Heenan: Hulkamania is DEAD! Hogan, you can lie to all of your humanoids all you want, but I won't lie to them. Hogan didn't leave to pursue "politics", no. He left because he was SCARED of this man, the Undefeated 8th Wonder of the World Andre The Giant!

Andre: HOGAN! I told you I would take the World World Wrestling Federation title from you and I did just that. I didn't even have to break a sweat! Ha ha ha!

Heenan: Tunney, there is only one thing left. That is to HAND OVER the WWF Title to the rightful owner, the Bobby Heenan Family!

Honky: Well, Colonel, that means only one thing...the WWF should give me the WWF Title. Do the right thing, Jack Tunney, don't be cruel and step all over Honky's blue suede shoes by not giving him the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Championship.

Steamboat: There are a lot of things happening here in the WWF. I know I have my issues with Randy Savage, but we are without a WWF World Champion. I hear Jack Tunney is deciding on what should do with the title and while I don't want to be handed anything, I hope Mr. Tunney looks towards me to carry on the torch that Hulk Hogan so valiantly carried for the last 3 years.

Hello! There is only one option, that's the Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion The Macho Man! YEEEAAAHH!

Bret "Hitman" Hart def. Tom Zenk in 10:12 when Hart pinned Zenk after a distraction by Jimmy Hart.

After the match, the Can-Am Connection is in the locker room. Zenk is visibly frustrated with the loss. He tells Martel that they need a manager to counter Jimmy Hart and keep him from sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Martel isn't sure, but he tells Zenk that he will think about it.

Piper's Pit

Piper: We're going to cut right to the chase this week. As you've heard, Hulk Hogan has decided to go into the political world and thus we are without a WWF Champion. With that being said, please welcome my guest this week. He is the President of the World Wrestling Federation...Jack Tunney.

Tunney: Thank you, Mr. Piper. I can assure all of the wrestlers and all of the fans around the world that I did not take this decision lightly. I've done a lot of thinking in the last few days to decide what we should do with the WWF World Title.

*at this point, Bobby Heenan and Andre The Giant come onto the set*

Heenan: Listen, Tunney, there is only one thing you should do and that is hand over the World Wrestling Federation Championship to the ONLY man in pro wrestling that has been undefeated for as long as this man has. He was next in line and since Hogan is too much of a coward to take the beating like a man, then Andre The Giant should be awarded the WWF Title by FORFEIT!

Tunney: Mr. Heenan, while that might seem the easy and best option for you and your man, I'm not going to hand over anything. If Andre wants this title, then he needs to win it in the ring. So, that's why I made the decision that coming up at Wrestlemania III, Andre The Giant WILL BE competing for the WWF World Title. I took a look at all of the potential challengers and while some had valid claims to compete for the title, there was one that stood out.

This man came close to winning the WWF World Title on multiple occasions. This man took Hulk Hogan to the limit more than anyone else has in the last three years. For that, I think he deserves this opportunity. Mr. Heenan, you should like what I'm about to announce. At Wrestlemania III, for the World Wrestling Federation Championship it will be Andre The Giant taking on this man....




"MR. WONDERFUL" PAUL ORNDORFF!

*Orndorff comes out onto the stage and shakes Tunney's hand as Heenan looks on bewildered*

Orndorff: What's the matter, Bobby? Looks like you've seen a ghost! Should you be surprised? You've been with me as I beaten Hulk Hogan multiple times the last year. You know I am the uncrowned WWF Champion! Hulk Hogan left because of ME! Not because of that overgrown Sasquatch!

Andre: WHO YOU CALLIN A SASQUATCH, PAULA?!

Heenan: STOP IT! BOTH OF YOU! STOP IT! Paul, you seriously don't know what you're doing! Please! I'll make it worth your while! Rethink this, please!

Orndorff: Rethink this? Why would I rethink this, Bobby?! You know my goal has been to become WWF Champion! You think another one of the family members is going to stand in my way?! I'm not scared of him!

Heenan: PLEASE! You're screwing everything up! PLEASE!

Orndorff: NO! If you're not with me, then get out of my way, because I'll do this on my own if I have to! See you at Wrestlemania III, big man!
