AGM Voting 1898 - Expansion
Basingstoke Town
One of the iconic names from the Pub League, Basingstoke have been steadily progressing up the division and now look to see if they can take advantage of the expansion to join the league for the upcoming season.
Chatham Town
Another of the more Southern sides in this election, Chatham are probably best known for their great run in the FA Cup around 10 years ago when the side reached the FA Cup quarter-finals.
Mexborough
The current Midland League champions, Mexborough probably have the best credentials for election here as many other league champions such as New Brighton Tower (tower coming soon) and Stockton have already been elected.
Northwich Victoria
A few years ago the Trickies had to quit the league due to financial troubles however it seems with the recent expansion the side are willing to give it another go and see if they can manage to stay more stable a second time around.
Rossendale United
Successor to the former Football League side who went under last season, Rossendale United are looking to bring league football back to Dark Lane
South Shore
With Blackpool having recently lost their spot in the Football League, South Shore are looking to return to their place as the top club in Blackpool by joining the league and managing to actually be somewhat decent in it.
Uxbridge
A side from the Southern League, Uxbridge's position down South is starting to look unstable so the side are taking a gamble on trying to join the Football League and compete for Woolwich Arsenal to be the biggest side in London
Wellingborough
There is a lot to say about Wellingborough as while they have been a decent side in recent years, to memory they have done little outstanding. In this upcoming expansion however they could be a solid pick to join the league.
Wigan County
Football in Wigan looks to have a few different sides kicking around and while Wigan County don't have the coolest kits (shout out Wigan United with their Green & White quarters) they do have the best side of them and are the best positioned to try and join the league.
