Thank you very much!
The internet universally loves Sid for some reason. It's 2023 and I still don't get why

Thank you very much! The internet universally loves Sid for some reason. It's 2023 and I still don't get why Fantastic look, amazing Powerbomb (specially the earlier Kneeling variation), nice Big Boot too. He's not a great wrestler by any standard, but he was a solid menace who could have a run as a contender to any top babyface ever. That's it, though. He's not Vader or anything, but yeah... Oh, and the destroyed car reaction is also a reason for us to love Sid, of course.

WCW Fall Brawl 19.09.1993 Houston, TX
1. WCW Cruiserweight Title: 2 Cold Scorpio (c) def. Bobby Eaton (12 mins) Scorpio and Eaton teamed up at GAB, winning their match, but Scorpio stole the pin and took all the credit. Eaton is quite annoyed by his behaviour and points out that he's done everything in his career, but the idea of being an innovator in the cruiserweight division is quite appealing to him. Eaton quietly turns babyface, as people can't stand Scorpio. Eaton proves have an edge thanks to his experience, but Scorpio kicks him low and then wins with the 450 splash
2. The Nasty Boys (w/ Missy Hyatt) draw Southern Justice by double DQ (6 mins) The Nasties just made their debut as a babyface tag team. They join the "I don't like them, but they were fairly over and I have nobody else" category. I liked the pairing with Missy though, like the Beauty and the Beast. Southern Justice is the future Godwinns, again they are nothing special, but are using the much better serious gimmick instead of being hillbillies. They fight to a no contest after fighting at ringside, we can establish the brawling style of the Nasties right away at least
3. Brad Armstrong def. Marcus Bagwell (7 mins) Armstrong was a solid hand in the ring, but couldn't really have a decent character, so we can start hyping the whole Armstrong families and his roots, saying that none of them made it on a National stage and so he wants to be the first etc. Bagwell made his PPV debut at GAB and comes back here, it's a babyface vs. babyface match that takes just a few minutes after all. I am hyping Brad for a title shot, so he wins with the russian legsweep
4. WCW World Tag Titles: The Hollywood Blondes (c) def. Arn Anderson & Dustin Rhodes (15 mins) Anderson's feud with the Blondes continue, as the refused to join the Horsemen. After Paul Roma was a failed experiment, Anderson manages to recruit Dustin for one night only. Dustin just turned heel and is quite arrogant as he wants the US Title back. It's a bit of a tricky situation, as Anderson is allied with the babyface Flair and here takes a heel under his wing, so they kind of play babyfaces here, also because the Blondes are heel. I think they would have a great match, once again Anderson is let down by his Horsemen in training. Anderson hits Austin with the spinbuster this time, but Pillman upsets Rhodes with a dirty roll up and they retain
5. Steven Regal def. Terry Taylor (11 mins) Regal is getting a solid midcard push since his debut, he's still undefeated and he mixes his snug style with a lot of bad remarks towards the American fans. Taylor takes exception to that, saying that Regal won't be so cocky once they wrestle. Taylor is a perfect target for Regal, as he can ridiculize the Red Rooster, without clearly mentioning it though. Taylor gives all he has and takes Regal to the limit, but Regal pokes him in the eye to stop a submission hold and wins with the tiger suplex
6. #1 Contender No Disqualification Match: Ric Flair def. Rick Rude (16 mins) If you know Flair, especially babyface Flair, he is now obsessed with Rude and willing to do anything to get a rematch and avenge his loss from GAB. Not only he lost, but Rude was way too personal and now Naitch is the one to take digs, saying that Rude is a wannabe superstar, he will never be able to be a World champion unless he beats him when it counts. Rude is too proud and accepts the rematch, which is a good way to keep them in a top feud, but away from the title at the moment. A title shot is on the line. Flair struggles and bleeds, but then uses the figure four and Rude taps out
7. War Games Match: Sting, Davey Boy Smith, Ricky Steamboat & Paul Orndorff def. Vader, Sid Vicious, Cactus Jack & Ron Simmons (w/ Harley Race) (20 mims) The original War Games wasn't loaded, as they tried to keep competitive matches all across the card, but adding Shockmaster and Harlem Heat to this match wasn't a good idea. So, Sting and Vader are the captains of course. Sting has his friend Smith, Steamboat and the resilient Orndorff. Vader recruits Sid (wrestled Davey at GAB), Cactus (returning after losing to Ordnorff earlier in the year) and Simmons, who wants space in the company. I think we have a good mix of stars, good workers and brawlers, it should be a good one. Vader again looks indestructible, but the babyfaces win when Sting applies the scorpion deathlock on Simmons

I'm liking your 2 Cold heel run, as you're really making him an interesting Cruiserweight champion. Armstrong is next in line, but for now I only see Scorpio lose to Benoit or so. The Double A recruit plan is ok, but it was kinda odd to see him taking a heel under his wing, specially because he's a recent babyface. Flair is next in line for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, and I think he might be the one to dethrone Vader at Halloween Havoc, so that Flair vs. Sting main events Starrcade again. Ungrateful for Vader, but I get it. I don't know how could you delete Shockmaster from WCW's history... it honestly MAKES ME SICK!!! Nah, you upgraded that War Games Match. I'd like the heels to win, as they're the better team there. Steamboat or Orndorff could've taken the loss as any of the heels would be hyped as monsters. But I get you want + need to hype Sting.

WCW Halloween Havoc 24.10.1993 New Orleans, LA
1. WCW United States Title: Ricky Steamboat (c) def. Dustin Rhodes (13 mins)
Dustin and Arn Anderson have a tense conversation post Fall Brawl and Double A advices young arrogant Dustin to shut his mouth until he can actually be at the top guy's level, daring him to get the US Title back if he's that good. They have a weird dynamic, as Double A seems to be a harsh father figure to the heel Dustin, who doesn't listen to anybody but is actually triggered by what Arn says. Steamboat outsmarted Dustin last time and this infuriates Dustin, who hates Steamboat preaching to the youngsters and says he doesn't need any help. Steamboat actually won the US Title from Anderson the very first time, so tells Dustin to stop listening to him altogether. They have a competitive match and Dustin is careful not to fall for any inside cradle or small packages, but he gets surprised by a bridge german suplex and Steamboat retains
2. Street Fight Match: The Nasty Boys (w/ Missy Hyatt) def. Southern Justice (8 mins)
After the non-finish that took place at Fall Brawl, both teams can't wait to face off once again and keep messing with each other. The Nasties want a Street Fight, the heels are not happy but matchmaker Dusty Rhodes agrees and sanctions the match, as a way to make sure we can actually have a decision this time. It's a short brawl, not the greatest spectacle WCW can offer, but something different for major US wrestling in 1993 (and the Nasties would do quite good in this in 1994). The Nasties win with a double suplex, as Knobbs pin Pierce
3. WCW Cruiserweight Title: Brad Armstrong def. 2 Cold Scorpio (c) by countout (7 mins) After failing a couple of times, Scorpio is doing wonders with the title around his waist and his arrogance keeps getting bigger and bigger. Armstrong has been built slowly as a second generation star, who definitely wants to get a shot and gets over with the southern fans thanks to his roots. Scorpio makes fun of his opponent, but he keeps getting outwrestled every time they fight each other, including getting pinned in a tag match. Scorpio struggles and decides to get counted out here to retain the title in a very cheap way
4. WCW World Tag Team Titles: The Hollywood Blondes (c) draw Ric Flair & Arn Anderson by time limit (30 mins) Anderson tried to recruit the Blondes and, after their refusal, he's been trying to defeat them, but Paul Roma and Dustin Rhodes failed to deliver as partners. So, when it's announced that Flair will use his title shot at Starrcade, he's free here to finally team up with Double A and help him out get revenge on the tag champions. Flair has been out of the Horsemen recruitment angle (mostly because he's a babyface and Anderson is heelish, he only tried to recruit heels), but he finally steps up and we can get some nice segments against the Blondes. They wrestle here and I am sure this would be a great one. Flair has the figure four on Pillman, who's ready to tap out, but Austin holds Pillman's hands still to prevent him from tapping and so it's a time limit draw
5. Ron Simmons def. Paul Orndorff (8 mins) As we have seen this year, Simmons has been a man on a mission since turning heel and he's been obsessively beating everybody in his way, in a quest to finally get some recognition and a good spot in WCW, but he was embarrassed at War Games. Orndorff is doing well as a midcarder and he held his own at War Games, actually splitting Simmons' forehead open and so Simmons wants revenge because he claims that the blood loss caused his defeat. They get just a few minutes to tell their story, Simmons uses his raw power and cheats before winning with the powerslam
6. Submission Match: Steven Regal def. Terry Taylor (10 mins) After Fall Brawl, Regal keeps taking shots at Taylor and points him out as an example of the weakness of the USA. Taylor considers himself retired, but he wants to have another go at Regal. Due to Regal always mentioning his catch background, Taylor says that he will make him tap out and so this is sanctioned as a submission match. Basically a way to put Taylor to rest and give Regal another win against TT. Regal does really well and uses the regal stretch for the submission
7. Sid Vicious & Rick Rude def. Sting & Davey Boy Smith (11 mins) I am killing a few birds with one stone here: Sting vs. Rude reignites (they feuded a couple of years ago) after Sting stops Rude from injuring Flair (Sting and Flair are now kind of "friends" and Sting gets a shot if Flair gets the title, so he wants him to make it to Starrcade); Davey vs. Sid continues without having another singles match; a tag match should hide the fact that 1993 Davey and 1960-2023 Sid never did anything special in the ring. Also, Sid and Davey are now leaving the company, so they are here to pass some heat to their opponents. The heels steal one when Sid pushes Sting into Bulldog and Rude finishes Davey with the rude awakening
8. WCW World Heavyweight Title Knockout Match: Vader (c) (w/ Harley Race) def. Cactus Jack (15 mins) This absolutely ruled and I need it on my card. It's also incredible how Cactus' career wasn't made after this, as he will be gone just in a few months. So, Vader and Cactus have feuded previously in my WCW, back when Vader started, but now they are ready to go to war again because they lost War Games. Vader blames Cactus being reckless and not helpful to the rest of the team, while Cactus says that he would never quit and Vader should know this, as he took him to the limit more than anybody else (except Sting, maybe). I can't have a Texas Deathmatch, because pins are needed and Vader is still unpinned, so let's do a last man standing with the name of a Knockout Match. They tear the house down, with Cactus getting huge babyface reactions thanks to his courage, but Vader wins after 3 vader bombs and retains

Nice dynamics in the Steamboat-Rhodes match that is as fit as an opener can be. I expected Armstrong to be just another routine challenger for 2 Cold Scorpio, but I do like Brad, so I'm ok with him probably getting a second fairer title shot later. Maybe with a stipulation?
30 minutes is proabably way too much for the World Tag Team Title match, but all the guys have the psychology to pull that off. I'm still curious regarding The Four Horsemen angle.
You're building Regal up like a menace. He's been really protected by you and I'm admiring that. I'm positive he'll get a midcard title run in early 1994.
«1960-2023 Sid never did anything special in the ring.» Oh, you know that's not true! Of course his team won, as it should be!
I'm ok with the main event, even tho I'm a huge Texas Death Match fanboy. Of course Vader would win, but Cactus was treated properly, so I'm very happy.
Good show! I'm expecting good things for Starrcade.
