but lo and behold, Cactus Jack arrived out of nowhere to try and save the poor guy.
Cactus Jack stated that Tully will no longer have a name,
will no longer make an impact: For now Cactus Jack was on top of the situation.

Eric Bischoff was the voice of command when he
arranged the signing of the two wrestlers.
The atmosphere was tense but it was marked,
Sting and Steve Austin would meet in the ring!

Big Van Vader was preparing to enter the ring, with his championship,
until Rick Rude tried to appear out of nowhere and hit the champion hard.
But Vader barely reacted and decided to punish Rick Rude. Harley Race
warned Rude not to be a fool and to respect the WCW monster!
