Tony Khan announced that he purchased Ring of Honor Wrestling Entertainment, LLC from Sinclair Broadcasting Group on March 2, 2022. The acquisition was completed by an entity that is wholly-owned by Tony Khan. Ring of Honor is set to return from hiatus on April 1, 2022. This will be the first event produced by Tony Khan.
The Khan Era of Ring of Honor begins now.

Shane Taylor Promotions made an effort to regain the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships in a brawl with The Righteous. Although they came close to winning in the closing stretch of the match, their willingness to do anything to score the victory became their downfall. O'Shay Edwards interfered in an attempt to secure victory for the stable, but accidentally struck Shane Taylor! It was Vincent who secured the pinfall victory on Kaun after hitting the Acid Drop.
Winners: The Righteous at 10:25 via pinfall
Moses suffered a torn rotator cuff during this match.
ROH World Television Championship MatchRhett Titus (C) vs. Minoru Suzuki
Another championship was on the line next as NJPW's Minoru Suzuki challenged Rhett Titus for his Television Championship! Rhett Titus put forth a valiant effort, but was overwhelmed by the violence and technical prowess of Minoru Suzuki who finished him off with a Gotch-style Piledriver to become the 29th ROH World Television Champion!
Winner: Minoru Suzuki at 10:01 via pinfall
Jay Lethal vs. Lee Moriarty
Both men adhered to the Code of Honor at the start of the match, but Jay Lethal showed he was anything but honorable before the match came to a close! Lee Moriarty had an impressive showing and had Lethal on the verge of defeat, but Lethal managed to hit Moriarty with a quick and sneaky low blow before putting him down for the count with the Lethal Injection. Lethal's victory was met with boos, but Lethal didn't seem bothered by this as he exited the ringside area with a vile smirk on his face!
Winner: Jay Lethal at 15:09 via pinfall
ROH Pure Championship MatchJosh Woods (C) vs. Timothy Thatcher
Timothy Thatcher refused to adhere to the Code of Honor at the beginning of the match. He opted to instead tell Josh Woods that he doesn't respect him and will be taking his championship. This only seemed to fire Woods up as he took the advantage early on. Ultimately, Woods succumbed to a Thatcher Stretch and Timothy Thatcher became the 10th ROH Pure Champion!
Winner: Timothy Thatcher at 12:16 via submission
ROH World Women's Championship MatchDeonna Purrazzo (C) vs. Athena
The ROH World Women's Championship was on the line in a back and forth, solid match between the champion Deonna Purrazzo and the challenger Athena! The final moments saw a couple of near falls for Athena. Purrazzo was able to escape Athena by rolling out of the ring. Purrazzo grabbed the ROH World Women's Championship, reentered the ring and blasted Athena in the face! The referee called for the bell and although Athena is victorious, Purrazzo remains ROH World Women's Champion!
Winner: Athena at 14:52 via DQ
ROH World Tag Team Championship MatchThe Briscoes (C) vs. FTR
The Briscoes and FTR finally clashed in this long awaited dream match! The crowd was hot. The match was hard-hitting and heated. Both teams gave it their all. The match concluded with the Briscoes missing a Doomsday Device and FTR quickly taking advantage and connecting with the Big Rig on Mark Briscoe for the victory and to become the 63rd ROH World Tag Team Champions!
Winners: FTR at 26:00 via pinfall
The Briscoes are back on their feet now and they approach the new champions.
The Briscoes adhere to the Code of Honor, extending their hands and FTR accept!
As the Briscoes head up the entrance ramp, Tully Blanchard can be seen on the stage observing his former clients, FTR!
ROH Undisputed World Championship MatchJonathan Gresham (C) vs. Bandido (C)
In the words of Mark Henry, "It's TIME... for the MAIN EVENT!"
The main event to crown the Undisputed ROH World Champion was an intense battle.
Bandido was nearly victorious after a wicked Spanish Fly had Gresham seemingly down and out. Bandido ascended to the top turnbuckle and came down with a Frog Splash in tribute to the legendary Eddie Guerrero, but Gresham managed to get his knees up and capture Bandido, manipulating his limbs until he was able to lock him in a grounded Octopus Stretch in the center of the ring! Bandido tried to fight through it, but had to tap out! Jonathan Gresham becomes the 1st ROH Undisputed World Champion!
Winner: Jonathan Gresham at 30:11 via submission Jonathan Gresham cuts a promo putting over Bandido and his title reign before ROH's hiatus. He declares that he is dedicated to leading Ring of Honor into a new era!Just as Gresham is wrapping up, he's interrupted by Jay Lethal!Gresham and Lethal stare each other down and just as Lethal starts to back off, Gresham is attacked from behind by...Matt Taven and Mike Bennett!Lethal feigns looking shocked before smirking and joining in on the attack!Lee Moriarty runs down to even the odds, but is quickly overwhelmed! And then... SAMOA JOE IS HERE!!! Samoa Joe charges down to the ring! Jay Lethal bails as Joe slides into the ring. Joe hammers away with hard strikes to both Bennett and Taven! Taven is dazed stumbles over the top rope and falls to the outside, leaving Bennett on his own! Joe locks Bennett in the Coquina Clutch! Joe stares a hole through an aghast Lethal as he chokes Bennett out! Joe releases Bennett and pushes him under the bottom rope with his foot.
From the ring, Joe stares down Jay Lethal who is backing up the entrance ramp as the fans in the Curtis Culwell Center chant "Joe's gonna kill you!"
Samoa Joe and Jonathan Gresham are now face to face! Joe extends his hand to the Undisputed World Champion, who accepts! Joe raises the Undisputed Champion's arm as Supercard of Honor XV officially comes to an end!
