Will post various insights from the Jim Cornette Experience and Jim Cornette Drive-Thru podcasts. Thread will focus on Jim Cornette's insights on AEW and WWE, including supposed "leaks" the podcast regularly posts -- for example, the leaks Jim & Brian supposedly got from the AEW locker room.

Jim Cornette reviewed AEW Collision. He's a huge fan -- you could say the TV show was booked for him.
I didn't catch this on Collision, but apparently CM Punk winked at a Jim Cornette merch wearing fan on AEW Collision.
Jim commented on it and used this to plug merch. Could Punk be feeding information to Cornette? I don't think Punk is talking to Jim and Brian directly, but I think that guy probably speaks with Punk regularly.
Punk and Jim seem to have similar tastes in wrestling.

The drama over podcast one/live one/whatever and that Colin Thomson fellow is interesting.

I've somewhat kept up with the live one drama. Is Jim Cornette still planning to sue Colin Thompson?

I'm a little over the place with my listening to be honest.
Full Podcast wise I'm still at the end of June, supplemented by YouTube clips of stuff I can't wait to hear about....which can get confusing at times.
I think yes though.

Jim Cornette and Brian Last discussed Tony's social media use and the All In incident on a recent clip. Once again, they claim to have spoken to talent. Brian Last claims to have wrestlers on the roster speak to him about Tony Khan's social media use. Brian & Jim give a detailed description of CM Punk's behavior at All In around 16:00. Both seem rather dismissive of Tony's claims about Punk, and argue that Tony was instructed by AEW legal to exaggerate the incident. Last implies CM Punk's confrontation with Tony at All In didn't happen.

I need to listen on Corny more often, because he is entertaining. But at the same time there are so many podcasts to listen to.

I need to listen on Corny more often, because he is entertaining. But at the same time there are so many podcasts to listen to. He's extremely biased and (likely) in Punk's camp but Cornette talks with a lot of the stars.
If nothing else, a lot of wrestlers listen to his podcast.
Apparently, he's also been advising/working with CM Punk in some capacity. So he has some direct insight on the various backstage incidents.
But Cornette has a definite bias -- he's definitely prefers WWE to AEW, even if he's not fan of either. Doesn't care much at all for Lucha or Japan, and utterly despises Joshi.
He's a great promo, and if nothing else, Cornette is entertaining.
