and HHH one on one. HHH is still undefeated and Vega is a good hand, H beats him after a hard fought match and his push continues
5. Ahmed Johnson, Diesel & Razor Ramon def. Bret Hart, Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette) (15 mins) This continues the feud, but also the story here is that the Kliq needs to choose a replacement for Shawn Michaels and that it is Ahmed instead of their ally Kid. The heels dominate the match, but Diesel pins Davey and gets the victory for his team
6. #1 Contender Casket Match: The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Sycho Sid (w/ Ted DiBiase) (13 mins) Blowoff of the feud and also match that has a title shot on the line, with the stipulation and no title match here it's worth to use this as a IYH main event. 'Mania 13 wasn't good at all for them, hopefully the casket would help in putting on a better match. Taker wins and also tombstones DiBiase to take him out too

So gutted about Scott Hall passing away! Definitely one of my favourites to book so far. This monthly PPV system can't work without talented, flexible and capable performers like him
Post Survivor Series 1995 - Undertaker is named the number one contender due to his win at IYH 5, getting his rematch at Bret Hart from Summer Slam. Diesel is mad and thinks he was owed the title shot for pinning Bret Hart at IYH 5 in the six men tag - Sycho Sid and Ted DiBiase are gone from the WWF after the casket match - The WWF teases Shawn Michaels' retirement, but on the January 1st edition of RAW it's announced that HBK will be back at the Royal Rumble. The Kliq is happy, but they want a shot as well, especially Diesel as he has a DQ win over Bret Hart at IYH 4 - Speaking of the Kliq, 1-2-3 Kid is upset about not being chosen as the mystery partner for IYH 5 and he has separated from the stable turning on his best friend Razor Ramon - Speaking of the mystery partner, the Hart Foundation threatens Ahmed Johnson for allying with the Kliq and so now Ahemd is on their case too - Steve Austin debuts straight with the stone cold character and will be in the Royal Rumble - Vader is announced as a Royal Rumble contestant - Goldust teases having a new manager - Henry Godwinn's brother Phineas debuts and so do the Godwinns
WWF Royal Rumble 21.01.1996 Fresno, CA 1. WWF IC Title: Razor Ramon def. 1-2-3 Kid (c) (13 mins)
Kid and Razor have quickly become enemies and Kid always feels left out and underappreciated, while Razor only wanted to get along with him as a member of the Kliq. These two have good chemistry and the dynamic is now reversed from 1994, as Razor is the babyface and he goes over winning the IC Title again
2. Goldust (w/ Marlena) def. Hakushi (7 mins) Marlena debuts in Goldust's corner and the character development sees somebody vaguely homosexual paired with such a mysterious beauty. Hakushi was on a roll from a good 1995 and hopefully would have been fine here, as Goldust's matches in 1996 were extremely disappointing. Goldust goes over of course
3. WWF Tag Titles: The Bodydonnas (w/ Sunny) def. The Smoking Gunns (c) (12 mins) The Bodydonnas are getting a quick push, both thanks to Sunny and due to the division being quite crappy in 1996. Billy Gunn gets injured and so it's a good chance for the heels, as they actually get to "injury" Billy by jumping him and getting the titles and some good heat here
4. WWF Title: Bret Hart (c) (w/ Jim Cornette) draws The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) by double dq (23 mins)
These two had good matches in 1995 and another one won't hurt, especially with the result being so unpredictable due to Taker still being undefeated. It's a long match so they can showcase their skills, however it is ruined as Diesel comes in and attacks both of them for the double DQ, too jealous of the fact that Taker got the title shot instead of him
5. Royal Rumble Match: Shawn Michaels wins by last eliminating Diesel (60 mins) Participants: Michaels, Diesel, Holly, Johnson, Dory, Drose, Fatu, HOG, Roberts, Phineas, Montoya, Vega, Yokozuna, Jannetty, Cassidy, Yankem, Jarrett, Lawler, Bradshaw, Kama, Vader, Mabel, HHH, Owen, Mo, Bulldog, Austin, Omori, Tatanka and Backlund - Michaels and Austin start respectively as #1 and #2 and put on a hell of a show - HHH gets in as #6 and lasts 30 minutes before Michaels eliminates him - Vader debuts as #16, but him and Yokozuna get into a huge fight that goes ringside and lots of security agents are needed to hold them apart - Jake Roberts comes back as #20, Austin eliminates him after 10 minutes - Austin gets eliminated by Diesel 40 minutes into the match - Jeff Jarrett cockily comes in as #22 but Ahmed Johnson throws him out - Ahmed Johnson is #23 and eliminates quite a few opponents, but Owen and Bulldog eliminate him - Final four: #1 HBK, #12 Owen, #23 Diesel and #29 Bulldog - basically a tag match almost - HBK and Diesel eliminate both rivals and then Michaels superkicks Diesel to win the match

Post Royal Rumble 1996 - Shawn Michaels is going to WrestleMania, but he's still a bit unstable after his concussion and Owen Hart will try to soften him up at IYH 6. His trainer and mentor Jose Lothario is now accompanying him to the ring - Bret Hart has to defend the belt against Diesel anyway, as Diesel finally gets his rematch. To stop all the Hart Foundation and Kliq run ins, Gorilla Monsoon makes it a cage match - On RAW, Vader gets suspended after attacking two referees who tried to stop his fight with Yokozuna - Steve Austin keeps being irreverent and gets fined for his risky promos - Ahmed Johnson is now in the undercard and helping the babyfaces against the Hart Foundation - 1-2-3 Kid finds a new friend in Triple H and they jump Razor Ramon
WWF In Your House 6: Rage In The Cage 18.02.1996 Louisville, KY
1. Triple H & 1-2-3 Kid def. Razor Ramon & Marty Jannetty (13 mins) HHH and Kid do well in their strange but effective alliance, while Razor gets Jannetty as a partner mainly for his connections with Shawn Michaels and the ability of going head to head with Kid when it comes to high spots. I would save lots of HHH/Razor spots for a later match, here HHH gets the win pinning Jannetty
2. Steve Austin def. Fatu (8 mins) Austin keeps making enemies every time he acts or even talks, as his promos are really controversial and his aggression is quite high. Fatu is still trying to make a name for himself in single action and Austin makes fun of him for his Headshrinkers past and his family heritage. Austin wins with the stunner
3. Ahmed Johnson def. Davey Boy Smith (w/ Yokozuna and Jim Cornette) by DQ (6 mins) Ahmed is having issues with the Hart Foundation and his power moves are impressive, as he also bodyslams Yokozuna. Bulldog takes him on the behalf of the group here and it's a short match, as Yokozuna and Vader interfere for the DQ. However, Vader and Yoko argue again postmatch and Cornette tries to calm them down
4. Shawn Michaels (w/ Jose Lothario) def. Owen Hart (w/ Jim Cornette) (16 mins) Michaels is on his way to 'Mania and facing one of his demons, as Owen's enzuigiri almost costed him his career, here Owen wants to take care of him to make sure Bret has an easier job for the title match. There is heat and the match at the PPV was quite enjoyable, as predicted HBK is the winner and he's ready for 'Mania
5. WWF Title Cage Match: Bret Hart (c) (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Diesel (18 mins) Cage Match designed to keep everybody else away, as Bret and Diesel had a PPV match ending in DQ a few months earlier. Can't be as good as the ones from 1995, as the stipulation actually hurts them. I'm big on the "no one can get in the cage" deal and for the first time ever there is actually an interference on a cage match, as Taker comes from below the ring like he actually did, allowing Bret to win the match

Post In Your House 6 - Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels is set for WrestleMania with the WWF Title on the line, in the blowoff for the Hart Foundation vs. Kliq feud - There are huge issues in the Kliq as well, as on the February 26th RAW, Diesel turns on Michaels by hitting both him and Undertaker with a chair in a match that the three of them had against the Hart Foundation. This also gets more heat on the Taker and Diesel feud - Gorilla Monsoon announces the return of Ultimate Warrior and Goldust wants to be his opponent, saying that it will be an honour to humiliate Warrior - The Hart Foundation also turns on Yokozuna on the March 4th edition of RAW, as Vader joins the stable. Yoko is helped by Ahmed Johnson and the returning Jake Roberts - Steve Austin keeps breaking the rules and so Gorilla Monsoon calls out the only man that was a bigger outlaw than Austin: Roddy Piper - Triple H also turns on 1-2-3 Kid and injuries him, proving that he was only using him to get a few victories, which infuriates Razor Ramon
WWF WrestleMania XII 31.03.1996 Anaheim, CA
1. WWF IC Title: Triple H def. Razor Ramon (c) (14 mins) A feud that hasn't been long, but with the right amount of heat and the means to give Trips a decent push. Razor would have surely loved to help his buddy on his way out, selling his stuff right and passing him the torch. I loved the finish they used at the MSG on the night of the Curtain Call, I keep it and so HHH wins the title
2. The Ultimate Warrior def. Goldust (w/ Marlena) (4 mins) So, Warrior is back and it was pretty much one of the two highlights of the actual card. Using him to beat HHH is a bit harsh in hindsight, but I can feed him the undefeated and flamboyant Goldust instead. I'll avoid the atrocious match they had at IYH 7 in reality, it's pretty much a squash and Warrior wins to keep the crowd happy
3. Vader, Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Yokozuna, Ahmed Johnson & Jake Roberts (w/ Mr. Fuji) (12 mins) This actually happened on the card and I didn't mind it, as it kept the feuds going and give a decent spotlight to everybody on this match (also Vader was not at 100%). The heels work better as a unit and Ahmed cleans house in an effective way, Vader wins the match for his team by pinning Yokozuna
4. The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Diesel (16 mins) Another match from the actual card I kept, as both the bout and the storyline were quite simple but very effective. Diesel is back as a heel and quite mean in his interaction with Taker, as he feels to be the one that can finally beat the Deadman after his 6 years career. Taker wins with the tombstone anyway
5. Roddy Piper def. Steve Austin (13 mins) Rebel vs. rebel, in the only 'Mania ever where this could have taken place as Piper leaves here and comes back when he's too old to go and Austin has retired anyway. The promos between the two would have been fantastic. The match maybe not as good, but all due respect it's better for Austin to lose to Piper rather than beating Savio Vega on this card. Austin stuns Piper postmatch to get his heat back (Piper wouldn't do the job)
6. WWF Tag Titles: The Bodydonnas (c) (w/ Sunny) def. The Godwinns (w/ Hillbilly Jim) (7 mins) This happened on the preshow and it was mediocre at best, but this is all the tag division had to offer. The storyline of Sunny taking advantage of Phineas' love for her also wasn't that bad to be fair, the matches sucked anyway. Sunny moons Phineas and the Bodydonnas retain the belts here
7. WWF Title: Shawn Michaels (w/ Jose Lothario) def. Bret Hart (c) (w/ Jim Cornette) (45 mins) So... keeping the match, but the build is totally different and way better in my opinion. Bret and Shawn have been rivals for ages here: at 'Mania 6 Shawn took the tag titles from Bret, at 'Mania 9 he took the IC Title from him... it's 'Mania 12 now and the boyhood dream finally comes true. Just a good full circle here. Also, I like Iron Man matches but I think that it was a bit ahead of its time here... instead I'd just let them go for 45 minutes, head to head, keeping people glued to the screen with the false finishes instead of letting them yawn and check the clock. As it happened during sudden death, Bret dominates but Shawn hits two superkicks out of nowhere and pins him to win the title

Post WrestleMania XII - With Shawn Michaels now on top of the world, Bret Hart announces that he will take some time off. Jim Cornette and the Hart Foundation say that they will still continue chasing the WWF Title in Bret's absence - In the meantime, Michaels is having issues with his former best friend Diesel, who turned on him before 'Mania. On April 8th RAW, Diesel wins a battle royal and so gets a title shot for IYH 7 - Roddy Piper is gone from the WWF after Steve Austin brutally attacks him on the April 1st Raw, leading to half of the roster saving Roddy - Ultimate Warrior announces that he came back to the WWF to win the WWF Title - Mankind debuts as a heel as immediately attacks his nemesis Undertaker - The Smoking Gunns are back as Billy Gunn has recovered from his injury and they want vengeance against The Bodydonnas - Marc Mero debuts as a babyface
WWF In Your House 7: Good Friends Better Enemies 28.04.1996 Omaha, NE 1. WWF IC Title: Triple H (c) def. Razor Ramon (15 mins)
This is a standard but logic rematch after the 'Mania XII title change. Razor is the only 3 time IC champion and wants the belt back, while HHH now fights knowing that he can get away with a DQ or a countout. Marc Mero and Sable watch this match on the aisle and HHH wins with a low blow and a pedigree
2. The Smoking Gunns def. The Shining Stars (9 mins) The Gunns are back and here Sunny bribes Jannetty and Cassidy, who turn heel in the process, telling them to focus on Billy's injured shoulder. Billy is isolated for the most part of the match, but then Bart gets the hot tag and the Gunns pick up the victory here, getting close to their tag titles shot
3. Vader (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Yokozuna (7 mins) Monster vs. monster, namely Cornette's first monster against his current one and it's a passing of the torch as Vader beats Yokozuna clean and gets a great push thanks to this. This needs to be kept short and as a snug fight between the two, Vader hits his bombs and gets the impressive victory
4. The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Mankind by dq (12 mins) Mankind has quickly become a thorn in Undertaker's side and here Taker wants to get rid of him, but finds out that it's not easily, mainly because Mankind doesn't mind putting his onw body in trouble to mess with his opponent. They brawl outside the ring for a lot of time, until Mankind gets a chair and hits Taker for the DQ
5. Owen Hart & Davey Boy Smith (w/ Jim Cornette) def. Ahmed Johnson & Jake Roberts (11 mins) The feud continues, this tag match helps getting Owen and Davey better as a team and also hides their opponents' weaknesses quite frankly. Ahmed gets put over with a lot of bumping and power moves, but at the end the heels manage to cheat and Davey pins Ahmed, giving him his first loss by pinfall
6. WWF Title No Holds Barred Match: Shawn Michaels (c) (w/ Jose Lothario) def. Diesel (18 mins) This happened on the actual PPV and it was a great match, so I am keeping it. Diesel is jealous of Michaels' success and also frustrated for what happened the last 2 times he had a title shot. Things get quite violent and so this is a No Holds Barred Match, as the stipulation really helped the quality of the match. HBK wins by pinfall obviously
