DEATH OF THE TERRITORIES (PWP)
Promotions: USA 14, Canada 5, Mexico 2, Japan 3, UK 2, Europe 1. Plan is add more smaller promotions to the game world, but that will happen later on during development of the mod.
Workers: Active: 2019 Yet to Debut: 456 Total: 2475 this is current number of workers in the database I know it will definitely be more workers as I continue to build the mod.
Few things I need to note I have stopped and started this mod several times over the last year and half. I have wiped the slate clean numerous times. Hence why I am working on title histories again. I think I am just punishing myself sometimes deleting and restarting the same titles over and over.

If people are waiting for the 1980 mod it has been put on indefinite hold, so I can focus on DOTT. I have been struggling with the 80 mod, because I wanted to do this mod. I have a strong base to start with as I am using the 1980 mod as a base. I am taking it back to it's roots so it's not going be straight up historical mod. Though title histories and rosters will be accurate to a degree, but I will be debuting guys a little early in game. Example so far NWA National Tag Team Champions Road Warriors and are set as Main Eventers. This give them the exact push they had in real life, as they defeated Ole Anderson and Stan Hansen clean in one of their first matches as a team. Nikita Koloff will also be already on the roster for Jim Crockett Promotions. Right now I am working on adding workers and setting rosters. Georgia is the only roster set right now, but more will be coming in the days and weeks ahead.

Really looking forward to play this mod! Thank you. I got some more stuff done. Still a lot of work to get this done before it is playable and up to the standard that I want it to be at before release. |

With the addition of block tapings to TEW 2020, Death of the Territories would be a great mod for the game. IIRC, I think the WWF was block taping both Championship Wrestling & All Star Wrestling, though I think it was just two shows at a time instead of the four they would tape for Superstars & Challenge. Hope this turns up soon because I'd love to keep the Von Erichs alive & try to steal Hulk Hogan & Macho Man. The Mega Powers, Freebirds & Von Erichs all going at it?  |

I haven't messed with block taping as of yet. It seems the WWF taped Championship Wrestling and All-Star Wrestling 4 or 5 shows per taping ahead. Because I know of I have always heard that guys would come in spend 2 days taping. Then go back to their other promotion to finish up dates. Than come back to work the house show circuit. I am still debating want to do about Japan and North American workers.

Also they only had two tapings a month. As I said haven't messed with block taping in game yet. So I don't know how it will work.

Asaemon,Taker,NGO,Mammoth,MSP, and The Who are where I am getting all the pictures for the DOTT picture pack. Plus some that I have cut in the past and have to cut will be in the mod.
I have decided to combine Joint Promotions into one promotion. Orig's BWF and Brian Dixon's All-Star wrestling will be the other two promotions in England. British scene should be interesting considering all the talent in the UK when the mod opens up.
CWA is only European promotion on the continent. Mexico should be interesting to say the least as EMLL and UWA battle it out for supremacy. Both companies will start out as Medium. An there is ton of talent in Mexico just waiting to get a shot in one of these companies.
Japan I know I announced All-Japan and New Japan were going both be National, but after looking at the data that isn't going to happen. That leads me to second announcement North American workers will not be working in Japan. Bruiser Brody, Andre, Hogan, Stan Hansen,Abdullah, Dynamite, Bret, Davey Boy, and Dusty. They will not be working there because literally Japan will gut the American companies.
