Is there any tool that makes it easier to identify good chemistry? For example, a tool that can be done by typing in the skill level of two workers and then comparing that. If not, can you recommend a tip or guide about this? Yes for TEW2013 and TEW2016 there was a unofficial editor that had this feature.
The easiest option would be to open the MDB save game file with Access. Chemistry is randomly generated when starting a new save, so that information is available in the MDB save game file.
Any preset chemistry will override the randomly generated chemistry If worker 1 and worker 2 have awful random chemistry (preset chemistry set by the modmaker will override the random chemistry)

The easiest option would be to load the save, select options and create MDB file That file don't require the password and can be opened in other softwares

I don't remember exactly in which table the chemistry data is stored, but it should be able to locate

What is the best description/explanation of this game to give to a non-wrestling fan? I try to explain it to friends and family that are just familiar with pro wrestling and they start to get a glazed over distant look in their eyes lol. This game is one of the few hobbies I have and something I am passionate about so when I start talking, I really start talking about it. I have other questions but I will drop those in their own post.

Wrestling management/booking game that could be compared with Championship Manager, Football Manager, Out of the Park, Eastside Hockey Manager, Franchise Hockey Manager...
Instead of a sports club you are in charge of a wrestling promotion and you can even have a wrestler or non wrestler as your user character.

Hey! Does anyone have a link to share for a definition of what the preferences are in the game? I am curious to what could actually impact my gameplay in a positive way. I do know what some mean but others are over my head. Thanks for any and all help!

Preferences like turning on the scouting mode. What does that do exactly? Does a breakdown explanation exist for each preference of a owner/ booker?

Yes, the ones for owners and head bookers. Preferences like turning on the scouting mode. What does that do exactly? Does a breakdown explanation exist for each preference of a owner/ booker? Owner style preference = What product the owner prefers (sports entertainment, traditional wrestling...). Owner favours Ring generals (Good in ring workers like Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Bobby Eaton, Dean Malenko...) Big athletes (Athletes + certain weight classes) Impressive physiques (Strength, Star Quality ....) Impressive athletes (Athleticism, Stamina and such) Legit tough guys (High toughness) Charismatic talkers (Charisma + Microphone) Star Quality Young raw talent Rugged veterans (Good basics, psychology and so on. Probably also toughness and respect) Head booker hiring style Bias background (high basics, psychology and selling) Bias athleticism (high athleticism and stamina) Bias look (high sex appeal and star quality) Bias charisma (high charisma and microphone) Bias potential (most talented youngsters) Head booker firing style With brain (time decline, injury prone, low potential) With heart (will keep long-term employees) With wallet (will let go of expensive workers if needed) With foresight (will let go of the workers who have the least long term potential)
