So I guess this is more of a general forum question than a Fire Pro question, but:
I'm thinking about running a simulation of the New Japan schedule within Fire Pro, and maintaining a little dynasty of it. I'm assuming that I'd be okay to post that in the Real World Dynasties sub-forum, and it isn't restricted only to TEW/other promoter simulators?

Really looking forward to this. I am interested in buying the game and the Fire Promoter addon. You missed a prime chance; the game and most of the DLC were on sale last month, at least on the PS4. I'm kicking myself for not picking up the DLC I didn't have, since some of the wrestlers I've been downloading to recreate the current NJPW roster have had physical parts and/or moves that I've had to replace, and I don't feel like shelling out $60 or however much it would cost for me to buy the stuff I don't have.
I'll just be simulating the matches myself and not using Fire Promoter (which I don't have.) I doubt I'd use it for this even if I did have it. My understanding is that it's less of a sandbox and more of a "create a really small company and try to build it" mode, which isn't what I'm looking for here. I might pick it up when it next goes on sale just to try it out though, and I'll definitely look to buy the other packs if/when they go back on sale for the attached moves and edit parts.

I wonder if Fire Pro characters could be a decent alternative to renders.
You heard it here first, my idea...might load it up and see what the editor offers.
As for the game, I love Fire Pro. The Dreamcast version was great, the memory card in the controllers made for a huge roster.

I have the base game, and it's fun as a distraction, but I never really got into it mechanically in the long term. I needed a bigger hook to keep me playing. Is the Fire Promoter mode any good? Are you restricted to it's fictional universe, or can you fill it with custom (RW) wrestlers like in the exhibition modes?
