- May is in the books as well and it was another successful month for World Class, me made over $300k in profit
- The WWF is quickly rising to the top as well thanks to their status, money and syndicated programs, they are now the 2nd biggest company in the world behind me. Our relationship is quite good and we don't share any talents for now
- Another chapter of the "contracts drama": Terry Taylor and Bobby Eaton have exclusively signed with me for a year and so won't miss any shows anymore due to CWA
- On a bad note, Jim Cornette decided to stay with CWA instead. Not only I'll have to replace him from the role of colour guy, but I also wanted him to start managing at one point
- Bill Irwin also signed with me and refused a MSW offer. As said before, Irwin has the right attitude and he's a good team player
- Terry Funk is going through a grueling All Japan tour and asked me for time off, which leaves me a bit surprised as he won't be here for this week's TV show either
- Central State's booker Sam Muchnick will retire from the business in a months' time, so they will look for someone to replace him. The company is currently losing a bit of money
- Speaking of bad finances, EMLL had to sell their dojo to pay some of their debts. I really wouldn't mind getting in a relationship with them, as I'm really close to the border

Show notes
- This was my biggest attendance for the show, with a main event that was good but that I didn't feel was going to sell so many tickets, so I'm quite satisfied
- Crowd of course was hot for the final segment and the main event delivered too. Kabuki worked with the von Erichs a lot in 1982 and their chemistry is very positive
- Gary Hart will be both matchmaker and colour guy for now, I haven't decided yet what to do long term with this 2 positions. Fritz will be back one day of course. I have nothing against Jim Cornette, I really wish he would have stayed, but if he's going there's no point to keep him in that desk for another 4 weeks
- Bundy and Rich had a positive match and my brawl of the night. Bundy's performances have constantly improved this year. Rich also looked good selling the beating in the postmatch
- Adias tore his biceps during the tag match, but he won't miss any shows
- My plan was to put Cornette and Eaton together at some point, but with Cornette going I need a B plan
- I feel like the Garvin/Taylor story has played out a lot, I still need the blowoff but I don't want them to interact weekly anymore or it will be repetitive. I will try to do the mixed tag match at the Independence Day Star Wars
