For the past two weeks, WWF has been under the control of two unhinged wrestlers (Steve Austin and Triple H) and a entitled brat (Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley), leaving fans asking, "are the rumors true?". Over the weekend, The Wrestling Gossiper, reported that Vince McMahon was in talks to sell the World Wrestling Federation. This report came after a Forbes article hinted at the company's recent financial trouble.

Opening Segment

Heat kicks off with Jim Ross introducing, Johnathan Coachman, as his partner at the announcing table tonight. Coach is nervous, but ecstatic about calling tonight's show with the "golden voice of the WWF..". J.R. humbly denies the title and pays homage to legendary charismatic voices before him. "What about your bud, Heyman?" Coach asks. Jim Ross scowls at the mention of Heyman's name and thanks Coach for taking his place tonight, so he wouldn't have to hear his [Heyman] nagging and tapping his shoulder all night.

Cousins, Hardcore Holly, Crash Holly, and Molly Holly are in their locker room watching an old match of Chyna, Crash's upcoming opponent. "What you think Holly? She's pretty tough." Crash stares at Holly. "But she's a woman." Hardcore Holly adds. "Hey! What's that suppose to mean? I'm a woman too!" Molly Holly chimes in. "...and, you're here to look pretty." Hardcore Holly responds before walking out the locker room.

POST MATCH: Holly rushes the ring tryna clothesline Chyna, she reverses with her own clothesline, knocking him to the ground. Crash tries to sneak attack but gets a clothesline too. Crash and Holly quickly escape out the ring, leaving Molly Holly and Chyna alone in the ring together. Molly awkwardly stares at Chyna before raising her hand to celebrate her victory. Chyna's music fills the room as Hardcore Holly throws a fit at the entrance.

COMMERICAL

Before their upcoming tag team match, Trish tells Lita that she wants to clear all bad blood between the two and start a clean slate. She apologizes for her past behavior and blames it on age. Trish extends her hand as a peace offering. Lita doesn't seem to buy the act, but accepts her apology by grabbing Trish's hand aggressively.
