I will admit I have never used an old real world mod before but was really wanting to look into a 1997 rewrite where would I find a world for WWF from this era?

Hi, I need some help.
I'm trying to download the mods and pictures made by the user gazwefc — especially the 1988–2003 mod. But I'm having trouble downloading them. The links either don't work or I can't find the right ones.
Could someone please help me find working downloads or point me in the right direction?
