Card
Extreme Rules Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
The Miz (C) w/Maryse and The Miztourage vs Dean Ambrose
(Ambrose still isn't finished with The Miz, wanting one more match against him, where anything goes. The Miz accepts, saying that he will do everything in his power to ensure that that Lunatic Ambrose doesn't come anywhere near his IC title, because if he got his hands on that title, he will taint its prestige.)
Mixed Tag Team Match
Cedric Alexander & Sasha Banks vs Noam Dar & Alicia Fox
(Dar and "Da Beautiful Alicia FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOX" begin targeting Cedric Alexander, leading to Cedric recruiting The Boss to have his back.)
Texas Tornado Tag Team Match for the Raw Tag Team Championships
The Hardy Boyz (C) vs The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro)
(In the build to this match, Sheamus and Cesaro brag about how Sheamus kicked Jeff's tooth out of his mouth, with them even going one step further and taking the tooth after the match at Payback. The Bar say that they have almost "broken" Jeff, which will greatly impact The Hardyz because Jeff is the key to their success. This is having an effect on Matt Hardy, saying he will DELETE! The Bar, with Jeff keeping Matt calm, saying they have to be Team Extreme. At the PPV, Matt shows up with no blonde streak in his hair, instead, wearing the classing Hardy's attire with a black shirt, baggy pants, and his hair done up. During the match, Matt nicks Jeff's tooth from Sheamus and Cesaro, and becomes obsessed with it, just looking at it, and doing the whole YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS! Thing, before getting Brogue kicked by Sheamus. The Bar win after Jeff goes for a Swanton off a ladder through a table, but Cesaro moves out of the way, which leads to Jeff going through the table.)

(Originally supposed to be Enzo & Cass vs The Revival, Big Cass is "attacked" backstage, forcing Enzo to go it alone against the former NXT Tag Team Champions.)
Unsanctioned Falls Count Anywhere Match for the Raw Women's Championship
Alexa Bliss (C) vs Bayley
(Bayley violently attacks Alexa Bliss on Raw a few weeks after Payback, and says she's invoking her rematch clause at Extreme Rules. Kurt Angle then tells Bayley that she's not medically cleared, and can't challenge for the title. The following week, Bayley demands an Unsanctioned Falls Count Anywhere Match for the title, which Kurt agrees to give to her, but gets Bayley to sign a hold harmless agreement against Alexa, himself, and WWE, so she can't take legal action if anything happens to her. Alexa wins after a Twisted Bliss off the minitron through a stack of tables that Bayley is lying on.)
Submission Match for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Neville (C) vs Austin Aries
(Aries wants a rematch against Neville after their match at Payback, which Neville agrees to give to him, but only if he beats Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, and Ariya Davari in a 3-on-1 handicap match, which Aries wins. Kurt Angle makes the match a submission match, to determine which submission is superior, Last Chancery, or The Brutaliser.)
Fatal 5-Way Match to determine the #1 contender to the World Heavyweight Championship
Samoa Joe vs Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns vs Finn Balor vs Bray Wyatt w/Erick Rowan
(Since Brock is champion again and does what he always does when he's a champion in the 2010s by going deer hunting on a Saskatchewan farm, Raw GM Kurt Angle makes a Fatal 5-Way #1 contenders match so Brock has an opponent whenever he comes back. Joe wins after Balor passes out to the Coquina Clutch.)

(Lana challenges Naomi to this match after making her Smackdown debut, with the former funkadactyl accepting.)
Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship
Luke Harper (C) vs Randy Orton
(After massively underestimating Luke Harper at Backlash leading to him losing the title, Randy invokes his rematch clause at Money in the Bank, with the match being made a Last Man Standing match to make to match the heat of the feud. During this time, Randy Orton becomes hellbent on the death of Luke Harper, making his life a living hell on Smackdown. Harper says that he's worked his ass of to get the WWE Championship, he's not gonna let that snake take the belt from him. As for the match at Money in the Bank, Harper wins after pushing Randy off a ladder off the stage through a stack of tables, then getting a ladder, placing it on Orton's chest, and standing on it.)
Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match

(Wyatt and Rowan begin targeting Ambrose after Extreme Rules. On an episode of Raw while Wyatt and Rowan are beating down Ambrose, Seth Rollins runs down and saves his former shield brother, but Ambrose pushes Rollins, saying he didn't need is help, and he hasn't forgotten how he ended the shield. The next week, Wyatt and Rowan are beating down Rollins, Ambrose comes out and just watches from the ramp, not even bothering to save Rollins. Rollins and Ambrose then have a match next week, which Dean wins, but after the match, The Wyatt's once again beat down on Rollins, only this time, Dean makes the save, reuniting with Seth.)
Enzo Amore vs Big Cass
(After Extreme Rules, Corey Graves reveals that Cass faked his attack at Extreme Rules in order to handicap Enzo, and accuses Cass of attacking Enzo at Payback. Cass admits he attacked Enzo at Payback, and then attacks him again. Cass calls Enzo a liability who always held him back, while Enzo proceeds to make a diss track on Cass.)
Handicap Match for the Raw Tag Team Championships
The Bar (C) vs #BROKEN Matt Hardy
(After Extreme Rules, Matt Hardy is seen burning a ladder backstage, with him finding the flames DELIGHTFUL! Jeff Hardy then receives a message from Stephanie McMahon via Kurt Angle saying that if he can't get Matt under control, they'll be fired. Jeff the lectures Matt, saying they have to be Team Extreme, and we have to leave all of the broken stuff in the past. The Following week, Matt shows up in his V1 attire, with the shirt, wrist tape, and red pants, coming out to the old V1 music. Before The Great American Bash, Sheamus and Cesaro brutally attack Jeff Hardy, while handcuffing Matt to the ropes, and (kayfabe) break Jeff's ribs, all while Matt is watching along, saying YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS! Kurt Angle is annoyed by this, and say that The Bar still have to defend the tag titles, but Matt Hardy must find a new partner. Kurt tells Matt this news, and Matt says that sounds WONDERFUL! Matt then opens his hand to reveal Jeff's tooth, Matt has fully become Broken. BROKEN Matt then grinds up the tooth into a powder, puts it into a hot chocolate, drinks it, "embuing him" with the spirit of Jeff Hardy, claiming to be both Hardy Boyz. In the match, Matt is working as the babyface in peril, before tagging himself in, and starts doing all of Jeff Hardy's signature moves, hitting both a Whisper in the Wind and a Swanton Bomb. It looks like Matt has the match won after blasting a fireball at Cesaro and hitting Sheamus with the Twist of Fate, but then the lights go out, and when they come back up, Bray Wyatt is in the ring. Bray nails Matt with Sister Abigal (the ref is knocked out during all of this), then disappears, allowing Sheamus to get the win and retaining the tag titles with Cesaro.)

(Balor beats Bray Wyatt and Elias in a triple threat #1 contenders match to get this opportunity. Finn says that Miz isn't as good as he thinks he is, hence why he hides behind his wife and two stooges. Miz says he'll take great pride in reinjuring "Finn Failure".)
Ambulance Match
Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman
(The feud continues. Strowman returns the week after Extreme Rules, and declares he's not finished with Roman Reigns. Roman says he wants to send Braun back where he belongs, The E.R, hence why this is an Ambulance match. Braun wins after dodging a spear into the ambulance and trapping Roman inside of it. The 2 men continue to brawl to the outside, with Roman breaking out of the ambulance, leading to Roman trapping Braun inside the ambulance, and driving a car into it at full speed, hopping out before the car makes impact with the ambulance. Braun breaks his way out and walks off like its nothing.)
World Heavyweight Championship
Brock Lesnar (C) w/Paul Heyman vs Samoa Joe
(Exactly the same build and match as in real life. Joe says he doesn't fear Brock Lesnar, and attacks Paul Heyman the night after Extreme Rules. This leads to Brock showing up the next week and brawling with Joe, but he passes out to the Coquina Clutch. Joe says the second he locks in th Coquina Clutch, Brock can kiss that title goodbye. Joe attacks Brock before the match, but The Beast recovers fast and wins with an F5 after a 9-minute brawl.)

Zayn says that he wants to do what he couldn't at Takeover: Dallas, beat Nakamura. Heyman says he appreciates that he wants another match against his client, but he'll once again come up short.)
No Disqualification Match
AJ Styles vs Kevin Owens
(Following falling to win Money in the Bank, Kevin Owens comes out on the Smackdown after Money in the Bank, and goes on a rant about AJ Styles, blaming his shortcoming at the PPV on The Phenomenal One, who was there to ruin the match for him at every possible turn, because if it wasn't for that punk Styles, he would be standing here as Mr. Money in the Bank. KO then costs AJ in a US Title Match against Rusev later on in the evening, further heating up a feud. Shane McMahon see's the animosity between both men, and sets up a No Disqualification Match between the 2 for Battleground. AJ wants to shut KO up once and for all, while KO wants to rip AJ apart.)

Luke Harper (C) vs Randy Orton vs John Cena vs Rusev w/Aiden English

Randy Orton interrupts, saying that he's still not finished with Harper, he keeps finding ways to luck out and remain WWE Champion. US Champ Rusev interrupts, stating that he's already proven himself to be the greatest US Champ in history, now he wants to go one step further and become a double champion, he wants to become WWE Champion as well, and he wants to do it on the greatest day of them all, Rusev Day. Gable then comes out (being moved over to Raw and disbanding American Alpha in the process, also, Jason Jordan suffers his career-ending neck injury sooner than he did IRL), and the 2 embrace. Gable tells Kurt that he always wanted to tell him who he was, but he wanted to succeed on his own morals just like his pops did, Kurt says it's not too late, and if you'll let me be your daddy, he's ready, willing, AND GABLE! Every week for the next month, a "daddy time" vignette airs and shows Kurt and Chad dork bonding, with one of these segments being the 2 working at a gym, with Chad offering to lock up with Kurt, but Kurt refuses, saying his in ring days are behind him. The following week, Enzo gets revenge by attacking Cass with a kendo stick backstage. Cass says that he’ll do anything to erase Enzo from his life and challenges him to a Street Fight. The Bar (C) vs Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose
(After finally getting back on the same page so they could deal with Bray Wyatt and Erick Rowan, Ambrose and Rollins set their sights on The Bar and their Raw Tag Team titles. ShamSaro msay that Ambrose and Rollins are still rusty in the ring, because they've had only 1 match since teaming back up, meaning they don't deserve this shot. Rollins and Ambrose remind The Bar that the only reason they're even a tag team is because they couldn't beat the sh!t out of each other the most, and Mick Foley had nothing else for them. Cesaro still destroys a beach ball in this match.)
Kevin Owens vs Randy Orton
(Orton turns face shortly after Battleground, saving Sin Cara from a beatdown by Kevin Owens. Fatal 4-Way Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Brock Lesnar (C) w/Paul Heyman vs Samoa Joe vs Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman
(Kurt Angle makes this match after all 3 men stake their claim to be the next challenger to the World Heavyweight Championship. Heyman says that Angle only made this power play out of spite for when Brock won that iron man match against him all those years ago. In the match, Roman spears Brock through a barricade, Strowman hits a running power slam through the Spanish announcer's table, and Joe hits a muscle buster through another announce table, seemingly writing Brock out of the match, until he comes out at the end to break up the pin between Strowman and Reigns, through Braun out the ring, hit an F5 on Roman, and win.)

This leads to another "Daddy time" vignette, with Gable and Angle chopping wood on a farm, where Gable pitches to Kurt that he makes an IC title match at No Mercy, saying that'll shut The Miz up, as both men drink milk from brandy snifters. Miz wins after Bo Dallas distracts the ref, allowing Curtis Axel to nail Gable with the title, so Miz can hit The Skull Crushing Finale.)
Finn Balor vs Erick Rowan w/Bray Wyatt
(Fresh off losing The Ultimate Deletion at Summerslam, Wyatt and Rowan begin targeting Balor. Roman Reigns vs John Cena
(John Cena shows up on the Raw after Summerslam, and wants a shot at Brock Lesnar's world title. Roman Reigns then comes out and says Cena doesn't deserve a damn thing because him getting shots without earning is like missionary position, it's the same thing every single night, and it's a slap in the face to everyone in the locker room. Kurt Angle makes this grudge match, to determine who is the face of WWE. Same match, same worked shoot promos, same result.)

(Enzo announces his move to the Cruiserweight division following Summerslam, and immediately becomes a target for the whole Cruiserweight locker room, and newly crowned Cruiserweight Champion TJP, who says that not only does Enzo belong on this show, he doesn't even belong in the WWE locker room. Enzo low blows TJP post-match, turning heel.)
World Heavyweight Championship
Brock Lesnar (C) w/Paul Heyman vs Braun Strowman
(Strowman continues his feud with Lesnar at Summerslam, saying that the only reason Brock is still champ is because it was a multi-man match at Summerslam, and if they face off 1 on 1, Brock has no hope. The Match is a chaotic affair, with Brock winning, but only because Paul Heyman pulls the referee out the ring after a 3rd Running Power Slam from Strowman, which leads Strowman to hit Heyman with a Running Power Slam, before turning around into an F5 from Brock, with a new ref running down to count the 3.)

(Roode makes his Smackdown debut on the Smackdown after Summerslam, still a heel, and begins feuding with his old foe from NXT. Roode says that Smackdown is entering a new phase, a Glorious phase with him at the top, and he will prove to everyone just how dominant he is when he wipes the floor with The Perfect Failure. Dillinger simply wants to shut Roode up.)
WWE United States Championship
Rusev w/Aiden English (C) vs Shinsuke Nakamura w/Paul Heyman
(Nakamura wins a Fatal 4-Way #1 contenders match over Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, and Mike Kanellis to get this match. Rusev says that he is the most dominant US Champion in history, nobody has been US Champion 3-times, Nakamura is outmatched, and he will be crushed on the greatest day of them all, Rusev Day. Heyman says Rusev is coming into this match with an insane amount of cockiness, he's title reign is about to come to an end and he isn't even prepared for it, everything that he has built up for the last 5 months is about to come crumbling. The closing moments of the match see's Rusev prepare to lock in The Accoldade, only for Nakamura to crawl back out of the way, hit an Inverted Exploder Suplex, followed up with the Kinshasa to become the new United States Champion.)
Randy Orton vs Baron Corbin
(Not much story, Corbin attacks Sin Cara after a victory on an episode of Smackdown, only for The Apex Predator to make the save.)
Submission Match for the Smackdown Women's Championship
Charlotte Flair (C) vs Naomi
(The final battle between these 2 women who have dominated Smackdown's women's division.)
WWE Championship
Luke Harper (C) vs AJ Styles
(After coming up short against Harper at Summerslam, AJ Styles wins a Triple Threat Match over Randy Orton and Kevin Owens to earn a second shot at Luke Harper's WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell. AJ says that ever since losing the WWE Championship 9 months ago, he's been grinding and working harder than everyone on the roster to try and get it back, he may have failed to defeat Harper at Summerslam, but he won't come up short twice. Harper says that he's in his prime, like AJ says, AJ is a Phenomenal competitor, but he's just on another level right now, and keeping the WWE Championship is his #1 priority in this company, and nobody is gonna stop him from keeping it. The closing moments of the match see's a repeat of the spot at Summerslam, AJ goes for a Phenomenal Forearm, with Harper preparing for a Discus Lariat, only for AJ to reveal it was a fake out, before rolling through the middle rope, and locking in the Calf Crusher on Harper, making him tap out to become a 2-time WWE Champion. Both men shake hands after the match.)
Jinder Mahal vs Shelton Benjamin
(Mahal begins to feud with Shelton Benjamin following Summerslam. Benjamin says that Mahal can never get the job done. Jinder says that Benjamin embarrassed himself at Summerslam, and that someone like Shelton Benjamin isn't worthy of being in a wrestling ring. Jinder wins after interference from the debuting Singh Brothers.)
Falls Count Anywhere Hell in a Cell Match
Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens
(Following losing to Randy Orton at Summerslam, Kevin Owens goes to Commisoner Shane McMahon and demands he be added to the #1 contenders match between AJ Styles and Randy Orton, which Shane reluctantly agrees to. AJ wins the match, which infurates KO, as he complains to Shane that AJ should have never been in the match. The Following week, Kevin tells Shane that he is a poor commissioner, that he had daddy issues and felt the need to jump off the cell and survive a helicopter crash just to get his dad's respect. KO then tells Shane that his entire family would be better off if he hadn't survived that crash, his dad, his wife, and especially, his kids. Shane then loses it and attacks Owens. The following week, Shane is given the week off, and Vince McMahon runs Smackdown with Daniel Bryan. Vince also confronts Kevin Owens during this time, where KO gets Vince to make this match, and needs his word that if provoked, he can beat a McMahon senseless. Vince gives Kevin his word, and then KO beats the sh!t out of 72 year-old Vince McMahon. On the go home Smackdown before Hell in a Cell, Kevin Owens calls out Shane, but Sami Zayn instead comes out, saying Kev went to far with Vince, which leads to Ownes attacking Zayn, and just as he's about to give Sami a powerbomb on the apron, Shane runs down for the save. The match ends when Shane is about to jump off the cell on to the announce table that has KO on it, but Sami Zayn appears and pulls KO off just in the nick of time, turning Sami heel. Sami then drags Kevin's body over Shane for the ref to count 3.)

Emma vs Asuka
(Emma confronts Kurt Angle and wants a big opportunity, which Kurt agrees to give to her, in the form of the main roster debuting Asuka.)
Chairs Match
Finn Balor vs Neville
(Instead of walking out on WWE and f*cking off to Dragon Gate and eventually AEW, Neville returns to Raw after No Mercy, as apart of the Raw roster and not the Cruiserweight Division, and begins targeting Finn Balor. Neville says that he's hated the fact that the Raw roster was too bloated, and that he had to dominate the minor leagues known as The Cruiserweight division to get another shot on the red brand, and he's got a hitlist of people he's gonna dismantle, and that hitlist starts with Finn Balor. Balor says that Neville had to go to the cruiserweight division because he wasn't worthy of being on the main roster.)
WWE Intercontinental Championship
The Miz (C) w/Curtis Axel vs Chad Gable
(After No Mercy, we see another "daddy time" segment between Kurt and Chad, where they're playing with model trains while wearing comicly oversized train conductors hats, Chad asks Kurt to make another match for the IC title between him and The Miz, this time at TLC. Kurt is unsure at this point, he agrees that Dallas and Axel were out of line, but he's got a whole roster to think of, and maybe someone else should get a title shot. Gable guilt trips Angle, saying he just wanted to make his dad proud and win a title, just like his dad did so he'd respect him, but he guesses he doesn't. Angle, with his eyes brimming with tears, makes the match at TLC, they hug, choo choo pops, choo choo. In the leadup, Gable visciouly attacks Bo Dallas and locks him in the angle lock, writing Dallas off of tv due to a battle with Meningitis that effects other matches on the card. Miz initially wins the match after an Axel distraction allows him to low blow Chad, but then Gable gets on the mic and calls out his dad, saying that Miz cheated, and asking Angle if he's gonna let Miz get away with that. Kurt says he won't and restarts the match, where Gable wins with a quick roll up, whilst grabbing Miz's tights, ending Miz's 322-day reign as IC champ. Commentary point out Gable's tight grabbing, and that he had to use his dad to win the title.)

TJP (C) vs Noam Darr, Ariya Davari, Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, and Enzo Amore
(After Enzo's heel turn, he starts to recruit allies, proclaiming themselves to be "The Zo Train". TJP goes to Angle to make this match, so he can take out Enzo and his goons.)
Six Man Tag Team TLC Match for the Raw Tag Team Championships
Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose (C) and a mystery partner (Kane) vs The Bar and Braun Strowman
(After failing to reclaim the tag titles, The Bar begin targeting Roman Reigns due to his association with both Ambrose and Reigns. This leads to the Shield reuniting to take on The Bar. Sheamus and Cesaro then recruit Braun Strowman to have their back against The Shield, due to his hatred for Roman Reigns. Roman goes down with Meningitis, like in real life, so Kurt gets Ambrose and Rollins to find a new partner, who they reveal to be The Big Red Machine, Kane. Strowman turns face in this match after Sheamus accidentally brouge kicks him, leading to The Monster Among Men giving The Bar a pair of Running Power Slams, allowing The Shield to retain. The Bar win back the Raw Tag Titles on the 11/06/17 episode of Raw after a distraction by The New Day, who invaded Raw as apart of the Under Siege storyline.)
