Japan World Order [HYPE/TEW2020]

So I've been always wanted to be doing a mod, where every active promotion and wrestler from Japan are all in one mod. I watch a lot of it, have quite a good knowledge of it (Mostly modern) and I thought why not put my knowledge to use and create a mod just about the current Japanese scene. I've been trying to do this a couple of times, but each time I would just wind up stopping one way or another, now with TEW2020 they've made it harder. Mostly when it comes to setting the skills and the attributes, sometimes it's hard to understand what a certain stat means, and trying my best to adjust it according to the wrestler. But I will give it another good shot, and I thought I might as well do it here. For everyone to see my progress.

And ofcourse any help, advice or tips are welcomed, as long as you have a great knowledge of Japanese Pro Wrestling (Or at least a great understanding of TEW.)
