Lone Star Wrestling Year One
AJ Styles, Bryan Danielson, Terry Gordy and Ray Stevens are my top performers.
AJ Styles holds the LSW Championship. In this mod AJ is only 24, and around then he was so bad ass.
Bryan Danielson is around his 2012-era where he was over but not the mega-face in WWE.
Terry Gordy is a babyface at the moment but has lost multiple times to Brodie Lee.
I have been using Brodie Lee as a foil for AJ Styles and Bryan Danielson.
From what I remember of the late Brodie Lee, he was pretty awesome in the ring.
However, his stats are pretty low in this WOTI mod. Not sure why but his performances have not been great.
I might edit his stats.
All shows have been taking place in Texas, specifically Fort Worth or Dallas, TX.
The crowds are not large and the fans that show up expect to see lengthy matches for more important matches.
It can be hard to determine what matches will be judged important or not, and my workers do not all have high stamina or psychology.
My roster is currently a real mixed bag but I definitely have plenty of money to spend.
I'll have to share some screenshots soon.

Terry Gordy is awesome and I usually have him on my rosters. I am going to try and hire on Stan Hansen for my WCCW save in WOTI. More on WCCW later. I am proud of my first show.

I doubt that the WWF fans actually did like WWF Survivor Series. The PPV scored worse than the ECW and World Wrestling Network PPVs. Despite ECW being regional and WWN being cult size.

I don't have screenshots to share at the moment but last night I had that TEW moment where you pour out your creativity and get no gain. In my very first show I did a 10-man elimination tournament for the WCCW Heavyweight Championship. Bruiser Brody, who is one of my top 10 all-time favorites captured the championship when he defeated a worn out Gino Hernandez. The match was pretty good but they were both worn out. The big angle of the night was Mike Von Erich getting jumped and pummeled by The Freebirds. So on the next episode of TV the angle throughout the show is the Von Erichs reacting to Mike's assault. I had an angle with Fritz getting into a shouting match with The Authority over what happened. Then the Von Erichs cutting an in-ring promo on The Freebirds. Later in the show, in a pre-taped interview, Mike Von Erich was interviewed from his hospital bed by Bill Mercer. Mike wants revenge on Michael Hayes. Later on I had The Freebirds interviewed by Bill Mercer. I didn't do an angle for the main event because I think the show had enough Von Erich/ Freebird angles going on but the main event match-up was Terry Gordy versus Fritz Von Erich in a No DQ match. I booked the match to be too long. I was under the impression it needed to be for a good enough rating. In the match, Fritz loses due to interference from Michael Hayes and Gordy hits him with his "Spike". Post match, Kevin tries to save his dad from the Freebirds but gets taken out. Fritz gets handcuffed to the ring rope and has to watch the Freebirds beat down another son of his. END OF SHOW.
I think I got a 64 and no change in popularity. WOMP WOMP. I'll have to post screenshots but boy this was disappointing after the time I spent.

The WWF AI finally decided to use Bret Hart with is good and resulted in a 90 rated match. But the angles still sucks (due to the overness of the workers and the AI not rating workers on entertainment, microphone or menace). At the end of november I'm gonna help WWF by cutting the Women's Division. WWF will not be competitive while booking womens matches and angles, due to the low overness of those workers.

 And The New Generation is dead  A desperate WWF signs The Warrior to get some needed overness for matches and angles. Warrior have 90 in overness, so that is really gonna help increase WWFs grades. |
