Sadly I think that this is another one of those unfinished modding projects. It's very time consuming to mod TEW2020 and most don't have time to work on multiple mods (many announce mods without knowing how much time it will take and how dedicated you have to be to finish the project). Jeronimoe have this mod, the RWC mod and the PWS mod. That sounds like way too much of a workload.

I think that even if this mod is probably abandoned you should still upload whatever progress you got done
