In a short match that barely went almost 6 minutes, Ken Shamrock locked in the ankle lock for the tap out victory.
After the match, DX attack Shamrock after he's tired out. Michaels then tells HHH and Chyna to hold him up, then hits him with Sweet Chin Music.

He broke an honored code in the world of professional wrestling. As the champion, he was supposed to lose on his way out to greener pastures. He decided not to. All of this could have been prevented if he had just made the right decision.

New Age Outlaws vs The Disciples of Apocalypse
New Age Outlaws worked well as a team, using quick tags and even though the crowd wasn't happy with Skull, 8-Ball
ended up losing the match for the DOA after Billy Gunn hit him over the head with the tag belt, and Road Dogg
took advantage for the win.
After the New Age Outlaws get the victory, The LOD come down and attack them in a form of revenge.
LOD then talk about how they will win their tag titles back at the Royal Rumble, in a Table match!

Vader got the victory after Goldust tried to interfere but ended up accidentally hitting Sniper, which Vader took advantage of to hit the Vader Bomb for the 3 count.

Sable comes out and teases the crowd for a long time with trying to take off her outfit. As she's almost close to getting it off, Marc Mero comes down and stops her before she could go any further.

The Godwinns showed they were the better team and got the shock victory over the New Blackjacks with the Slop Drop.

Hardy Boys vs Nation of Domination (D'Lo Brown and Kama Mustafa)
The Hardys put up a good fight against the NOD even though the crowd wasn't into the match, and D'Lo seemed really off during the match but was able to get the victory over the Hardys with a Sky High frog splash on Matt for the victory.
After the match, D'Lo and Kama beat down the Hardys to add insult to injury

In the back, Ahmed Johnson is saying some incoherent words but the fans are able to make out the words Sultan and beating him down.

After the commercial break, we see a hype video for New Age Outlaws and their fight with the LOD for the Tag Team Titles.
Then Road Dogg and Billy Gunn cut the video to taunt the LOD.
Billy: Well, that's enough of the prehistoric period, and now on to the modern day and the New Age.
Road Dogg: That's right Billy. As the fans saw, we won the titles fair and square. Those old dinosaurs need to go back to the museum where they came from and away from the WWF!

Ahmed Johnson vs The Sultan
A rather decent match with a good amount of back and forth between the two but Ahmed was able to hit the Spinebuster for the win.
After the match we see Steve Blackman walking backstage to the ring for the main event between him and Goldust.

Despite Blackman having to deal with Luna on the outside, the numbers game was too much for him as Goldust hit the Suplex neckbreaker for the win.
After the victory, Vader runs down to the ring to attack Goldust and helps Blackman to his feet as Goldust and Luna retreat to the back
