Hi all, New to BTB forums but have played EWR/TEW for many years. I have recently begun exploring database modification with MS Access, so sorry if this has been asked before, but where in MS Access I would edit a company to become a child company? I am attempting to convert ROH to a child company of AEW, but having looked through all the tables, I don't see where that would be done. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out with this. Welcome! That information should be available in the table named tblPact. In the column Relationship it's possible to select between the five different company relationships including parent company of. Thank you! I have been going out of my mind going through each column in each table and somehow missed this one... your help is much appreciated! |

I think this goes here...Who are the best actors in TEW? Speaking mostly of TEW2020.
It would be a smaller sized promotion with good wrestlers that are even better at acting.
An episodic promotion with at least 6 storylines running 6 months or longer.
Trying to keep it at 20 as far as wrestlers go in the promotion. Then 10 non-wrestling talents.
I would love for this to stand out much more distinctly from my other saves.
I am leaning towards using the Gritty Noir product in TEW2020.

Maybe also bring in some tv actors like Al Bundy, Bud Bundy, Boy meets World, Nikki Cox, Thunder In Paradise etc from the tv series that have featured wrestling stars. |

I got Nikki in my mods. Don't remember if I added the lead actors of Thunder In Paradise into the mods, or if it was only into my previous save game.

Can a great match exist on Technical skills alone? Does it have to relate to the product?
I would really like to have a catch-as-catch-can promotion.
I am wondering the same for a promotion where the Brawler skill is at primary focus.

of Event graphic? these are so clean and I'd love to make my own for my
own save. I don't remember the name of the user who came up with the

I'm considering moving all my save game and diary to PWS. What do you guys think of that? I wonder what the pros and cons of this would be.
It's really difficult to create a "star" in TEW. I think this is more easy in PWS. Is it true? Also, I'm really tired of constantly getting ratings in the 60-70 band. I did everything I could, but now it's starting to get frustrating. I have really great stars, but I can't increase my ratings. It stays stable, which is very frustrating. Maybe I didn't fully understand the "product" mechanism of the game. Maybe it's all about that. Or I'm doing everything right but it will take time for it to produce results. I guess I'll try and see.

The con would be that it requires modding hours into fixing the database after converting to PWS format. Roles, contracts, promotion starting years, title histories, personalities, substance abuse etc. In TEW I always turn of perfect show theory or whatever it's called. I've never been a fan of that feature. For AWA I also suggest using your assets like Mean Gene. A backstage interviewer like Mean Gene is a VIP getting great grades in angles. For AWA I could also see Jesse Ventura and/or Bobby Heenan being VIPs if they are available. |
