After a huge 5* Frog Splash from RVD, the champion pinned Del Rio and retained the World Heavyweight Championship. After the match Damien Sandow ran down and cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and challenged Van Dam to a match right there!. As Sandow was about to attack Van Dam, Ricardo Rodriquez distracted Sandow allowing Van Dam to hit Sandow with 5* Frog Splash to retain. This was the first time in WWE history a superstar failed to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase.

After Danielson got Orton in the YES Lock, Brad Maddox came down to distract the referee which allowed the Big Show to hit Danielson with the WMD allowing Orton to hit the RKO for the pinfall and to retain the WWE Championship. |
