Moral of the story here, folks, is that OVW and Kentucky absolutely does not belong in the Mid-Atlantic. No map will put it there to make sense. If anything it would be great lakes along the Ohio River and break into the south east for the rest of the state. Hell, there's a whole mountain range between Mid-Atlantic territory and Kentucky. It's called the Appalachians and they separate the Mid-Atlantic territories from Kentucky on any reasonable map out there.

The TEW2004 maps should end the confusion on which states are part of the different regions.
