TNA IMPACT
NOVEMBER 13 2008 A video package recapping the PPV opens the show as we see the highlights of Turning Point
Pyro goes off and commentators Mike Tenay and Don West thank the audience for tuning in
The Main Event Mafia's theme hits as the crowd boos as the group make their way to the ring.
TNA World Champion Sting, Kurt Angle, Booker T, Scott Steiner, Kevin Nash and the newest member of the Mafia Bobby Lashley are all dressed in nice suits and stand in the ring
Outside of the ring with their arms crossed are The Associates of the Main Event Mafia which are the The Outlaws (Jesse James and Billy Gunn) and standing there in a more proper, confident and intimidating pose is Claudio Castagnoli. The 3 stand outside watching guard of the ring.
Kurt Angle praises the entire group and says to the shock of nobody, Turning Point was a huge success for the group. He welcomes the newest member of "The Family" Bobby Lashley and gives him a big hug before letting Lashley speak while Nash stands behind Lashley and pats him on the back as he speaks.
Lashley says he played Chrsitian Cage and Rhino for the fools they are. He says TNA is popping off and he knew this was the place to be and he knew that the best way to get to the top of the mountain was to ride with The Main Event Mafia. He gloats about being a headliner and a former world champion just like the rest of all of them and he appreciates being welcomed into the family and becoming an official "made member" of the Main Event Mafia.
Sting just stands in the corner of the ring in silence observing everyone speaking while the microphone is handed off to Booker T. Booker says that The Main Event Mafia will be the biggest and baddest wrestling group of all time. He turns to Sting and apologizes for how he behaved last week on Impact when AJ Styles got a fluke win over him but he thanks Sting for taking matters into his own hands and squashing AJ like a bug. He says that AJ went for high risk and paid the ultimate price and was defeated by their fearless leader Sting. Kurt gives a facial expression of clearly being bothered by Booker calling Sting the leader while Sting just kind of awkwardly nods and waits for Booker to wrap it up.
Steiner then goes on a screaming tangent and tears verbally into Rhino and calls him a degenerate. He says that the only time he's been mad at his brothers in this ring here was them giving the news they were going to bamboozle Christian and Rhino at the PPV and that meant Steiner couldn't beat Rhino's a** in the ring, but to see Rhino get dropped like a big fat sack of potatoes by Lashley made it all worth it. Steiner laughs and also pats Lashley on the back.
Kurt then speaks again and says onto the next matter of business is to get his rematch with Jarrett, he calls Jarrett a coward and a chump for waiting for the end of Angle's match with Foley at Turning Point to show his ugly face. Angle begins to try and tear into Jarrett more but Jarrett's music hits.
Both Jeff Jarrett and Mick Foley come out and are standing at the stage with microphones in their hands. Jarrett calls Angle a "Pu**y" and says if he had known bringing Angle to TNA would lead to whatever kind of circle jerk is going on in that ring he never would have bothered bringing Angle into TNA. Jarrett then says scratch that and corrects himself and says he honestly wouldn't have even opened TNA up if he had known this is what the company would come down to. He says that Angle and the rest of his HBO watching bozos in the ring must have forgotten one thing and thats that TNA is Jarrett country. He calls out Lashley for talking about going the easy way out to get to the top of the mountain and then loudly proclaims he must not know who runs that mountain because Jarrett is the KING of the mountain. The crowd cheers and chants "TNA!"
Foley speaks and says Angle thinks that he got the best of him but if there's anything that Foleys known for more than falling down, it's getting right back up. Foley gets emotional and says it's going to take a lot more than that to get Foley down. He says that Angle is going to have to KILL him if he wants to get Foley out of the way because he's not going anywhere!
Jarrett brings up the PPV coming up in a few weeks back to where it all started for TNA in Nashville at "TNA HOMECOMING" and says he'll see Angle at the PPV as the crowd cheers on and Angle looks conflicted on how he feels about stepping back in the ring with Jarrett at the upcoming PPV.

AJ goes to confront Booker and Booker comically throws his phone on the ground and tells AJ to back it up he has no business with him. AJ says the rivalry between the two of them isn't even close to being done. They get heated and in each other's faces but Cornette and the TNA security stop it.
---
We get an in ring segment of new TNA signings The Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark Briscoe) who introduce themselves to the TNA audience and celebrate their big PPV win and debut that allows them to get a future TNA Tag Team Championship match. They are cut off by TNA World Tag Team Champions Beer Money (James Storm and Robert Roode) who cut them off and cut a promo on The Briscoes. Roode says that the brilliance of Beer Money as a unit is their mix of styles and personality. He adds emphasis on the BEER and also the MONEY. He says that The Briscoes have clearly missed the memo and are all BEER and unlike his partner, are white trash. Jay Briscoe just laughs and says they didn't come to a company with the literal initials "Total Nonstop Action" to do all this talking. He agrees with Roode and says that in any other occasion that James Storm would be someone that they'd be friendly with but this is about one thing and that one thing is winning those TNA World Tag Team Championships. Storm scoffs and says there is no world where he'd willingly hangout with such losers like The Briscoe Brothers. He says that he knows they're clearly stupid but they must be a special type of stupid if they are this confident after seeing what Beer Money did to Matt Morgan and Abyss at Turning Point.
Matt Morgan's music hits as Matt Morgan and Abyss come from the entrance tunnel with Beer Money scooting further down the entrance ramp, now waged in the middle of the ring between their last challengers and their future challengers.
Morgan says he loves what he's seen so far from The Briscoes but if anyone has any nerve, it's Storm for making such a bold claim when he knows that he has to step in the ring with him tonight. Morgan adds he really does love The Briscoes and their attitude because he agrees it's enough time for talk, and it's time for a fight.
---
Match 3:
Matt Morgan (w/ Abyss, Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe) DEF. TNA World Tag Team Champion James Storm (w/ Robert Roode) via pinfall at 7 minutes

---
We get a backstage segment of Jay Lethal and newly crowned X-Division Champion Consequences Creed with Lethal hyping up Creed for his match next week. Lethal passive aggressively says although Creed couldn't get the job done by himself last time and needed the assist from Lethal being involved in the match, he's sure he can get it done on his own this time. Creed questions what he means but Lethal laughs and says he's just playing around. Lethal slaps Creed on the shoulder and tells him he's a champion now and he's gotta be confident like one!
---
Kaz and Petey Williams are in the back somewhere else in a locker room and speaking to each other. Petey is down in the dumps about how things have gone lately. He says he regrets putting any stock or trust into Scott Steiner as a hero and look at how things are. He says that he's more emotionally hurt than he is physically hurt by his big loss to Steiner last week. He tells Petey to cheer up, it'll all be made right in due time and wraps his arm around Petey and the two laugh it all off and Petey tells Kaz he's right that he just needs to focus on rebuilding his brand up of being the Maple Leaf Muscle and leave the whole "Little Petey Pump" shtick in the past.
---
Match 4:
Kaz (w/ Petey Williams) DEF. Chris Sabin (w/ Alex Shelley) via pinfall at 8 minutes.
---
We get a view in The Main Event Mafia lounge with Angle and Sting sitting on a couch both drinking from whiskey glasses and talking amongst themselves about the upcoming PPV, we see Booker T talking on his cell phone which is believed to be his wife Sharmell complaining about AJ Styles, we see Scott Steiner and Kevin Nash, who is smoking a cigar again, playing poker at a roundtable with Jesse James and Billy Gunn while Claudio Castagnoli is sitting there silently playing as the dealer for the game before Bobby Lashley in his wrestling gear looking insanely massive and jacked comes through and tells Steiner and Nash "it's main event time, fellas." - Booker comically can be heard saying goodbye on the phone but saying another woman other than his wife's name and then begins to rally the boys together and tells them good luck out there. Billy Gunn smacks his hand down on the table and shows a winning hand which infuriates Steiner who flips the table over and everyone stares as Steiner breathes heavy and yells at Billy Gunn calling him a cheat and saying he's lucky Sting has a soft spot for them and allows them to play dress up here with real stars. Nash calmly just tells Steiner to cool it and tells him to save that energy for the ring. Lashley's eyes can be seen as he wonders what he's gotten himself into. Sting gets up off the couch and says he wants to accompany them to the ring for Bobby's in ring debut.

MAIN EVENT:
The Main Event Mafia (Bobby Lashley, Scott Steiner and Kevin Nash) DEF. Rhino, Christian Cage and Mick Foley after Rhino is setting Steiner up for a gore but is met with a spear instead from Bobby Lashley and pinned at 13 minutes
The show comes to an end as Nash, Steiner and Lashley walk their way up the ramp celebrating, Christian is checking on his friend Rhino who twice in a row has been knocked out by Lashley and Foley just stares down Sting and the two just stare at each other with focused looks. Don West and Mike Teny make sure to note on that and says there's clearly something going on in Foley's head and they're sure we'll hear more about it next week on IMPACT!
