BREAKING: "THE NATURE BOY" RIC FLAIR ARRIVES IN THE WWF In a shocking defection, WCW's current World Heavyweight Champion, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair has shown up on WWF television! Due to frustrations with WCW's current President Jim Herd, as Herd wanted to strip him of the title and repackage him as "Spartacus". Due to this idea, Ric Flair left in protest and on WWF Superstars has proclaimed himself the "Real" World Champion and has challenged current WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan.

Attempting to screw Hogan out of the WWF title again, Ric Flair came out with a steel chair and held it up for The Undertaker to throw Hulk Hogan head first into. But the plan backfired when it was The Undertaker's head that hit the chair, sending Flair down into the arena floor allowing Hogan to beat The Undertaker to regain his WWF Championship.
*The "Real" World Heavyweight Championship was not recognized by WWF President Jack Tunney

BREAKING: WWF PRESIDENT JACK TUNNEY VACATES THE WWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP On the December 16th edition of Prime Time Wrestling, WWF President Jack Tunney announced that due to the controversial endings of both WWF Championship matches at Survivor Series and This Tuesday in Texas, the WWF Championship is to be vacated and for the first time ever, be on the line in the Royal Rumble match.
