Goldberg appears in this match, and spears Angle through the barricade, costing him the match)
WWE Championship
Brock Lesnar (C) vs Eddie Guerrero
(Eddie wins a 15-man battle royal on SmackDown to become the number one contender. In the build, Brock doesn’t take Eddie seriously because he’s not a dominant athlete like The Next Big Thing. Latino Heat cuts the same passionate promo as in real life, saying he knows he can beat Brock on his best day. Brock showcases a more aggressive side in this match, but Eddie refuses to stay down. After a ref bump, Lesnar grabs a chair to hit Eddie with, only for Eddie to dodge the chair shot, disarm Lesnar and take the chair for himself, take out Lesnar with a chair shot and hit the frog splash on Lesnar with the chair on Lesnar's ribs. (Following his elimination from The Royal Rumble, Kane demands that his brother shows himself. For weeks, Kane gets no answers, until one week, when the lights go out while Kane is in the ring, and a casket appears after purple lighting shows up when the lights go out, and a casket appears. Kane opens the casket, to find a life-sized replica of himself, with the words "You, me, Wrestlemania XX" appearing on the titantron. The Undertaker returns for the first time since Survivor Series, as the Deadman returns, getting his revenge on his brother, making Kane the 12th victim of the streak)
Kurt Angle vs Goldberg
(Shortly following No Way Out, Eric Bischoff comes out to the ring flanked by Goldberg. Uncle Eric says that Goldberg has beaten all of your faves, there is nobody left for Goldberg to crush, and then, Kurt Angle's music hits, and outcomes Kurt Angle, making a surprise appearance on Raw. Angle says that Goldberg hasn't beaten The Wrestling Machine, because the only way he can do so is with cheap shots from behind like he did at No Way Out, so in order to get some payback on big Bill, he wants a match with him at Wrestlemania. Eric says that Angle will be no different from the others. Angle gets his revenge on Goldberg, making him tap out to The Ankle Lock. Goldberg leaves the company the following day.)
The Rock vs Shawn Michaels
(After losing to Chris Benoit on an episode of Raw, Shawn Michaels begins contemplating what’s next for his career. As the weeks go by, it becomes increasingly likely that HBK might not have a match at WrestleMania. He’s interrupted by The Rock, who proclaims that Michaels is one of the all time greats, but he’s never beaten The Great One. HBK retorts by saying that since The Rock went to Hollywood, he’s now the most electrifying man in sports entertainment and that he has proven it week after week, day after day and month after month. The Rock says if HBK still wants an opportunity to be known as Mr WrestleMania, then he will gladly give him the opportunity to prove him wrong. Shawn accepts.)
Title vs Career No Disqualification Match for the WWE Championship
Eddie Guerrero (C) vs Brock Lesnar
(Following Eddie scoring the huge upset at No Way Out, Lesnar invokes his rematch clause for Wrestlemania. Lesnar says that Eddie had to take a shortcut by using a chair to beat him, he couldn't become WWE Champion honorably, so he's invoking his rematch clause. Eddie says that Brock can have his rematch, but he wants it to be an even playing field, so he wants a No Disqualification Match. Lesnar's cockiness increases after this, as he becomes so cocky & confident that he puts his career on the line. Eddie wins after a Frog Splash off a ladder through a table. Lesnar f*cks off to the NFL after this)
World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H (C) vs Chris Benoit
(Instead of challenging for the WWE Championship, Chris Benoit defects to Raw after winning the Royal Rumble and sets his sights on becoming World Heavyweight Champion. In the build up, Triple H doesn’t take Benoit seriously, but when Benoit defeats Shawn Michaels on an episode of Raw to cement his place as the true number one contender, The Game resorts to using sneak attacks on The Rabid Wolverine courtesy of all three members of Evolution. Despite all the attacks, Benoit says that nothing will stop him from becoming World Champion, while Triple H says he’ll make Benoit wish he’d never left SmackDown and prove that he’s that damn good. At the end of the match, Benoit reverses a Pedigree and traps The Game in the Crossface to become World Heavyweight Champion. We still get that same amazing moment with Benoit and Eddie Guerrero holding their respective titles aloft as confetti falls from the ceiling.)

Christian says he won’t be finished with Jericho until he’s taken everything from him, and with his new "problem solver" by his side, nobody can touch him. Jericho calls Christian a "creepy little bastard" who hides behind Tomko like a coward, and that he’ll gladly give his former best friend his rematch and kick his ass all over Edmonton.)
Hardcore Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
Randy Orton (C) vs Cactus Jack
(After WrestleMania, Mick Foley and Randy Orton still have unresolved issues, so Foley challenges him to a match for the IC title in a match that he specialises in - a hardcore match. JBL says that he didn't get enough respect over his WWE tenure, and now he is simply going to demand it. Undertaker says that JBL has made a grave mistake and that he will rest in peace. JBL pulls off the huge upset and wins clean after 3 Clotheslines from Hell.)
WWE Championship
Eddie Guerrero (C) vs Booker T
(When Booker T is traded over to Smackdown, he immediately turns heel, declaring Smackdown "the minor leagues". He attacks Eddie Guerrero, setting his sights on the WWE title. Booker says that he should be over on Raw, these fans don't deserve him, but while he's here, he's gonna show everyone what it's like to be a main event star like how he was over on Raw, and that starts by becoming the WWE Champion. Eddie says that Booker needs to stop getting up all in his feelings that he's not working Monday's anymore, because he's not gonna waltz over to Smackdown and take away the title that he's worked his entire life for. Eddie picks up the win, but Booker attacks Eddie after the match, and spears him through the minitron.)
