WCW Champion: Booker T until Summer Slam 2001. When SCSA conquers him to become the WCW Champion to "Stick it to those in WCW that never believed in him". He ends vacating the WCW Championship at SSlam 2002 along with the rest of WCW when the invasion angle finishes up.

WWF Champion: Stone Cold Steve Austin from RR2001 until S Series 2001 where he drops the WWF Championship to Chris Jericho. Thanks to Booker T returning and "sticking it to SCSA"

WWF European Champion: Buff Bagwell, in exchange for defecting from WCW.
WWF Light Heavyweight Champion: Christian

Paul Heyman will not go full heel but instead do a "Tweener" turn and vow that neither company will survive the day. But "ECW WILL RISE AGAIN" .
Heyman, commentates outside of the WWF and WCW arena's about how both stink but have potential.
