So I've gone through all of the title histories, and pretty much all the other stats and whatnot for 2000. I'll be starting 2001 soon (a year that I'm REALLY excited to cover), though I'm not sure how frequent posts will be, because in the game itself, I'm in June 2001, so I might want to try and play it out a little more. Not sure how I'll tackle it, but 2001 posts will come in due time lol.
Speaking of which, January and February of 2001 which feature something pretty cool from WCW. I'll probably talk about it more in conjunction with the February PPV, but as a bit of a teaser, I'll leave you with this.....one of WCW's longtime partners is New Japan Pro Wrestling. Typically during the springtime (I guess the latter half of spring), New Japan holds a tournament that features some of the best wrestlers from a particular division. Well, WCW will be holding their own version of that tournament coming up in early 2001, so keep an eye out for that.

This first block is filled with a lot of younger guys who are looking to make their names. Out of those young guys, the big name that sticks out is AJ Styles, who made his television debut with WCW towards the end of 2000, and is looking to make a big splash. Another wrestler who recently made his debut on WCW television in the latter stages of 2000 was Elix Skipper, a graduate of the Power Plant. You've also got Jimmy Yang, a member of Rebels Rizing, as well as Evan Karagias, who's looking to find his place on the roster now that 3 Count is no more. Rounding out the block are two former WCW Cruiserweight Champions....Curry Man and Juventud Guerrera.
