Hulk Hogan (1994 to 2001)
Once again this is NOT CANON to my main WWE rebooking.
The premise is this: in 1993, Hogan accepts a deal with Vince. He will agree to be off WWF television until the steroid trial had been finalized. In addition, he would not agree to any terms with WCW until such time (though he would be allowed to discuss with them). In return, Hogan would be paid in full all he is owed, plus a bonus, and no animosity would be held between them from what occurs during the trial.
Once the trial was completed, Hogan and Vince agreed to a new deal that would see Hogan take a step back from competing as regularly, but still earn him a decent amount of money.
SummerSlam 94: Appears after the Undertaker vs. Undertaker match to throw Ted back in the ring, leading to a Tombstone by the real Undertaker.
Survivor Series 94: Traditional Survivor Series Match - Million Dollar Team (Bam Bam, Del Ray, Bundy, Tatanka and Prichard with Cornette and DiBiase) vs. Team Guts and Glory (Hogan, The Smoking Gunns, Lex Luger, and Mabel with Oscar)
RR 95: Participated in the Rumble. Was eliminated second to last by Bret and HBK teaming together.
WM XI: Hogan and Undertaker with Bearer vs. Bundy and DiBiase - Hogan and Undertaker
IYH 1: Appears during an interview, but is attacked by the Million Dollar Corporation.
KOTR 95: KOTR Q-Final - Hogan vs. Roadie with Jarrett - Hogan
KOTR 95: KOTR Finals - Hogan vs. Undertaker with Bearer - Hogan
IYH 2: Appears after the main event to save Diesel from the Million Dollar Corporation. They then have a staredown.

IYH 4: WWF Title in a Steel Cage - Hogan (C) vs. Diesel - Diesel

IYH 5: Pennsylvania Street Fight - Hogan vs. Diesel with DiBiase - Hogan
RR 96: Returns during the Rumble, but is eliminated by Diesel.
RR 96: Appears during the main event to fight off the Million Dollar Corporation, but inadvertently costs Undertaker the title as well.
IYH 6: Appears during Steel Cage match to stop the Million Dollar Corporation along with Undertaker, but ends up accidentally blasting the door into Undertaker's face.

IYH 8: 1 on 3 Handicap Match Where if DiBiase Loses, He Will Leave the WWF and the Milion Dollar Corporation Will Be Disbanded - Hogan vs. 1-2-3 Kid, Austin, and DiBiase - Hogan
Shawn Michaels, Hogan, and Vince have a big blow up backstage. Shawn makes it him or Hogan, and despite his best judgement, Vince sticks by Hogan. HBK leaves the WWF on awful terms. Helmsley is left in the WWF, and despite initially facing some punishment from Vince due to the Curtain Call, is quickly reneged and given a push again.

IYH 9: WWF Title - Hogan (C) vs. Vader - Hogan by DQ

ONO: WWF Euro Title - Bulldog (C) vs. Hogan - Bulldog
BB: IYH: Hell in a Cell - Hogan vs. Undertaker - Hogan
Survivor Series 97: WWF Title - Bret (C) vs. Hogan - Hogan
Due to the Montreal Screwjob, Hogan elects to take some time off from the WWF and get heat off himself, who legitimately had nothing to do with it. In doing so he forfeits over the WWF Title.
Once Bret joins WCW officially, Shawn isn't too far behind in leaving. He rejoins the WWF in January, almost immediately winning the WWF Title against Undertaker in a Casket Match (that also injures his back, in a sad twist of fate). During Hogan's absence, DX forms by HHH, is taken over by HBK, and then again by HHH post-WM.
Hogan and Vince go over the former's contract as well, reevaluating his worth and agreeing on a new deal that sees him working part-time for the bigger shows and wrestling on any other show on an "as is" basis.
SummerSlam 98: Appears after Austin vs. Undertaker, staking his claim for Austin's title.
Breakdown: IYH: WWF Title in a Triple Threat Where Undertaker and Kane Must Pin Austin to Win the Title and Hogan is the Special Ref - Austin (C) vs. Undertaker vs. Kane - Draw via Undertaker and Kane
JD: IYH: Vacant WWF Title in a Triple Threat with Austin as Special Ref - Hogan vs. Kane vs. Undertaker - No Contest
RAW after JD: Confronts Vince and quits the WWF on the spot.
Survivor Series 98: Appears during the main event to appear to whack Rock with a chair before turning around and smashing Mankind with it. Instead of ringing the bell yet, Rock attacks the ref. When he locks Mankind in a Sharpshooter, Vince calls for it. (He later explains the "blood of Hulkamania runs through the Corporation")
CC: Appears in the main event to replace Brisco as special ref, but is taken out by the other four.
RB: IYH: If Hogan Wins, Kane is Sent to the Asylum. If Kane Wins, Hogan is Forced to be His Disciple - Hogan vs. Kane - Hogan
RR 99: Hogan wins the Rumble Match.

NWO 00: Winner is Off WrestleMania - Guerrero vs. Hogan - Guerrero
WM 2000: Appears during the Radicalz match to cost them. Appears later during the main event but doesn't interfere until the end when he helps Vince turn on Rock.
Hogan appears on the air but doesn't wrestle a match. He assists Vince and the Helmsey-McMahon regime for a lot of 2000. He appears mostly as a personal assistant/bodygaurd/confidante to Vince. He appeared on-air as a fill-in for Vince after KOTR.
Unforgiven 00: Appears to try and attack everyone in the main event. He succeeds briefly, but is taken out by Austin who suspects him as a culprit.
No Mercy 00: No Holds Barred - Austin vs. Hogan - Austin
Survivor Series 00: Rock vs. Hogan - Rock
Armageddon 00: WWF Title in an Armageddon Hell in a Cell - Angle (C) vs. Rock vs. Austin vs. HHH vs. Undertaker vs. Hogan (let's say that Hogan takes the bump but there's a crash pad on the back of the truck hidden beneath a big pile of straw or hay or whatever)

NWO 01: WWF Title in a Triple Threat - Angle (C) vs. Rock vs. Hogan - Rock

Hogan takes a break, managing to miss almost the entirety of the Invasion.
EDIT: That was a bit lame. I'ma try the ending again.
