OMEGA does not wrestle on the 40th Anniversary tour, with them opting to attack Goto and TenKoji at any opportunity.

Dominion 6.16 12: OMEGA returns by attacking both members of the IWGP Junior Tag Match with Moore and Helms calling their shot. They return later to attach Iizuka and Yano, with the Hardys calling their own shot.
OMEGA appears on all nights of the Kizuna Road tour against any combo of the tag title contenders from both weight classes.

Destruction in Kobe 14: IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title - Kota (C) vs. Moore - Kota King of Pro-Wrestling 14: Appears after Taguchi's title win to attack him. Helms tries to calm him down, but Moore ends up taking him out and officially joining Bullet Club.
Moore appears on the Road to Power Struggle tour shows teaming with Bullet Club, becoming a shade-wearing, suit-donning huckster and salesman who promises to introduce a new face to Bullet Club who will "clean up" the Junior division. Bucks start calling him "Papa Shannon" or "Father Moore" as he seconds them as well.

Power Struggle 14: Helps the Bucks to their win. Later appears after Taguchi's match to introduce Omega to NJPW, who he also starts to second.

Moore wrestles mostly in multi-man matches with Bullet Club in addition to seconding Omega and Bucks.
He did for the next couple years.
Dominion 6.11 17: Refuses to let Cody quit on Kenny's behalf. The two of them nearly come to blows over it.
He continued to second Omega and Bucks. As the tension between Omega and Cody rose, Moore and Cody started getting more physical with each other, but never actually coming to blows.
New Beginning in Sapporo 18: Moore accidentally costs Omega his match. Afterwards, when Omega accidentally knocks down Matt and the Bucks leave, Moore forceably gets Omega back. After a bit of tension between the three parties, it settles down until Cody hits Cross Rhodes on Omega. Moore and Cody strart brawling until Page interferes to take Moore out. This is used to remove him for a good while.
New Beginning in Okasa 19: Returns during GOD's match to "accidentally" give them the win. Later in the night, he appears again in the main event to help Jay win the title, officially re-joining Bullet Club.
Appears on the Honor Rising shows and the Anniversary Series tour in multi-man matches alongside Bullet Club.
47th Anniversary Show: Appeared after Roppongi 3K's match to attack Rocky and call his shot. He revealed that he had a partner ready to face them, but doesn't reveal who it is.
Appears on the New Japan Cup tour in multi-man matches alongside Bullet Club against CHAOS.

Kizuna Road 19 Night 10: Helps Phantasmo retain the RevPro Cruiserweight Title, but calls his shot afterwards.
Appears in RevPro and on the G1 Climax tours to second Phantasmo depsite him not wanting it. He does this for the rest of the year until Bullet Club start getting some tension out of it. They eventually have the match in October, with Jay not a fan of how Moore is acting.

Seconds Phantasmo and Taiji during the Super Junior Tag League despite the former's insistence on not.
Showdown in San Jose 19: RevPro Cruiserweight Title - Moore (C) vs. Sho - Moore Showdown in San Jose 19: After the match, Phantasmo wants a rematch, and says the loser is out of Bullet Club. Moore is hesitant, but Jay accepts on behalf of Moore.
Appears alongside Bullet Club in multi-man matches until the end of the year, usually teaming with Phantasmo.
RevPro Uprising: RevPro Cruiserweight Title - Moore (C) vs. TJP - Moore
WK 14 Night 1: RevPro Cruiserweight Title, Loser Leaves Bullet Club - Moore (C) vs. Phantasmo - Phantasmo NYD !!! 20: Appears after main event to attack Naito with a chair. He tries to place a challenge, but KENTA interrupts. Moore blasts Jay and KENTA with a chair as well before officially calling his shot.
Appears during Fantasica-Mania tour to attack KENTA, Naito, and any Bullet Club or LIJ member that stands in his way.
New Beginning in USA Night 3: IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Titles - Naito (C) vs. Moore - Naito
Moore continues in multi-man matches until COVID hits, upon which his contract expires at the beginning of 2021 before he comes back officially.
He signs with Impact a little later that year.
