VICKIE GUERRERO ANNOUNCES HELL IN A CELL MATCH AT SUMMERSLAM
The Rated R Superstar Edge has been attempting to get back with Vickie Guerrero ever since Triple H crashed their wedding. Edge got on the microphone and said that ever since Vickie has left Edge, Edge has not been the same. Edge says that his life is meaningless without Vickie Guerrero. Edge calls out Vickie to the ring and wants to make amends and get back together and fall in love again. Vickie Guerrero comes out in her wheelchair and Edge helps her in the ring. Edge sat down next to her and attempted to remind Vickie Guerrero of all the good times they've had together and how both of them reigned over SmackDown! together as one unit. Edge played a video package highlighting their love for each other and got on his knees and apologized to Vickie for his mistake. Edge told Vickie that he is pathetic and blamed everything on Triple H and how Edge should be WWE Champion and for Vickie to add Edge to the WWE Championship match at SummerSlam. Vickie got on the microphone and said that when they made their vows it was Till Death Do Us Part and theres nothing Edge can do to win back Vickie but there is one thing she is going to do for Edge and that is make a match for him at SummerSlam. Edge gets excited thinking that he's going to be put in the WWE Championship match but Vickie says that after everything Edge has done to her that Vickie is going to make sure Edge goes through hell and at SummerSlam Edge is going to be in a Hell in a Cell match against....THE UNDERTAKER. Vickie says that she reinstated the Undertaker to SmackDown!

CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE ANNOUNCED AT UNFORGIVEN FOR WWE CHAMPIONSHIP
SmackDown! opens with Co-General Manager Vickie Guerrero in the ring with a microphone. Vickie says that the last few months have not been her and she blames all the evil things that she did on her love for Edge. Vickie says that Edge is the real problem but Edge is no longer here and that Edge is where he deserves to be. Vickie says that she want to make it up to the fans and announces a match that the WWE audience has never seen before and that is a "Championship Scramble match". Vickie says explains that at Unforgiven the WWE Championship will feature five superstars (including the WWE Champion, Triple H). The five superstars will compete in a 20-minute match with the superstars either pinning or submitting each other and whoever is the person who is standing at the end of the match with the most recent pinfall or submission will walk out of Unforgiven as the WWE Champion. Vickie Guerrero announced four qualifying matches tonight to find out which superstars will join Triple H in this first time ever match. the Brian Kendrick defeated Super Crazy to qualify, Montel Vontavious Porter defeated Festus, Shelton Benjamin defeated Finlay and Jeff Hardy defeated the Great Khali.

FIVE WAY SCRAMBLE MATCH TO CROWN NO. 1 CONTENDER
General Manager Freddie Prinze Jr. opens RAW talking about the upcoming Unforgiven pay per view. Prinze announces that the World Tag Team Champions will be defended when Cody Rhodes and Theo DiBiase take on Cryme Tyme. Prinze says that CM Punk will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against the winner of tonight's main event. Prinze says that he loves Vickie Guerrero's Championship Scramble match idea and tonight there will be a Scramble match between five RAW superstars of his choosing and Prinze announces the participants as Batista, Chris Jericho, John Bradshaw Layfield, Kane and the returning Rey Mysterio. The main event began with Batista and John Bradshaw Layfield the first two participants until Kane entered the match after the first five minute interval. JBL attempted to hit Kane with the Clothesline From Hell but Kane chokeslammed JBL and covered him for the pinfall and making him the No. 1 Contender for the moment. Rey Mysterio then entered the match with the final participant being Chris Jericho. Batista then hit a huge spinebuster on Kane for the pinfall and becoming temporary No. 1 Contender. Lance Cade came out on Jericho's behalf and dragged Batista out of the ring and threw him into the steel steps taking him out of the match. Rey Mysterio took down Kane and attempted the 619 with just under a minute left. As Mysterio attempted to hit the West Coast Pop, Chris Jericho pushed Mysterio off the top rope and out of the ring before applying the Walls of Jericho on JBL forcing JBL to tap out with just under 10 seconds left and with time expiring Chris Jericho became the No. 1 Contender and will face CM Punk at Unforgiven for the World Heavyweight Championship.  Chris Jericho submitted JBL at the very end of the Scramble match to go on to Unforgiven to take on CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship |

NEW ECW GENERAL MANAGER ANNOUNCED; PLUS AN EXTREME SCRAMBLE MATCH FOR THE NO. 1 CONTENDERSHIP
ECW opens up with SmackDown! Co-General Manager Theodore Long along side his assistant Tiffany and announced that Armando Estrada has been relived from his duties as General Manager and Long announced the new ECW General Manager as....Mike Adamle...Adamle (who has been with the company since earlier in the year). Adamle comes out and announces that he is the perfect replacement and Adamle will be the new leader of the extremists. Adamle announces tonight there will be a Scramble match but with a twist, each extremist will enter the match with a weapon of their choosing. Adamle announced the participants being Chavo Guerrero, Finlay, John Morrison, Matt Hardy and the Miz. The main event began with the Miz (with a trash can lid) and Matt Hardy (with a steel chair). The two traded moves back and forth before the next participant entered after the first five minutes and that is Chavo Guerrero with a lead pipe. After hitting Matt Hardy with the lead pipe, Chavo hit a Frog Splash for the pinfall making him the No. 1 Contender. After recovering, Chavo attempted another pipe shot to Hardy but Hardy dodged the blow and hit a Side Effect on Chavo and covering Guerrero to become the No. 1 Contender. After the next five minutes has passed, John Morrison entered (with the rest of the trash can). Both the Miz and Morrison attacked both Chavo Guerrero and Matt Hardy before pinning the two at the same time with both the Miz and Morrison becoming the No. 1 Contenders at the same time. Finlay was the last entrant in the match who obviously entered with his Shillelagh. Finlay took out Morrison before hitting the Miz with the Celtic Cross on top of Morrison and pinning the Miz to become the No. 1 Contender. With less than a minute left, Matt Hardy and Finlay went back and forth before Hardy hit Finlay with a Twist of Fate and covered Finlay to become the No. 1 Contender. The Miz and Morrison then tried to pin each other but Hardy broke up the pinfall with a huge leg drop from the middle rope with the 20-minute time limit ending making Matt Hardy the No. 1 Contender and will now face Mark Henry for the ECW Championship at Unforgiven.

The Bellas answer the challenge and win the tag team match after pulling "twin magic" with Brie replacing Nikki and rolling up Victoria for the pinfall and to win their WWE debuts. Twin Magic has arrived on SmackDown! as Brie Bella and Nikki Bella answer the open challenge. |

KILLER KOWALSKI PASSES AWAY
Walter (Killer) Kowalski, one of professional wrestling’s biggest stars and most hated villains when wrestlers offered a nightly menu of mayhem in the early years of television, died Saturday in Everett, Mass. He was 81.
Kowalski’s death was announced by his wife, Theresa, who said he had been hospitalized since a heart attack in early August.
At 6 feet 7 inches and 275 pounds or so, Kowalski was a formidable figure who delighted in applying his claw hold, a thumb squeeze to an opponent’s solar plexus, when he was not leaping from the top strand of the ropes and descending on his foe’s chest.
Emerging as a featured performer in the early 1950s, he became a TV celebrity with wrestlers like Antonio Rocca, Lou Thesz, Gorgeous George, Haystacks Calhoun and Nature Boy Buddy Rogers.
Kowalski wrestled on the pro circuits for some 30 years and appeared in more than 6,000 matches, by his count. Early in his career, he called himself Tarzan Kowalski. But, as he often related it, one particular match, at Montreal in the early 1950s, literally made his name.
Kowalski retired in 1977 and founded Killer Kowalski’s School of Professional Wrestling in Malden, Mass. His protégés included the wrestlers Triple H and Chyna. He sold the school in 2003, and it is now in North Andover, Mass.  Edward Władysław Spulnik

World Heavyweight Championship bout: Chris Jericho defeated CM Punk (c)  Unforgiven PPV opened with World Heavyweight CM Punk taken out backstage by a mystery attacker.  Matt Hardy finally defeated Mark Henry and wins the ECW Championship  Jeff Hardy was 30 seconds away from walking out of Unforgiven as WWE Champion but Triple H hit MVP with a Pedigree for the final pinfall in the Championship Scramble with time running out of the match and thus retaining the WWE Championship.  Even after being attacked earlier in the night, CM Punk made it to the World Heavyweight Championship match against Chris Jericho. Unfortunately for Punk his injuries were too severe and Punk passed out after Jericho applied the Walls of Jericho forcing the referee to ring the bell and award Jericho the win and the World Heavyweight Championship. After the match Shawn Michaels attacked Jericho chasing the new World Heavyweight Champion up the ramp but Jericho walked out of Unforgiven with his hand raised. |

ATTACKER OF CM PUNK REVEALED PLUS NEW FACTION FORMED
RAW opens with the returning Randy Orton making his first appearance in three months. Orton comes down wearing a sling showing his injured collarbone. Orton grabs the microphone and says that he didnt want to come back to the WWE until he was 100% but since he's been gone he's sat at home and he was sick and tired of seeing somebody walk around RAW calling themself a champion. Randy Orton called out the World Tag Team Champions of Cody Rhodes and Theo DiBiase. Orton says that being a third generation superstar and having family in the business Orton knows the pressures that DiBiase and Rhodes are going through and that they are misguided in their ways in becoming their own personalities. Orton says that they would never get to the top of being in the business with somebody like CM Punk disgracing the World Heavyweight Championship and thats why last night Randy Orton made sure he did something about it. Orton then revealed that he is medically cleared and he was the one to take out CM Punk (and Kofi Kingston) alongside with Cody Rhodes and Theo DiBiase. Orton then said that Jericho should thank him for doing what Orton did to Punk and that if Jericho was a true man he would face Orton tonight for the World Heavyweight Championship. Orton talks about the wrestling history that stands in the ring with members of some of the most dominate families in wrestling history teaming together and Orton will lead them into the future and Orton calls the faction "Legacy". All of a sudden Kofi Kingston and the new World Tag Team Champions Cryme Tyme interrupted and challenge Legacy to a six man tag team match later tonight. Orton accepts and promises that he's going to make sure he puts Kofi on the shelf just like he did to CM Punk. Later in the main event Legacy defeated Cryme Tyme and Kofi Kingston officially starting their plans to take over RAW and win Orton back the World Heavyweight Championship.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH AT NO MERCY ANNOUNCED
After Chris Jericho defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Rey Mysterio in the main event of RAW, Jericho got on the microphone and said that at No Mercy there is nobody worthy of being the No. 1 Contender and that he is going to stay home until they find a worthy opponent for Jericho. Jericho suggested that Batista and John Bradshaw Layfield had their times as champion and that its Jericho's time on top once again. The crowd started chanting HBK! HBK! HBK! but Jericho said that he will never face Michaels again. RAW General Manager Freddie Prinze Jr. came out and announced that at No Mercy, Batista will take on JBL with the winner facing Chris Jericho but no at No Mercy and not if Chris Jercho doesnt walk out of No Mercy as World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho argued with Prinze and reminded him that there is no No. 1 Contender before Prinze announced that Jericho will defend his World Heavyweight Championship at No Mercy against, and out walks THE HEARTBREAK KID SHAWN MICHAELS. Michaels says theres no running away this time and at No Mercy its going to be Chris Jericho, taking on the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels for the World Heavyweight Championship IN A LADDER MATCH!!.

CHALLENGE MADE ON CARLITO'S CABANA
Carlito opens up SmackDown! with an edition of his Carlito's Cabana, he brings up the fact that he is happy that he gets to team with his baby brother Primo now and that they will eventually become WWE Tag Team Champions. Carlito brings out Primo to be his co-host for the night and welcome their guests the WWE Tag Team Champions, the Major Brothers, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder. Hawkins and Ryder talk about how Carlito and Primo might be blood relatives but theres no bond stronger than La Familia. Carlito talks about the troubles between Edge and Vickie but Hawkins reminds them that their true love for each other will eventually bring them back and La Familia will take over SmackDown! all over again. Primo says that last time they were in the ring together Hawkins and Ryder cheated to retain their Tag Team Championship and Primo challenges them to another title match tonight. Hawkins and Ryder decline before Festus and Jesse come down and start brawling with the tag teams. SmackDown! Co-General Manager Theodore Long comes out and announces a triple threat tag team match for the WWE Tag Team Championships for the main event tonight. After Festus and Jesse Dalton were taking out by Bam Hardcastle and Chavo Guerrero, it seemed like Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder were going to retain their championships but after a blind tag from Primo to Carlito, Carlito hit Curt Hawkins with a Backstabber for the pinfall and make Carlito and Primo Colon the new WWE Tag Team Champions!
