COMMISIONER SHAWN MICHAELS ANNOUNCES SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE TO TRIPLE THREAT WWF CHAMPIONSHIP
Shawn Michaels comes to the ring and with a special announcement. He says since the WWF is going to host SummerSlam in Minnesota that's there only one person perfect enough to referee the main event and that is MINNESOTA GOVERNOR AND FORMER WWF SUPERSTAR JESSE THE BODY VENTURA. Ventura comes out and talks to Michaels about his time as a wrestler and a Navy SEAL. He was brought in to find out who the best wrestler is. Both Triple H and Chyna come out and starts with both Michael and Ventura. Triple H pushes Michaels and Michaels is ready for a fight. Ventura says something to Shawn and tells Triple H that nobody is getting psychical tonight and to wait until SummerSlam. DUDLEY BOYZ DEBUT AND WIN THE WWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
After successfully retaining their WWF Tag Team Championship in the tag team turmoil match at Summerslam, it seemed like the Hardy Boyz were the best tag team in the World Wrestling Federation. They issued a challenge to any tag team in the back that they haven't beaten before. The music hits and out comes Extreme Championship Wrestling's DUDLEY BOYZ. Buh Buh Ray Dudley acc-acc-acept their challenge. After a back and forth affair the Dudley Boyz hit Jeff Hardy with the Dudley Death Drop to win the WWF Tag Team Championship in their debuts.

SMACKDOWN DEBUTS; MILLENIUM COUNTDOWN CLOCK ENDS
On the very first episode of SmackDown!, Commissioner Shawn Michaels introduced the new show to the World Wrestling Federation fans. the Heartbreak Commish told fans that SmackDown will air every Thursday and will be the second weekly show in addition to RAW. He introduces the new WWF Champion, Triple H. Triple H goes on to rub the WWF Championship in Shawn Michaels face and tell him exactly what he said a year and a half ago, that he doesn't need Michaels and he won the WWF Championship all by himself. As Triple H is talking about how hes going to be the most dominate WWF Champion of all time, the Millineum Clock appears on the screen.
Later in the show, the Rock comes out to cut a promo. He tells the fans that he doesnt care whos WWF Champion, it can be Austin, Chyna, Triple H, Chris Tucker, Bill Clinton, he'll lay the SmackDown on all their candy asses. When all of a sudden the Millienum Countdown comes on the titantron once again..
...this time it counts down to zero. The arena goes black and when it comes on the titantron says "J-E-R-I-C-H-O". The lights come back on and Chris Jericho is on top of the ramp! The former WCW wrestler is here and makes his WWF debut. He says Jericho Is SmackDown!. Jericho introduces himself to the WWF fans, he says hes the most charasmiatic showman to ever enter your living rooms. Jericho says hes happy to finally be in company thats not boring and not a snozefest. Jericho is here to save the WWF. the Rock told him to take his Y2J and to stick it up his candy ass!. Chris Jericho is officially a member of the World Wrestling Federation.

THE 'ROCK N SOCK' CONNECTION IS FORMED
In an unlikely pairing the main event of RAW Is War saw the formation of the Rock N Sock Connection. Shane McMahon announced that if either Mankind or the Rock wants any future title shots that they have to team tonight against the Mean Street Posse in a handicap match. The match begins and for the majority of the match the Mean Street Posse take control of the numbers game however the new duo wound up making a comeback when the Rock hit Rodney with a spinebuster and both Mankind and the Rock hit a double People's elbow and get the pin for the win and the birth of the Rock n Sock Connection is born.

BIG BOSS MAN FEEDS AL SNOW HIS DOG
After the Big Boss Man abducting Al Snow's dog Pepper, the Boss Man said he would deliver Al Snow's dog back to him on SmackDown. Boss Man and Al met in the backstage area where Boss man had some food prepared for Snow. Snow started munching away on the food while Boss Man was trying to apologize for everything thats happened. Snow asks where Pepper was and Boss Man revealed that Pepper was on the plate! Al Snow was eating Pepper! Upon hearing the news, Snow started crying and attacking the Big Boss Man. Boss Man escaped and Snow promised to get revenge for what Boss Man did to his dog.

THE MYSTERIOUS "GTV" HACKER IS REVEALED
After many weeks of a mysterious GTV showing superstars of the Federation in embarrassing situations which has included, showing footage from a bathroom occupied by Val Venis and The Big Show, capture footage of Shane McMahon and the Mean Street Pose faking injuries, it would capture Shawn Stasiak cheating on Terri Runnels as well as Mark Henry's "girlfriend" Sammy being an actual man, it was time for the mysterious hacker to reveal himself. The GTV logo aired and it was revealed the G in GTV stood for Green, thats right, Tom Green! The comedian came down on the titantron and said he did this because his new show "the Tom Green Show" was airing in a few weeks and he wanted to show the WWF fans what exactly they could expect. Tom Green was then interrupted by Mark Henry who was furious with Tom. Tom and Mark went back and forth, Henry promised to get his revenge on Tom Green no matter what. |

DAVEY BOY SMITH RETURNS TO WORLD WRESTING FEDERATION
After last weeks disgusting act to Al Snow, the Big Boss Man opened up SmackDown. Boss Man said that what he did he'll do again to prove how sick of a man he is. Boss Man challenged any "dog lovers" in the back to a fight right now. the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith returned to the WWF and answered his challenge. After the Bossman went to hit Davey Boy with his nightstick, Al Snow ran down to the ring and distracted Boss Man. Bulldog spun Boss Man around and with a monstruous running powerslam Bulldog got the win. Al Snow said to Bossman that this isn't over yet and challenged him to a Dog Collar match at Unforgiven.

JEFF JARRETT DEFENDS INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP AGAINST....LUNA VACHON
After weeks and weeks of Jeff Jarrett menacing the women of the World Wrestling Federation he issued an open challenge to any woman in the back who wants a shot at the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Luna Vachon answered the challenge! The title match started off well for Luna but was eventually KO'ed by a debuting Stacy Kat Carter with a guitar shot. Jeff Jarrett pinned Luna for the 1-2-3 to successfully defend his WWF Intercontinental Championship.
Luna put up a good fight but the debuting Stacy Kat Carter helped Jarrett keep his WWF Intercontinental Championship.

SmackDown! - Sports Arena - San Diego, California - September 14, 1999
VINCE MCMAHON WINS WWF CHAMPIONSHIP
After Vince McMahon forced Triple H to make a title defense tonight, Triple H was given the right to pick the referee and he selected Shane McMahon. Vince said thats fine but he will pick the opponent and he picked himself. The bell rang and Shane McMahon turned on Triple H! Shane McMahon along with Vince, Gerald Brisco and Pat Patterson started putting a stomping on the champion. Vince grabbed a steel chair and hit Triple H, busting Triple H wide open. Stone Cold Steve Austin hit the ring and gave Triple H the stunner before McMahon pinned him for the 1-2-3 to become the new WWF Champion. A shocked sold out arena just saw their chairman become champion.
