I always liked the fact the WCW audience knew Luger didn't have "it". Maybe they'd have reacted the same no matter what happened after Flair left, but the reaction at the PPV was great.
Also, the Cactus Jack versus Vader match. Even now it's just brutal.

Hulk Hogan being "the third man" (and not Mabel) has to be one of WCW's greatest moments.
Lex Luger walking onto the set of the first Nitro.
And ya know, I know it's not a popular one to say, but I'm gonna say it anyways: Sting beating Hogan at Starrcade 97. I was 13 years old and watching it live with a room full of people, and we were so caught up in it that everyone legitimately cheered at the TV when he won. Leave all the odd booking decisions at the door and go off of that live experience, that makes it probably one of my favorite wrestling memories in general, let alone WCW moment.

Not sure if it was called WCW yet, but the Ric Flair vs Ricky Steamboat trilogy of matches in 1989 were some of the best matches i've ever seen and a great moment for the sport as well as the company.

Just as good was that they ran from that classic series right into another with Flair vs. Terry Funk.

The piledriver on the table, then the plastic bag incident was something you never seen back then.

There are so many, but I like to reference the potentially forgotten moments that I really, really enjoyed. Dean Malenko winning the Cruiserweight Battle Royal dressed as Ciclope was a huge spot for me. I loved the cruiserweights and Malenko is my all-time favorite, so seeing the reaction he got was fantastic. Kidman winning the WCW Cruiserweight title after Saturn beat Raven the previous night at Fall Brawl was great. I always loved Kidman, he was a top 5 for me.
