Takashi Okamura is a Shidokan Karate trainee that got "Devilman" as a nickname while training in the Kitao Dojo. Took over Kitao Dojo when Koji Kitao retired. Founded Dragon Gate when Último Dragón left Toryumon for WWE and taking all the trademarks he owned with him.
