We open the show with Kevin Kelly and Dave Prazak at commentary, thanking the fans for tuning in from home and running us down the confirmed matches for the weekend before ultimately running us down the tournament bracket to crown the first ever Ring of Honor North American Champion!

Segment 1:

Backstage we get a promo from the Briscoe Brothers recapping the events from "March Madness" - they call out the All Night Xpress for sticking their nose in business that they don't belong to and costing them the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships, they vow to win back the titles tomorrow night and to seek revenge against the All Night Xpress

Kenny Omega vs. Paul London
Kenny Omega beats Paul London after a Dragon Rebirth Suplex off the top rope at 14:41

Match 3: 
Round 1 of the ROH North American Championship Tournament:
Michael Elgin vs. Kenny King
Michael Elgin beats Kenny King in quick fashion after Elgin hits a buckle bomb at 04:55. The crowd is going crazy after the dominance of the debuting Michael Elgin who looks to make his mark in Ring of Honor

Round 1 of the ROH North American Championship Tournament:
Hernandez vs. Rhett Titus 
Rhett Titus sneaks the win after interference from Kenny King at 08:32
Winner: Rhett Titus

Segment 3: 

After the match, Titus and King beat down Hernandez with a 2 on 1 assault. Homicide looks to make the run in save onto ANX but the 2 on 1 is too much. The Briscoe Brothers come down and make the save, King and Titus spot Briscoes running in from afar away and make the exit through the crowd.

Match 5: 
Round 1 of the ROH North American Championship Tournament:
Brodie Lee vs. Chuck Taylor (w/ Johnny Gargano) 
Chuck Taylor is able to secure a sneaky win after a roll up onto Brodie Lee at 13:24
Winner: Chuck Taylor

Segment 4:

Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano hug it out and celebrate as the crowd cheers on the newly formed duo.

Match 6:
Round 1 of the ROH North American Championship Tournament:
Roderick Strong vs. Jack Evans 
Roderick Strong and Jack Evans have by far the most devastating match of the night as Jack Evans puts up the biggest fight to Roderick Strong that he's had all year but ultimately, Strong hits a back breaker before switching it into a StrongHold onto Jack Evans who taps out at 22:38
Winner: Roderick Strong

Segment 5:

Ring of Honor World Champion cuts a promo on his main event match with Austin Aries for the ROH Championship. He acknowledges it's Aries' ROH career vs. Black's ROH championship. Black promises the ROH fans that this will be the end of the era of Austin Aries in Ring of Honor

Match 7:
Tag Team Match:
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. Karl Anderson and Giant Bernard
The hot (literally speaking) crowd in Phoenix goes bananas for this tag team action as The Bucks show why they are the fastest rising stars in all of tag team wrestling from around the world! Bernard and Anderson use their size advantage at full force as they try to slow down the movement of the bucks and separate them to avoid being attacked by team maneuvers. The Bucks look to set up Karl Anderson for the more bang for your buck but Matt Jackson's back is too exhausted, Giant Bernard comes in from behind, german suplexes Matt Jackson, gets back up to his feet, catches Nick Jackson who attempts to dive onto him, slams Nick Jackson down to the mat with a scoop slam, Anderson combos it by hitting a powerful drop kick onto the neck of Nick Jackson who get the cover on the Bucks at 18:20

MAIN EVENT: 
Match 8:
Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champion Kevin Steen (w/ Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champion Steve Corino) vs. El Generico (w/ Colt Cabana)
The crowd is going bonkers for this one as the two could barely even wait for the bell to ring to start duking it out with one another. The match is as back and forth as could possibly get as the two former rivals attempt to hit one another with signature moves but they keep reversing it. Showcasing the fact that they know each other far too well after being teammates for so long. Corino attempts to get involved in the match but is stopped by Colt Cabana who runs and clothesline Corino on the outside. Steen is distracted by these antics and spits on the face of Cabana, Cabana attempts to get in the ring as Steen smirks, the security rushes down and pulls Cabana out, Generico swoops Steen around to go for a BRAINBUSTAH! but Steen uses his weight to force himself down, Corino is gets up and tries to go for an attack on Cabana again from the outside, the referee is signaling for more help from the back, Steen uses the distraction to his advantage, kicks Generico right in the dick and scoops Generico up!

PACKAGE PILEDRIVER!

Segment 6:

After the match, Steen laughs hysterically and gets up to celebrate with Steve Corino as Generico legitimately just lays on the ring and can be seen having tears leave his eyes. the iPPV ends with Cabana checking in on Generico as Steen celebrates on the turnbuckle as the crowd boos and throws trash into the ring
