LEGENDARY MATCH SET FOR WRESTLEMANIA; SHAWN MICHEALS JOIN A CLUB
RAW opens up with a huge celebration for the Nature Boy Ric Flair who just recently celebrated his 56th birthday. RAW superstars and legends surrounded the ring in celebration before the Nature Boy came down to the ring. Ric Flair thanked everybody and said that even though he's 56 that he still has a lot more left. He talks about WrestleMania coming up and how Flair wants to face off against the one man who he knows the best and that is...Triple H. Triple H comes down to the ring and says that Flair vs Triple H would be the biggest match possible but Triple H wants to make sure that Flair never wrestles again and that Flair would put his career on the line. Flair talks about how he's been on top for decades and if he goes out on the biggest show of the year, than thats that. Triple H shakes Flair's hand before leaving the ring while Arn Anderson eats birthday cake.
 Ric Flair will face off against Triple H in a Legendary match at WrestleMania 22.
Later in the night Vince McMahon came out surrounded by the Frat Pack. McMahon talks about how Shawn Michaels has stabbed everybody he's ever loved in the back and should never be trusted especially Marty Jannetty. Jannetty came out and McMahon offered him a position in the company if he would get on his knees and join a special club. McMahon then proceeds to unbuckle his belt and told Jannetty to kiss his ass. Jannetty refused to do it and told the rest of the Frat Pack to attack Jannetty. The group took turns beating up on Jannetty while McMahon mocked Michaels and told him to come and do something about it. McMahon then laid a huge left hand and punched Jannetty in the face. McMahon then had the Frat Pack take Jannetty and shove Jannetty's face in McMahon's ass. Michaels came down to the ring and cleared the ring of the Frat Pack but Shane McMahon snuck in the ring with a steel chair and hit Michaels over the head. McMahon then had Shane force Shawn Michaels to kiss his ass while McMahon laughed.

FOLEY VS HASSAN: DEATHMATCH. WRESTLEMANIA 22
RAW opens up with Mick Foley coming down to the ring to make an announcement. Foley gets on the microphone and talks about how he is honored to announce the 2006 WWE Hall of Fame Inductees. Foley talks about the moment that he wanted to become a professional wrestler was when he hitchhiked to Madison Square Garden and watched Jimmy Snuka take on Don Muraco inside a Steel Cage and Snuka jumping 15 feet to the mat and the first two inductees are Don Muraco and Jimmy Snuka. Foley then says the next introduction is a trailblazer for the Womens Division and if it wasnt for her there would be no Women in professional wrestling and that is Fabolous Moolah. Foley says the team of the British Bulldogs of British Bulldog and Dynamite Billington will go in as the first tag team inducted into the Hall of Fame. Foley then says the next inductee is one of the greatest Intercontinental champions of all time and that is Tito Santana. He says finally the headliner of this year will be his best friend, Terry Funk!. Foley says that he will induct Terry into the Hall of Fame and its such an honor for him after everything him and Terry has gone through. Before Foley can finish, Muhammad Hassan is shown on the titantron and is shown in Amarillo, Texas. Hassan says that its time to put the old dog to sleep and is shown at the Double Cross Ranch and then its revealed Hassan has tied Funk up in one of his horse stable. Foley gets on the microphone and promises that he will find Hassan if he lays one hand on Funk. Hassan says he'll let Funk go if Foley agrees to face him at WrestleMania. Foley says he will not only fight Hassan but he will put Hassan through the worst possible pain imaginable at WrestleMania and challenged Hassan to a Chicago Deathmatch. Foley then grabbed his barbed wire bat and left the ring.

RANDY ORTON DESTROYS EDDIE GUERRERO'S LOWRIDER
The main event of SmackDown! was a tag team match between Chris Benoit and Rey Mysterio taking on Mark Henry and Randy Orton. The team of Benoit and Mysterio came out along with Eddie Guerrero in one of Guerrero's custom lowriders. The main event began and the four men battled each other back and forth. Late in the match Mark Henry splashed the referee and was going to hit Mysterio with a chair before the Undertaker's gong came over the arena and the lights went out, when the lights came back on the Undertaker was in the ring and brawled to the back with Mark Henry. Randy Orton took the steel chair and hit Benoit with it and then aimed for Mysterio but before he can hit Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero came back out and stopped Orton allowing Rey to hit the 619 on Orton but before Mysterio can hit the West Coast Pop, Kurt Angle came out and hit the Angle Slam on Guerrero. Angle and Mysterio then battled through the crowd leaving Guerrero in the ring with Orton. Instead of Orton attacking Guerrero, Orton went to Guerrero's lowrider and sat in the drivers seat. Orton then got out of the car and went underneath the ring to grab a brick and started the car, put it in reverse and drove the lowrider through the entrance way. As Orton was leaving, Guerrero got on the microphone and accepted Orton's challenge to a match at WrestleMania.
After Randy Orton drove Eddie Guerrero's Lowrider through the entrance way, Latino Heat has no option but to accept Orton's challenge at WrestleMania 22.

RAW AFTER WRESTLEMANIA
RAW opens with the new WWE Champion John Cena coming out after his victory against Edge last night at WrestleMania. John Cena says "the CHAMP...IS...HERE!!". Cena said it was one of his toughest challenges last night but he overcame the odds and once again is the WWE Champion. All of a sudden Triple H comes out and gets in the new champions face. Triple H says since he won his match against Ric Flair last night he is now the number one contender and wants to face John Cena at Backlash. Before John Cena can accept his challenge, Edge comes out with Lita and says that he is going to use his rematch clause at Backlash and Triple H can face Edge when he wins back the WWE Championship. Triple H says that people who tap out in the main event of WrestleMania's don't deserve anything (ironically Triple H tapped out in the main event of WrestleMania XX). John Cena says it doesnt matter who is the number one contender and says that he'll beat both of them at Backlash in a triple threat match for the WWE Championship but tonight he'll face both of them in a tag team match with Cena finding a mystery partner.
 the Backlash main event is set with John Cena defending his WWE Championship against both Edge and Triple H.
Later in the night the World Tag Team Championships were on the line with the Big Show and Kane taking on two members of the Frat Pack. The two members chosen were Kenny Dykstra and Mike Mondo but they made it known that if they win all the members of the Frat Pack are going to be the World Tag Team Champions. The match begins and the champions handle the challengers but each Frat Pack member one by one came down and interfered in the match and the numbers were too much when the referee was distracted and Mike Mondo hit the Big Show with one of the World Tag Team Championships before Kenny Dykstra hit a huge leg drop for the 1-2-3 and to crown the Frat Pack the new World Tag Team Champions
the Frat Pack are now the World Tag Team Champions. All men are recognized as champions.
Ric Flair then comes out and talks about his Legendary match against Triple H last night at WrestleMania. Flair said that he gave Triple H 120% but he fell short. Flair says he doesnt know if he'll ever get his 17th World Championship and that it might be time to hang up the boots for good. All of a sudden he is interrupted by a mysterious man who introduces himself as Armando Alejandro Estrada. Estrada talks about how he grew up watching Flair and that Flair still has a lot more left. Estrada says that he has somebody that wants to be the next dominate force in the WWE and that Flair should meet him. Armando brings out a huge man that he calls Umaga. Umaga comes and stares at Flair before attacking the Nature Boy before standing over Flair's limp body as he makes his impactful debut.

Shawn Michaels then comes out and talks about his violent battle with Vince McMahon last night. Michaels says that he was going to do anything he needed to do to put McMahon through hell. Michaels says that his feud with McMahon is far from over and he calls out Vince McMahon to come down to the ring. Shane McMahon shows up on the ramp and talks about how his father Vince is in the hospital after his match. Michaels tells Shane to go drag his father and push him in his hospital bed because Michaels still has one more superkick to give McMahon. All of a sudden Vince McMahon comes out from behind and hits Michaels with a low blow before getting on the microphone. McMahon says that at Backlash its going to be Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon taking on Shawn Michaels in a handicap match. McMahon says that he's got two words for him "SUCK IT"

HUGE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH; GIANT DEBUT; KING OF THE RING ANNOUNCED
SmackDown! General Manager Theodore Long welcomes everybody to the SmackDown! after WrestleMania. Theodore Long talks about how SmackDown! once again stole the show and main evented the biggest show of the year. Long then brings out the new World Heavyweight Champion, Rey Mysterio. Mysterio comes out with his friends and family including Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. Mysterio gets on the microphone and talks about how he did the impossible and walked out of WrestleMania as World Heavyweight Champion. Mysterio thanks his family, his wife daughter and future bastard of a son. He then talks about how he couldn't have done it without Benoit and Guerrero. He hugs Benoit and then goes to hugs Guerrero who stops him and grabs the microphone. Guerrero talks about how last night was going to be his last match ever but he challenges Mysterio to a match tonight for the World Heavyweight Championship. Mysterio says if he can beat Eddie then Mysterio can prove to everybody that he is World Heavyweight material. Guerrero and Mysterio hug before the Theodore Long makes the World Heavyweight Championship main event match official.

Undertaker says that Mark Henry might've been the strongest man he's ever faced but once again he took a soul and will continue to do so everytime he steps in the ring. Undertaker talks about whats next for the Deadman but before he can tell his plan he is interrupted by a mysterious huge man. This man comes down to the ring and stands in front of the Undertaker who is dwarfed by this man. All of a sudden this mysterious man hits a huge blow to the Undertaker's head and knocks out the Deadman. Daivari then comes out and talks about how this is the Great Khali and hes here to dominate SmackDown!
 the Great Khali has shown up on SmackDown! and dominates the Undertaker with help from Daivari. Later in the night SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long is in his office with the SmackDown! participants of the WrestleMania Money in the Bank match. Long first tells him that he's disappointed that they didnt bring home the Money in the Bank briefcase to SmackDown! but since RAW has the Money in the Bank, SmackDown! is awarded with the King of the Ring tournament. Long tells all the participants that they are part of the tournament and it will begin next week and the bracket will be revealed on WWEdotcom after SmackDown!.  Who will be the 2006 King of the Ring? The main event match was for Rey Mysterio's newly won World Heavyweight Championship. Eddie Guerrero comes out followed by Rey Mysterio and the two best friends share the ring for what could be the very last time. The two start them atch with high flying moves before Eddie gets sent to the floor. Rey then jumps over the top onto Eddie. Eddie then gets the offensive and throws Rey into the ring steps. Eddie then throws Rey in the ring and hits a slingshot senton for a near fall. Eddie picks up Rey who reveres and hits Eddie with a huge dropkick. Rey springboards off the ropes but Eddie catches him and hits a back suplex. Eddie hits a stalling brainbuster but Rey kicks out at 2. Eddie hits a tilt-a-whirll backbreaker but the champion wont stay down. Eddie puts Rey in the corner and goes for a move but Rey reverses it and hits Eddie with a spectacular Springboard Moonsault DDT for the two count. Eddie rolls out to the outside once again but Rey springboards off the ropes and hits Eddie again on the outside. The match goes back and forth for another few minutes before Eddie tries and hits Rey with a huge superplex but Rey counters with a hurricanrana and rolls up Eddie for the 1-2-3 and to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. The two embrace in the ring and Eddie shakes Rey hands and the two celebrate while SmackDown! goes off the air.  After a hard fought battle, Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio give each other a huge hug after Mysterio defeated Guerrero to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. This was Eddie Guerrero's last match. |
