---Trouble shooting---
*People who have a game of PW, close it, do something else and then open up the game again find run time errors. that's because it didn't shut down last time (use the exit button on the main menu in future). Press CTRL+Alt+Delete and highlight promotion wars, then "end task". This should fix the problem.
*Save your game in TWO slots, just in case one of the files become corrupt you have a backup saved game.

*---For the Beginners---*
Here is a BASIC run-down of all the menu's and what they do. If you know what all the menus do then skip this file. If youre completely daunted by what to do or where to go first due to the games massive content, please read on...
Open the EXE...
Start off- Pick the name which you want to be known as, since you are the commisioner. Choose either WWF or WCW to work with.

---MENU FUNCTIONS---
~Roster~
Shows the wrestlers in your federation. This is where you you can...
*See your wrestlers morale
*See your wrestlers entertainment/Draw Value
*Change a wrestler to heel/face
*Give a wreslter a manager
*Make a stable or tag team
*See wrestlers wages
*Change A wrestler's card status
*Renew a wrestlers contract, or release a wrestler from their contract.
~Feuds~
Make your feuds here you can have either a singles feud or a tag team feud. You may only have 5 feuds at any one time.
~Championships~
Shows who's holding the titles in your fed. You can see the history of each title and you can vacate any title.
~TV~
Shows the ratings for your show and your competitors each week. Also shows your highest and lowest ratings and how long you've won in the ratings war (if you have). You can also choose how good your TV production will be.
~!!Tip!!~ - Leave TV production on High or Very High, it's worth it. WCW has it on 'High' as default, so change it to 'Very High' for the higher ratings.
~Training Camp (WWF)/Power Plant (WCW)~
You can sign young new stars to your fed. The new guys will change from time to time, so once in awhile pick one up and see how he works out.
~!!TIP!!~ - Anybody that you can sign with a Entertainment value of 60+ sign him, you can boost his draw value easily.
If you choose sign a prospect, this is also where you pick his name, finisher, and choose if he is face or heel.
~Exit~
The proper way to exit the game without any problems.
~Call Meeting~
The board summarises how well you are doing your job. Expect to hear about-
*Your World Champion
*The importance of the World title
*Overall morale within the roster
*Ratings and quality of last weeks Raw/Nitro and the last PPV
*Your bank balance
*How they feel about the number of top-line faces and top-line heels within the roster.
~!!IMPORTANT!!~ - Whatever is negative within this meeting, work on fixing it to help your federation and your own rating. Dont want to be fired do you??
~Deals~
When other companies want one of your wrestlers this is where you will wheel and deal for money or you can reject the offer from them.
~Pushes~
Shows who has a push at the moment. To give/end a wrestlers push, go to the Roster menu, click on the wrestler, bottom left corner either give or end his push.
~Pay Per View~
This menu asks how big you want to promote your upcoming PPV. For further information, see the ppv.txt file.
~Save Game~
Self explanitory. If you think not, you wouldnt have had the mental capacity to install this game
~Merchandise~
~!!Feature only available on Saturdays!!~
This is where you choose how much money you want to spend on your wrestlers merchandise. For more info, see merchandise.txt
~Other Rosters~
*WWF/WCW- shows the roster of The major promotion which you are NOT managing. You are able to attempt the signing of any wrestler in these pages.
*ECW- shows the Extreme Championship Wrestling roster. You are able to attempt the signing of any wrestler in these pages.
*More- lists wrestlers in minor promotions. You are able to attempt the signing of any wrestler in these pages.
~NEXT DAY~
Make sure that you are COMPLETELY done before you click this button to end the day and move on. Its frustrating when you realise you forgot to 'push' someone or something and its too late to do anything about it.
