MATCH 1: Umaga (c) w/Armando Alejandro Estrada vs. Jeff Hardy
Intercontinental Championship (77%, 2.5*)
JR and King welcome us in and "Loaded" starts playing as the opening contest is the Intercontinental Championship contest between Jeff Hardy and Umaga.
After the opening bell, Jeff Hardy makes a beeline to Umaga and hits a few strikes, forcing Umaga to retreat to the corner and cover-up. Umaga shoves Hardy away but Hardy remains persistent and starts stomping away at Umaga.
Umaga ends up seated in the corner and Hardy busts out his 'Hardyac Arrest' corner double-leg dropkick. Umaga is now in position for a 'Swanton Bomb' and Hardy takes off his shirt before climbing to the top, but Umaga realizes this and quickly rolls to the outside.
Umaga is stumbling around on the outside and Hardy goes out after him. Hardy shoots a quick look at Estrada and then the gears start turning as Umaga is near the start of the entrance ramp. Hardy runs and jumps up on the barricade, but when he goes to dive at Umaga, Umaga swats Hardy out of mid-air.
Now that the opening flurry had been squashed, Umaga tosses Hardy back into the ring. Umaga rebounds off the ropes and hits a jumping headbutt to a grounded Hardy. Umaga then applies a nerve hold on Hardy, as the pace slows down for a minute or so.
The sold-out crowd starts to get behind Hardy as Estrada is telling everyone to shut up on the outside. Hardy starts feeling it and gets back to a vertical basis. After a couple of elbows, Hardy hits a sitout jawbreaker and stuns 'The Samoan Bulldozer.'
Hardy then goes to kick Umaga, but his leg is caught. Hardy hops a couple of times before hitting a mule kick with the other leg, sending Umaga back into the corner. Umaga shakes off the cobwebs and charges at Hardy, but Hardy ducks a clothesline. Umaga turns around right into a 'Whisper In The Wind' from Hardy.
Hardy lands on Umaga in a pinning position but gets a close near-fall as Umaga throws him off at 2.9. Hardy now waits for Umaga to get to his feet and boots him in the gut. Hardy goes for the 'Twist of Fate,' but Umaga pushes him off. Hardy uses this shove to go off the ropes and charge at Umaga with a flying forearm.
The forearm puts Umaga on spaghetti legs but the big man stays on his feet. Hardy goes off the ropes and tries to knock him down again, but Umaga still stays on his feet. Hardy tries for a third time, but it was one too many and Umaga catches Hardy with a Samoan Drop.
Both men are now down and referee Jack Doan starts a count. At the count of five, Umaga is back on his feet as Hardy is pulling himself up using the ropes. Umaga goes to charge at Hardy in the corner to hit a splash, but Hardy moves and Umaga hits his head off the top of the ring post.
Umaga falls to the mat and Hardy sees his opportunity. Hardy goes to the top and hits the 'Swanton Bomb.' Hardy holds his back as he crawls over and puts one arm over Umaga for the pin. One...Two...and Estrada pulls out referee Jack Doan before he can make a three count!!!
JR screams that Hardy had Umaga beat as Jack Doan puts his arms up and says "What are you doing?" to Estrada. As Estrada is arguing with Doan, Hardy holds the ropes and kicks Estrada through the ropes, sending him on his rear on the floor.
Hardy turns his attention back to Umaga, who has just risen to his feet. Hardy goes over to Umaga but gets a kick right to the face. Umaga picks up Hardy and hits the 'Samoan Spike' to get the victory and retain the Intercontinental Championship.
WINNER - Umaga by Pinfall [10:56]

ANGLE: Cole/JBL Cover Mark Henry's Destruction (85%)
The camera cuts to Michael Cole and JBL who briefly mention what an amazing match they just saw between Umaga and Jeff Hardy before talking about the next contest.
It's Kane vs. Mark Henry and a replay of Mark Henry destroying both Kane and The Great Khali a couple of weeks ago is shown. Cole mentions how Henry injured Khali in the attack and JBL puts over how impressive 'The World's Strongest Man' is.
##########
MATCH 2: Mark Henry vs. Kane (78%, 2.5*)
"Some Bodies Gonna Get It" hits and 'The World's Strongest Man,' Mark Henry makes his way out. Henry stands in the ring as Kane's pyro goes off and "Slow Chemical" echoes through the arena.
The bell rings and the two giants circle each other and talk trash. They lock up and like two rams locking horns, remain in the collar-and-elbow tie-up as they shove each other around the ring. Both men traded the advantage as they went down a whole side of ropes before ending in the corner.
Referee Jimmy Korderas finally got both men to break the hold and Henry feigned backing off before trying to catch Kane with a right, but Kane ducked and then went to town on Henry in the corner with a throat thrust and a couple more rights.
Kane then went to the middle of the ring to build up momentum and charged at Henry to hit a corner clothesline. Henry stumbled out of the corner and Kane hit a sidewalk slam and got a quick two-count.
Kane picked Henry up and sent him off the ropes, but Henry came back clocking Kane in the head and knocking him down to the mat. Henry picked up Kane and hit a couple of headbutts before standing over Kane and dropping his weight across Kane's back a couple of times.
Henry then applied a sleeper hold on Kane and tried to choke 'The Big Red Machine' out. Kane was reeling but eventually recovered and started to work his way to his feet. Kane hit Henry's midsection with a couple of rights, but Henry aggressively tightened his grip.
Kane would then stomp on Henry's foot and that caused Henry to break. Kane went off the ropes but Henry caught him in a bearhug. For the next minute, Henry tried squeezing the life out of Kane, but Kane eventually hit a couple of headbutts of his own.
Kane rebounded off the ropes again and knocked Henry down with a big boot. Kane then went to the top rope and waited for Henry to get to his feet before hitting him with his signature top-rope clothesline.
Kane would signal for the chokeslam and put his throat around Henry, but when he went to lift Henry up, Henry countered and jumped off to the side. Kane turned around and walked right into a Belly-to-Belly Suplex. Henry made a cover but got a near fall.
Henry then got up and started screaming while pounding his chest. He wanted to end it right there and now. Henry grabbed Kane and got him up in position to hit a 'World's Strongest Slam,' but Kane was able to use his top arm to elbow Henry in the head.
On the third elbow, Henry stumbled and fell back while still holding Kane. This turned into a flash pinfall attempt by Kane that resulted in a close call as Henry just kicked out.
Both men were visibly spent and slowly got to their feet. Kane tried for a chokeslam again, but then Henry also gripped his hand around Kane's throat. Both men were now choking each other out.
Similar to the beginning of the match, both men were stumbling around the ring but as they got near the ropes, Henry wisely fell to the ground on purpose causing Kane to hang his neck off the ropes.
Kane turned around and was hit with a 'World's Strongest Slam.' Henry wasn't finished though and topped it off with a running splash to pick up an impressive victory.
WINNER - Mark Henry by Pinfall [9:07]

MATCH 3: Candice Michelle (c) vs. Mickie James vs. Melina
Triple Threat for the Women's Championship (64%, 1.5*)
The third contest of the night is the Women's Championship Triple Threat Match as the champion, Candice Michelle takes on Mickie James and Melina.
Once the bell rang, Melina cowardly exited the ring to a chorus of boos and signaled for Candice and Mickie to begin fighting amongst themselves. Candice and Mickie were up in arms but referee Chad Patton told them that he couldn't force her in the ring.
Candice and Mickie would quickly shake and then lock up to begin the action. Mickie would fire the opening salvo, dropping the champ with an arm drag. After another set of chain wrestling, Mickie had a side headlock on Candice.
Candice shot Mickie off the ropes but was knocked down by a shoulder block. Mickie went off the ropes but as soon as she leaped over Candice, who did a drop down, Melina got in the ring and met her with a dropkick to the face.
Melina then dropped an elbow on Candice's back and took control. Melina hit a Fisherman's Suplex on Candice and kept it locked in for a cover but Mickie James dove in to break it up at two.
Melina and Mickie then began to trade blows until Mickie ducked a right and turned it into an arm-trap neckbreaker. Mickie went for a cover but Candice pulled Mickie off by her leg. The two started jawing back and forth with each other as it is every woman for themselves.
Melina would get up and shove Mickie into Candice before a pin attempt on Mickie with an O'Connor Roll for a near-fall. Both ladies got up quickly but Melina hit a spinning back kick to Mickie's midsection and followed it with an axe kick to the back of Mickie's head.
Melina and Candice would then tango for a bit as the two traded standing switches. Melina would elbow Candice in the head to break free and then whip her into the corner, following right behind. However, Candice evaded Melina by jumping on the ropes and having Melina charge in under her. Candice would hit a rear mat slam on the way down and get a close near-fall.
Candice then picked Melina up and attempted to hit the 'Candy Wrapper' (Unprettier) on Melina but after getting spun around, Melina escaped and shoved Candice away. This was as Mickie was getting back in the ring and Candice ducked under Mickie but Melina wasn't as fortunate as she ate a clothesline.
Mickie then charged at Candice but Candice used Mickie's momentum to throw her over the top rope. Candice went to grab Melina, but Melina rolled Candice up with an inside cradle. The count began but at two, Candice reversed the positioning and she got the three count on Melina to retain!
WINNER - Candice Michelle by Pinfall [8:21]

ANGLE: General Manager Gathering (88%)
The camera cuts to all three General Managers watching Candice Michelle celebrate her win and RAW GM Jonathan Coachman brags about the match that the ladies just put on.
Coach throws a jab out at Teddy Long and Mick Foley about how they don't know how to run a show. Coach singles out Foley and tells him he's especially clueless.
Coach says the only reason he made a deal with Foley was the fact that Foley put the Hardcore Championship at risk. Coach says he can't wait until Sandman brings Hardcore back to Monday Night RAW!
Teddy tells Coach to hold on a minute playa and says if Sandman's gonna win he's gonna have to go through 'The Belfast Bruiser' Finlay and Mr. Hardcore himself, Bob Holly.
Foley then chimes in and says after this match ECW is going to be put back on the map! Foley then turns to Coach and tells him in the meantime, if he doesn't shut his mouth, he's going to get Mr. Socko out and stick it down his throat.
Long chuckles and Coach gives Foley a dirty look before the three turn their attention to the TV as the participants start making their way out.

MATCH 4: 15-Minute Hardcore Battle Royal for the Hardcore Championship (72%, 2*)
The next contest was the 15-Minute Hardcore Battle Royal to crown someone the first reinstated Hardcore Champion. The rules of the match are explained by Joey Styles and Tazz and they are as followed:
The first person to score a fall will become the new champion but the title can change hands as many times in the 15 minutes. Whoever is the champion at the duration of the time will be officially recognized as the new Hardcore Champion.
Some of the participants came down to the ring with weapons. The Sandman had his trusted Singapore Cane and Finlay his shillelagh. Tommy Dreamer rolled out a shopping cart filled with kendo sticks, trash cans, and a stop sign, and Elijah Burke wielded a steel chair.
There were also a bunch of weapons around the ring, including a row of tables leaning up against the barricade. A referee from each brand was ringside to catch all the action and as soon as CM Punk hit the ring, the bell rang and the battle royal was on.
The chaos began as everyone went at it. Burke swung his chair at Sandman, since they were the only two that actually held a weapon to start the match, and Sandman was able to bat away the chair. Sandman then hit Burke a couple of times in the back before Burke quickly exited the ring.
Finlay and Hardcore Holly continued their fighting from Friday Night as Punk and Miz were linked up on the outside. This left Dreamer and Big Daddy V in the ring and Dreamer tried to knock the big man down but his attempts were useless and he was down on the mat.
Big Daddy V then went off the ropes to hit a splash but The Miz cracked him in the back with a kendo stick. Miz then climbed on the top rope and looked to hit Big Daddy V in the head with the kendo stick, but the big man caught him and ended up slamming him. Big Daddy V would get the first pinfall of the night and be the current champion.
***Current Champion: Big Daddy V by Pinfall over The Miz [2:55]***
As soon as Big Daddy V got up, he was nailed by Finlay and his shillelagh. The big man stirred and Finlay hit him again, knocking him to the ropes. On the outside Dreamer and Holly were duking it out and Holly whipped Dreamer knees first into the steel steps.
Burke came into the picture and hit Holly in the back with the chair he brought but then missed when he tried to hit Holly, who was leaning against a ring post. Burke held his hand as the big swing and miss sent a shock through his arm.
Back in the ring and Big Daddy V is now getting ganged up on by Punk, Miz, Finlay, and Sandman. Punk set up a table right next to the ring, on the ramp side, and Big Daddy V was now hovering over it on the apron.
Punk hit his high knee on the big man, getting him to wobble. Finlay tried ripping the grip of Big Daddy V's hands on the ropes. But it was Sandman who hit Big Daddy V right over the head with his Singapore Cane that got the big man to fall backward and go right through the table!
The crowd popped and the men responsible for the table bump paused to admire their work. The Miz took advantage of this slight delay and sneakily exited the ring to cover Big Daddy V to become the new champ.
***Current Champion: The Miz by Pinfall over Big Daddy V [5:12]***
The chase was now on as The Miz tried hightailing it out of the arena. Halfway down the ramp, Punk caught up to him and struck him in the back of the head. All but Big Daddy V, who was incapacitated, and Dreamer, who was down holding his knee had made their way up to the top of the stage.
For the next couple of minutes, everyone was trading shots on Miz but also fighting with each other to be the one to go after him. Burke ended up throwing Holly into one of the big surfboards that were set up as a part of the SummerSlam set.
Miz and company started making their way back toward the ring and Tommy Dreamer came out of nowhere and rammed Miz with his shopping cart. Dreamer made the quick cover and became the current champ a little over halfway through the match.
***Current Champion: Tommy Dreamer by Pinfall over The Miz [8:27]***
Unfortunately for Dreamer, Finlay was not far behind and reconnected with his shillelagh to crack Dreamer from behind and capture the title.
***Current Champion: Finlay by Pinfall over Tommy Dreamer [8:59]***
Finlay was then quickly attacked by Burke and the two made their way back into the ring. Joey Styles then mentioned that Big Daddy V was walked off by the medical team after exploding through the table.
With 10 minutes down, Burke ended up hitting Finlay with his 'Elijah Express' double running knees and then scooped a pin to become the title holder.
***Current Champion: Elijah Burke by Pinfall over Finlay [10:06]***
Holly was then back in the picture and all seven men were in the vicinity as the clock was ticking. Another table was set up by Sandman but Miz struck Sandman when he tried to place him on the table.
Burke was fighting Dreamer in the ring when Hornswoggle came out from under nowhere and hit a low blow to Burke from behind. Finlay, who had recuperated, threw Dreamer out of the ring and rolled-up Burke to reclaim the championship.
***Current Champion: Finlay by Pinfall over Elijah Burke [11:48]***
Finlay was then working on Sandman but Hornswoggle wanted to celebrate with Finlay and he went out to grab the Hardcore Title and bring it in to award it to Finlay. Finlay got distracted and was knocked down by Sandman. Moments later, Holly chased Hornswoggle away and when Hornswoggle tried to leave the ring, Burke grabbed a hold of him.
Burke was yelling at him for giving him a low blow and then picked him up and chucked him to the outside through the table that was set up. Finlay, who was now up, blasted Burke and clotheslined him out of the ring but he was then hit in the back of the head from behind by Miz, who used the Hardcore Title as a weapon.
Miz made the pin and now had control with just under two minutes left.
***Current Champion: Miz by Pinfall over Finlay [13:13]***
With Holly and Sandman brawling on the outside, and Burke, Finlay, and Dreamer all down, Miz looked to be in total control. Before he got in the ring and clocked Finlay with the belt, he took out Punk over by the announce tables.
Miz was anxiously trying to get the clock to move faster but all of a sudden, CM Punk jumped on the apron and sprung off the top rope to hit Miz with a flying clothesline. Punk picked Miz up to hit the 'GTS' but Burke climbed on the apron and pulled Miz's leg, causing Punk to drop him.
Punk connected with a roundhouse kick to Burke's head, knocking him off the apron, but it allowed Miz to exit the ring and start stumbling up the ramp with the Hardcore Championship. Holly and Sandman had both taken each out so Punk was the only one that had a shot but he only had about 40 seconds left.
Miz was prematurely celebrating watching the clock tick down as he raised his hand and the Hardcore Title slowly limping up the ramp. Punk realized and exited the ring, grabbed a kendo stick, and went full sprint to catch Miz. Punk would swing and nail Miz in the back.
But with under 15 seconds left, Punk didn't have time to hit a 'GTS' so he went to the ground and applied the 'Anaconda Vice' on Miz. Miz tried to hold on but with just two seconds left, Miz tapped and CM Punk took the championship before the time expired.
WINNER - CM Punk by Submission over The Miz [15:00] ***NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION***

ANGLE: Mr. Kennedy Entrance (87%)
While CM Punk celebrated his win the camera cut to JR and King. The two talked about the chaos they just saw and then switched gears as Mr. Kennedy would take on Bobby Lashley next.

With the lights down and a spotlight in the ring, Kennedy reaches up for his mic. Kennedy calls himself the 'true main event' of the evening and future WWE Champion...MISTERRRRRR KENNEDY!
##########
MATCH 5: Bobby Lashley vs. Mr. Kennedy (72%, 2.5*)
Lashley made his way to the ring and when the bell rang he went after Kennedy. However, Kennedy had other plans and twice went to the ropes and poked his head to the outside, forcing referee Mike Chioda to tell Lashley to back off.
This frustrated Lashley and the third time this happened, Kennedy poked his eye with Chioda busy pushing Lashley back. Kennedy then hit a couple of rights and sent Lashley stumbling across the ring. Kennedy grabbed Lashley's head and attempted to bounce him off the top turnbuckle, but Lashley blocked it.
Lashley elbowed Kennedy in the face and then swept him to the ground. Lashley then got Kennedy up and whipped him into the corner and followed it by charging in with a corner clothesline. Lashley then whipped Kennedy into the opposite corner and hit another one.
Lashley went to pick Kennedy up to hit a powerslam, but Kennedy slid off and ended up behind Lashley where he would chopblock his left leg. Kennedy would then work on Lashley's leg as he grabbed it and yanked it to the side, intentionally dropping to the mat to put extra pressure on it.
Kennedy got Lashley to his feet and hit a Russian Leg Sweep before getting a quick near-fall. Kennedy then chucked Lashley out of the ring through the middle ropes. Kennedy posed to the crowd and when Lashley tried to get back in, Kennedy clubbed him in the back and then hit a swinging neckbreaker in between the ropes.
This sent Lashley back to the outside when Kennedy went out after him. Kennedy pushed Lashley back-first into the ring apron and then whipped him back-first into the steel steps. Kennedy went back in the ring and asked Mike Chioda to start counting.
At a count of seven, Lashley got back up on the apron, and when Kennedy went to knock him off, this time Lashley hit a shoulder thrust to Kennedy's midsection. Lashley was back in the ring and hit a couple of rights, but Kennedy resourcefully dropkicked Lashley's bad leg.
Kennedy then got on top of Lashley and started clubbing the back of his head. He did this a few times before taking off some of his wrist tape and using it to choke Lashley until Chioda made Kennedy ditch the tape after a four-count.
Lashley then powered his way to his feet with Kennedy on his back and slammed him back down on the mat, breaking his hold. Both men got up at the same time but Lashley got hot with a couple of clothesline knockdowns, followed by a Military Press where he held Kennedy in the air for about 10 seconds before dropping him.
Lashley then lined up for the Spear but when he charged at Kennedy, Kennedy got his knee up and Lashley cracked his head off of it. Kennedy went for a cover but got another near-fall. Kennedy was frustrated and pounded the mat before arguing with Chioda about the two count.
Kennedy picked Lashley up and attempted a 'Mic Check' but Lashley blocked it using his good leg and elbowed Kennedy away. Kennedy charged back at Lashley but ran right into a Spinebuster.
Lashley was now stalking Kennedy again and this time Lashley nailed Kennedy with the Spear! Lashley made the cover and got the victory in a hard-fought match.
WINNER - Bobby Lashley by Pinfall [9:38]

As soon as the bell rang, Hardy charged MVP and started hitting rights and lefts. Hardy teed off on MVP in the corner before pulling him to the middle of the ring and hitting a swinging neckbreaker.
Hardy then knelt next to MVP and started reigning down right hands before MVP switched positions and got on top of Hardy. MVP would hit a few shots before the two rolled out of the ring and spilled to the floor still swinging away.
Hardy bounced MVP's head off the ringside barricade before tossing him back in as he can't win the title on the outside. Hardy whipped MVP off the ropes and hit him with a back elbow. Hardy then dropped an elbow on a grounded MVP and went for a cover, getting a one count.

MATCH 7: Triple H vs. King Booker w/Queen Sharmell (82%, 3*)

HHH made a cover and got a two count and when he got Booker up and tried to send him off the ropes, Booker countered and hit a knee to HHH's midsection. Booker then sent HHH off the ropes and Sharmell grabbed Hunter's leg. HHH turned around to look at Sharmell, who played innocent and when HHH turned around, Booker hit a front dropkick to the leg that was surgically repaired.
Like a shark smelling blood, Booker started stomping on HHH's leg. He then went to the outside and pulled HHH to the edge of the ring and slammed his leg off the apron. Booker got back in the ring and attempted a scoop slam, but HHH slid off and chopblocked Booker's leg.
Triple H then channeled 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair and applied a Figure-Four Leglock. After about 10 seconds, Sharmell came over and poked HHH in the eye as Hunter was near the ropes. Jack Doan didn't see and the hold was broken.
Booker then hit a side kick to the face knocking HHH down to the mat. Booker went for a cover but HHH kicked out at two so Booker got in a mounted position and hit HHH with a few right hands to the head.

MATCH 8: Rey Mysterio vs. Chavo Guerrero (c)
Mask vs. Title for the Cruiserweight Championship (86%, 4*)
The next contest was perhaps the most emotionally charged contest of the night as Rey Mysterio would make his return from a long-term knee injury to face Chavo Guerrero for the Cruiserweight Championship. Only if he loses, Mysterio must unmask.
The match began with an aggressive lock-up and after a few seconds of circling the ring, Chavo used his size advantage to throw Mysterio down face-first off the canvas. Chavo then turned Mysterio over and start talking trash saying that his mask is coming off.
Chavo hit a couple of rights and then looked to hit a handstand knee drop to Mysterio, but when Chavo sprung up, Rey put his feet straight out and grabbed Chavo's hands. When Chavo came down, Mysterio used the momentum to spring himself up and then turn it into a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takedown.
Chavo immediately retreated to the outside and yelled at referee Jimmy Korderas to keep Rey back. Mysterio tried to go off the ropes but Korderas stopped him and then put his head out through the ropes to order Chavo to get back in. Mysterio went off the ropes and dove over Korderas to hit a Tope Con Hilo on Chavo.
Chavo was rolled in and Mysterio jumped on the apron to hit a springboard splash but Chavo kicked out at a count of two. Mysterio went off the ropes as Chavo sat up and Mysterio hit a front dropkick to Chavo's face. Another cover got a near fall and Mysterio gave a look of urgency.
Mysterio got Chavo up and tried to whip him into the corner but Chavo stood firm and pulled in Rey to take his head off with a short-arm clothesline. Chavo got Rey up and hit a vertical suplex, and after a deliberate pause, flipped his hips to attempt to hit the 'Three Amigos.'
The crowd booed as Chavo hit the second suplex but when he got Mysterio up for number three, Rey kneed him in the face and Chavo had to let him down. Mysterio went off the ropes and hit a running hurricanrana, sending Chavo to the middle rope.
In position for the '619,' Mysterio went for it but when he grabbed the ropes to spin, Chavo ducked out of the way and Rey spun right through and ended up back in the ring. With his back turned to Chavo, Rey was nailed from behind in the back of the head and was dropped by Chavo.
Chavo then applied a single-leg Boston Crab and put his knee right over the back of Rey's neck, driving him into the canvas. Mysterio scratched and clawed while yelling out in pain as Chavo continued to yell at him to tap.
After trying to re-adjust to a double-leg Boston Crab, Mysterio grabbed Chavo's head and pulled him in for a quick cradle pin, but Chavo kicked out in the nick of time. Chavo sprung to his feet and cut off any momentum Mysterio could gain by booting him right in the face as Mysterio tried to get to his feet.
Chavo then picked Rey up and hit a devastating Brainbuster. Chavo set up Mysterio in Frog Splash position and went to the top rope. He taunted like his late, great Uncle Eddie, but Mysterio moved and Chavo clutched his ribs as he knocked the air out of himself.
Mysterio was up first and went to the top rope. Chavo stumbled his way over and Rey pulled off a seated Senton. Once Mysterio landed on Chavo, he reached back to hook his leg and go for the cover. At the count of two, Chavo just got his shoulder up.
Mysterio pleaded with referee Korderas but it was only a near-fall. Rey waited until Chavo got up and jumped up onto his shoulders. Mysterio rolled forward into a 'Victory Roll' and went for the win, but Chavo rolled and reversed the pin. The reverse roll put Chavo near the ropes and he stealthily grabbed the ropes to beat Rey Mysterio!!!
WINNER - Chavo Guerrero by Pinfall [12:58]
The crowd went into a shocked hush as Chavo celebrated like crazy. Michael Cole was yelling that this is not right and Mysterio pleaded with Korderas that Chavo cheated by grabbing the rope. Korderas felt horrible but after he said he can only call what he sees, Rey put his head on his hands in disbelief.
After a minute of coming to grips with the fact that he has to unmask, it was time to begin. Chavo was rubbing it in and smiling as he awaited the reveal, but moments later a voice is heard yelling: "WAIT A MINUTE!" as Rey started to lift his mask up.
It's Vickie Guerrero and she walks down the ramp with a microphone in hand. Chavo is looking at her as if she is ruining the moment and Vickie tells Rey not to unmask. Chavo now gets out of the ring and heads up toward Vickie.
Vickie yells at Chavo and tells him he better not come any closer. Chavo is trying to get an explanation and Vickie tells referee Korderas that Chavo cheated and that because so much is at stake, she is restarting the match.
Chavo flips out and gets in Vickie's face. The bell rings again and as Chavo is yelling, referee Korderas starts the count, and Vickie points to the ring to indicate that Chavo better get back in before he is counted out.
Chavo storms back into the ring but when he charges at Mysterio, he gets met with a drop-toe hold that drapes him over the middle rope. Mysterio hits the '619' and then 'Drops Da Dime' to win the match and Cruiserweight Championship.
WINNER - Rey Mysterio by Pinfall [15:34] ***NEW CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION***
Mysterio celebrates with the Cruiserweight Championship and then walks up to Vickie and gives her a big hug. Chavo starts to come to and is irate as he stares down Rey and his Aunt Vickie.

MATCH 9: Michelle McCool, Torrie Wilson, and Kelly Kelly w/Ashley, Layla, and Brooke vs. Victoria, Jillian Hall, and Cherry (57%, 1*)
The next contest is a six-woman tag team match featuring ladies from all three brands. Layla, Brooke, and Ashley Massaro were all out at ringside to support the trio of Michelle McCool, Torrie Wilson, and Kelly Kelly.
The match began with McCool and Jillian Hall and McCool got the upper hand with a big boot on Jillian as she went off the ropes. McCool hit a vertical suplex and then tagged in Torrie Wilson.
Torrie hit a snapmare on Jillian and then showed off some athletic ability by somersaulting over Jillian while grabbing her neck to whiplash it forward. Torrie went for a cover but got a two-count and then tagged McCool back in.
McCool hit some stomps in the corner but after sending her off the ropes, Jillian slid under through McCool's legs and tripped her, causing McCool to faceplant on the mat. From there Jillian took control and hit some punches before putting McCool in a side headlock.
Jillian went to her corner and tagged in Cherry. As Victoria and Jillian held McCool in the corner, Cherry went to the middle of the ring and charged to hit a shoulder thrust in the corner. Cherry scoop slammed McCool and then tagged Victoria in.
Victoria starts off her punishment by putting McCool in a submission hold by putting a knee in her back and grabbing both arms and pulling back. McCool eventually gets up and spins out of the hold and follows it up with a Belly to Belly Suplex. Both ladies are down and make a tag.
Jillian is tagged in again while McCool makes the hot tag to Kelly Kelly. Kelly starts off on fire hitting two straight flying forearms. Kelly then hit a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takedown and got up to a loud cheer.
Jillian had rolled to the outside and when she got up she shoved Ashley on her rear. Jillian got back in the ring but Ashley wanted to go after her and tried to get in the ring. As referee Marty Elias held her back, Victoria left her post and pulled Ashley off the apron by her leg, causing her to hit face-first on the floor outside.
Torrie and Michelle then left their post and walked over to stop Victoria. With referee Marty Elias focusing on the fracas outside, Kelly Kelly was lining up to hit Jillian, who was in the corner, with a handspring back elbow smash.
But as Kelly made the final lunge backward to hit Jillian with the elbow, Brooke got on the apron and pulled Jillian out of harm's way!!! Michael Cole was calling the match and was shocked at this.
Kelly bounced off the turnbuckle and held her back as Layla was now in the ring on the other side and hit a roundhouse kick to Kelly's head. Brooke and Layla have turned on Kelly Kelly!
Jillian hit a handstand leg drop to Kelly to pick up the win as her teammates beat down Michelle and Torrie on the outside.

MATCH 10: Johnny Nitro (c) vs. Batista
ECW Championship (74%, 2*)
Batista would challenge for the ECW Championship next against Johnny Nitro in the first of three World Title matches. The champ entered first and his confident expression quickly changed the moment 'I Walk Alone' started playing and Batista made his way down.
The bell rang to start the match and Nitro tried the 'stick and move' method of hitting quick kicks and trying to stay out of the reach of 'The Animal.'
After connecting with Batista's quad and slowing him down for a moment, Nitro went off the ropes but got met with a shoulder block that took him down. Batista went off the ropes and Nitro dropped down.
Batista hurdled Nitro but when he came back at him Nitro leapfrogged Batista and then hit a deep arm drag, which he kept applied. Nitro kept the arm lock on until Batista got up and punched his way out.
Batista pummeled Nitro with rights into the corner and hit multiple shoulder thrusts to his midsection. Batista propped Nitro on the top rope and attempted to climb but Nitro kicked Batista away and then hit a Tornado DDT.
A quick cover got a one-and-a-half and then Nitro busted out a running Shooting Star Press. The subsequent cover got barely got a two count as Batista powered out. Nitro waited for Batista to get to his feet and sprung off the ropes to hit a roundhouse kick but Batista caught him in mid-air and slammed him down with a Spinebuster.
Batista called for an early 'Batista Bomb' but when he put Nitro's head between his legs to initiate the move, Nitro realized the situation and scurried away and went outside. Nitro tried collecting his wits but Batista was right out after him.
Nitro was near the announce tables and when Batista charged at him, Nitro was able to side-step at the last minute and send Batista tumbling over the Smackdown! announce table. Batista accidentally took Smackdown! commentator, JBL out as he fell off his chair.
Nitro went back in the ring and begged referee Scott Armstrong to begin counting faster as he wanted to retain via countout. Batista got up and gave a little shove to JBL so that he could get around him and beat the count to get back in the ring.
Batista rolled in at a count of seven but Nitro was laying in wait and dropped an elbow on 'The Animal.' Nitro then hit a leg drop after doing a break dance move. The pin got a two-count and Nitro was starting to get frustrated.
Nitro tried dragging Batista into a position to hit his 'Starship Pain' split-legged corkscrew moonsault but Batista kicked him in the head from the ground. Batista then got up and hit a couple of clotheslines, knocking Nitro down both times.
When Nitro got up again, Batista picked him up and hit a running powerslam. Batista now got set up in the corner and was signaling for a Spear. Nitro slowly worked his way up and as he stumbled away from the corner, Batista charged to hit the...WAIT A MINUTE!!!...'CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL!!!'
Smackdown! announcer JBL entered the ring and cleaned Batista's clock with his signature lariat. Referee Armstrong called for the bell as Batista wins the match via disqualification.
WINNER - Batista by DQ [10:33]
JBL must have taken exception to Batista's shove on the outside and cost 'The Animal' the ECW Championship. Nitro is announced as still the champ and he is shocked like everyone else but grabs his title and gets out of dodge. JBL stands over Batista and talks trash to him before exiting the ring to a shower of boos and walking to the back.

ANGLE: Edge/Y2J Promo Video (90%)

MATCH 11: Edge (c) vs. Chris Jericho
World Heavyweight Championship (92%, 4*)
The lights go down as the countdown clock begins. The crowd goes crazy as 'Break The Walls Down' hits and Jericho appears on the stage in his classic arms-out pose before turning around.
'Metalingus' then hits and the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge makes his way out and puts the devil horns up to hit his pyro. Tony Chimel announces the two men in the ring and referee Nick Patrick calls for the bell to kick this one off. ECW's Tazz joined his old partner Michael Cole to call this one.
The two men circle around a couple of times and Edge is careful to lock up. They finally lock up and a nice chain sequence plays out as Jericho ends up sending Edge to the mat with a drop-toe hold. Y2J goes to the mat and applies a front chancery on Edge.
Edge would get to his feet and spin into position to hit Jericho with a swinging neckbreaker and now the champ had the upper hand. Edge started stomping away at Jericho and then lifted one of his legs and dropped an elbow to the knee.
Edge would stay on the area, cranking and twisting Y2J's knee. Edge dragged Jericho over to the ropes and put his leg on the middle rope before jumping up and coming down with all his weight on the leg. Jericho clutched his leg and yelped in agony as he rolled toward the middle of the ring.
Edge got Jericho up and sent him into the corner. Edge started stomping away and Jericho was beaten down into a seated position in the corner. Edge used his foot to start choking Y2J until referee Nick Patrick got to a count of four. Edge then charged and hit Jericho with a knee to the face.
Edge pulled Jericho away and made a pin attempt, but Y2J got the shoulder up at two. Edge got Jericho up again and sent him off the ropes but Jericho countered and hit a spinning heel kick. Both men were down and Y2J had a chance to recover.
The two rose at the same time and started exchanging rights with the crowd cheering Y2J and booing Edge. Jericho threw in a couple of knife edge chops as well and the momentum was on his side. Jericho sent Edge off the ropes but Edge reversed the Irish Whip.
Y2J then rebounded off the ropes but slid in between and under Edge's legs. When Jericho got up and Edge turned around, Y2J hit a double-leg takedown and attempted to spin Edge over into the 'Walls of Jericho.' Edge sensed trouble and was able to scoot away before taking a breather on the outside of the ring.
Edge took his time, letting Nick Patrick count a bit while Jericho held the ropes open for Edge to come back in. Edge would get back in the ring after Jericho backed up and the two locked up again. This time the two exchanged standing switches but when Edge got behind Jericho, he hit him with an inverted DDT.
Edge now looked for the submission and applied a Sharpshooter on Jericho. Y2J was in agony as he desperately reached for the ropes. Edge then re-adjusted and turned it into his version of the Sharpshooter he calls the 'Edgecator.'
Jericho was in trouble and it looked like he was losing steam, but Y2J caught a second wind and fought his way to the bottom rope. Edge broke on four and was now starting to get frustrated, running his hands through his hair.
Edge lined up in the opposite corner and signaled for a Spear. He waited until Jericho got up but when he charged at Y2J, Jericho hit a front kick right to Edge, stopping him in his tracks. Jericho then flipped Edge on his back again and now it was his turn to try and win by submission.
Jericho had the 'Walls of Jericho' locked in and Edge was the one desperately fighting the urge to not tap. Edge got sort of close to the ropes and Jericho pulled him back to the middle of the ring and the crowd went crazy, sensing that this could be it.
Edge then fought to being close again and this time he just extended enough to graze the bottom rope. Referee Nick Patrick called for the break but Jericho pulled Edge away again. Only this time, Edge was able to roll onto his back and push-kicked Jericho off.
Jericho flailed backward and inadvertently elbowed Nick Patrick in the face and knocked down the senior official. Jericho walked over to Edge but Edge hit Y2J with a low blow. Edge then went outside and grabbed his World Heavyweight Championship.
Edge brought it back in and waited for Jericho to rise. Edge charged at Y2J and tried to hit him in the face with the gold but Jericho ducked and Edge turned around to meet a 'Codebreaker.' Y2J hit his move and went for the cover but Nick Patrick was still out.
Jericho would have had the match won as the crowd counted to three but Y2J aborted the attempt and went over to shake Patrick to no avail. Edge had rolled out of the ring by this point and was down near the apron.
Jericho spotted Edge and tried to reach down and grab him through the ropes, but when Y2J pulled on Edge's hair, Edge blindly swung a steel chair backward and clocked Y2J in the head. Edge must have grabbed one from under the ring and now Jericho is out cold in the middle of the ring.
Edge would get back in the ring and go into the corner. He violently waved at Y2J to get to his feet and when he did, Edge blasted Jericho with a Spear. Edge made the cover and referee Nick Patrick slowly came to. Patrick slowly made the count to three and Edge would retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
WINNER - Edge by Pinfall [15:34]
Edge grabbed his championship and celebrated the win as Michael Cole exclaimed that it was a damn shame that Edge resorted to cheating to win an otherwise excellent championship match.

***MAIN EVENT*** MATCH 12: John Cena (c) vs. Randy Orton
No Disqualification Match for the WWE Championship (91%, 3.5*)
'Burn In My Light' hits and the cocky, arrogant Randy Orton made his way to the ring. 'My Time Is Now' then hit and the arena erupted as the WWE Champion, John Cena made his entrance.
Cena threw his shirt into the crowd and referee Mike Chioda lifted the richest prize in sports entertainment up as Lillian Garcia announced champion and challenger. The bell would ring and the No-DQ match was on.
After both men were soaking in the thunderous crowd, Cena charged at Orton and locked up with him before shoving him to the corner. Cena, obviously looking for some payback after Orton gave him an RKO on the stage Monday Night, hits a few rights before grabbing Orton by the head and smashing his face off the turnbuckle.
Cena whipped Orton into the opposite corner, gave him a boot in the gut, and hit a Fisherman's Suplex. Cena then punched Orton a couple more times before whipping him off the rope. Orton reversed the whip and when Cena rebounded, he tried to hit his leaping shoulder block but Orton dropped down and Cena hit nothing but mat as he almost flew out of the ring.
Cena pulled himself up and was on the apron. Orton saw this and charged to knock him off and Cena crashed head-first into the RAW announce table. Orton went out and started bouncing Cena's head off the table. Orton did this a few times before whipping Cena back-first into the steel steps.
Cena let out a loud groan as Orton stomped away on Cena. Orton then went to the RAW announce table and started clearing everything off. Orton grabbed a TV monitor and attempted to hit Cena in the face with it but Cena ducked and connected with a right, causing Orton to drop the monitor.
Cena then bounced Orton's head off the steel stairs a couple of times before throwing him over the barricade and into the crowd. Cena stood on the barricade and waited until Orton popped back up before dropping a double-axe handle. Orton was crawling away and Cena picked him up and attempted a suplex on the concrete, but Orton blocked it with his leg and countered with an inverted suplex, dropping Cena on his stomach.
Cena was holding his ribs as Orton picked him up and threw him back over the barricade. Cena was using the steel steps to help himself up and Orton hatched an idea. Orton went over to the timekeeper's area and scared Lillian Garcia out of her chair.
Orton grabbed the chair and went to hit Cena, but Cena moved and Orton swung and hit nothing but the stairs. Orton shook his hand in pain as the vibration stung.
Cena rolled Orton back into the ring and when Orton got up, Cena rebounded off the ropes to hit his leaping shoulder block. Cena did this again as Orton got back up quickly and then Cena ducked a right and nailed Orton with his signature spin-out powerbomb.
Cena stood over Orton and taunted him with the 'You Can't See Me," before dropping a 'Five-Knuckle Shuffle' on Orton. Cena was now stalking Orton for an F-U attempt. Cena lifted Orton up in the fireman's carry position but Orton slid out the back door and hit his own signature inverted backbreaker.
Cena rolled right out of the ring after the impact and Orton was back out after him. Orton now wanted to finish what he started and brought Cena near the already cleared announce table. Orton placed Cena on the table and then got up on it himself.
Orton got Cena up and attempted an RKO, but Cena shoved Orton away. When Orton came back at Cena, Cena lifted him up for an F-U. It appeared Cena was going to hit it but Orton raked Cena's eye just like Monday Night and when Cena turned around, Orton hit Cena with an RKO through the announce table!!!
The crowd broke out a "Holy $#%!" chant as both men were down. Orton held his back but began stirring after a minute as Cena was out cold. Orton dragged the lifeless body of Cena near the ring and eventually picked up his dead weight and rolled him back in the ring.
Orton went for the cover right away but Cena kicked out at the last millisecond, causing the crowd to go nuts. Orton couldn't believe it and started arguing with Mike Chioda. As Cena still laid on the mat, the gears started tuning in Orton's head and Orton went to the opposite corner of where Cena was standing.
JR and King could sense what was coming and King exclaimed "Oh No." Orton was lining up a punt kick for when Cena started to try to get up. The same punt kick that has put many others out of action was now Orton's idea to become the WWE Champion.
Cena started to stir, rolled over on his stomach, and then started to get on all fours. This was Orton's cue to start charging. Orton went in for the kick but HE IS TAKEN DOWN!!!! Someone in a gray hoodie and street clothes has just taken down Orton.
The man in the hoodie is blasting away as he mounted Orton. The crowd begins to cheer and JR and King begin to realize that it's
CODY RHODES!!!
Cody and his father Dusty were two of Orton's punt victims and Cody is taking it all out on Orton right now.
Orton scuttled across the mat and got out of the ring. Rhodes then lifted his hoodie to reveal his face and the crowd went berserk. After a few seconds of taking in the loud ovation, Rhodes went out after Orton. Rhodes picked up the chair that Orton brought into play and smashed it over a crawling Orton's back.
Rhodes did this a few more times until RAW General Manager, Jonathan Coachman frantically came out on the stage and waved a bunch of security to stop Rhodes. The crowd booed as a dozen security guards came down and attempted to pull Rhodes away.
Rhodes punched a couple of them out and even got a couple more stomps on Orton, but eventually, the group of guards restrained him and walked him back up the ramp. Coach gave Rhodes an angry stare as Rhodes yelled at him while getting taken away.
Back to the ring and John Cena has come to and is sitting in the corner. Cena looks shocked after what just took place as he caught the tail end of the action. Orton started to stir and used the apron to slowly pull himself up and into the ring.
Orton slowly makes his way to his feet and Cena hits him with an F-U. Cena makes the cover and retains the WWE Championship in a hellacious bout.
WINNER - John Cena by Pinfall [21:13]
Cena is handed his WWE Championship but looks spent. The story is more about Cody Rhodes coming back to cost Randy Orton the match. A few replays show the big moments of the match and then the camera shows Orton barely moving in the ring, while Cena walks up the ramp with the title over his shoulder.
Cena turns around to the crowd as JR signs us off for the night, marking the end of SummerSlam 2007.
