Asaemon and bookerman like this

January 2004. WWE is on top of the wrestling world in the West, with any possible future competitors still too small to become any real competititon for years to come. Following the Attitude Era and WCW's collapse, the WWE was entering a transition period, a new age, and I am here to help with that transition. The Ruthless Aggression era is picking up traction, and I intend to help that along. Using a mix of current and rising superstars, I plan to build WWE back up to the status it held during the late 90s. Vince has me in on a one year contract, so my plan is to have a solid foundation here by the dawn of 2005. Let's hope I can make a statement in my first year, starting by focusing on a good road to Wrestlemania 20.
Time to peel back the curtain, I have some stuff to discuss. First of all, I want to credit bookerman for the concept of writing in kayfabe as the booker. I read through his 85 save so far and loved it. I plan to make my writeups similar to his, except I will be going into detail for each segement.
Now, my problem. This was a save I started on TEW 2020 a year or 2 ago. Since, I have broken my laptop and do not have TEW 2020. I only ended up booking the first week of this save in game. I recorded this, and as such I luckily still have those shows saved aswell as creative notes for much of 2004 and into 2005. However, I need feedback.
1. Is it even of interest for me to post shows here without TEW serving as a base? I would still provide indepth writeups, there just wouldn't be any ratings. I would allow you all to decide them for yourselves I suppose.
2. If the answer to number 1 is yes, I have a proposed method to determine injuries and such. I would select a number out of 100, lets say 75 for example. Then, for every competitor who competes in a match, I would use a randomizer to get a number out of 100. If it lands on 75, then they are injured. Following that, another randomizer would decide the number of days they were injured (up to like 500 days or something). This is just an idea, if anyone has a better one please let me know.
This was the "save that got away" so to speak. I was devastated when I found out I couldn't continue it, as I was passionate and had ideas for several months and loosely for years in game. I understand this thread is for simulators, so I ultimately understand if the answer is no. But I'd love to write this up here, so please let me know.
Thanks,
