WWE Survivor Series
Date: November 14th, 2004
Brand: Dual-Branded
Location: Madison Square Garden, New York, New York
Attendance: 17,984
WWE Junior Heavyweight Championship: Low Ki (c) def. Masato Yoshino "The World Warrior" holds onto his championship in a fun opening match for the MSG crowd. It's fast paced nature is expected of this division, and it leads to Low Ki still getting the victory.
Champion Vs Champion: Emi Motokawa (WWE Women's World) def. Gail Kim (WWE Women's Wrestling Project) This match sees Emi Motokawa keep her winning streak going, but it doesn't mean Gail Kim didn't put up a good fight. However, after the match, Gail is then attacked from behind and then choked out by Kayo Suzuki, after being laid down on the mat, Kayo holds the Women's Wrestling Project belt above her, making a challenge for the belt.
WWE Intercontinental Championship: Sean O'Haire def. Big Van Vader (c) The former WWE Champion, the Mastodon was able to win the Intercontinental Championship in Japan 2 months before this, but Sean O'Haire's quest for the top spot in the company continues to seap through his plans. A hard hitting match with both men giving it their all, but ends with Vader, despite his size and menace, looking up at the lights and Sean O'Haire snagging the gold.
World Tag Team Championships: Booker T and Shelton Benjamin def. La Resistance (Sylvain Grenier and Robert Conway) Shelton Benjamin would form an alliance with Booker T following being lost in the shuffle for a while on the red brand after being drafted, but the two would start gaining a handful of victories, leading to this match being made. La Resistance attempts to sway the match in their favor using dirty tactics, but Booker and Shelton's new found team work is able to overpower them, gaining them the World Tag Team titles.
Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Match: Team NOAH (Mitsuharu Misawa, Akira Taue, Takeshi Rikio, and Jun Akiyama) def. Team WWE (Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Eddie Guerrero, and AJ Styles) WWE Vs NOAH, and it ends with NOAH taking the victory. The ending stretch is between Misawa and Cena, with Misawa getting the victory and being the sole survivor for his team.
#1 Contender's Match for the GHC Heavyweight Championship: Kurt Angle def. Kenta Kobashi A rematch from the crossover show in Tokyo, and a rematch that could be considered better than the first. Both of them perform well for the MSG crowd, with many devastating grapples and edge of your seat near-falls. It ends with Angle taking the victory, but only by a hair as Kobashi was extremely close to winning himself.
World Heavyweight Championship: Randy Orton def. Scott Steiner (c) Our Main Event sees the unthinkable happen, and that is the youngest ever World Heavyweight Champion being crowned, while Steiner and Orton get an equal amount of offense in, Steiner's overblown ego as champion would cost him as he spends more time posing for the crowd and showing off rather then focusing on the match, and it ends with Orton landing his signature RKO and getting the victory. After the match, he is met by his former friend Triple H at the ramp, who is looking at Orton with pure anger.

NOTE: Before we get into Armageddon and SmackDown's exclusive December PPV Starrcade, I want to let you in on some lore. In mid 2004, Jim Cornette and Danny Davis would sell the rights of OVW over to Gabe Sapolsky, the protege of WWE head writer and creative director Paul Heyman. This new initiative is something that was already a work in progress, but was delayed due to lack of interest and funding. However, the gears would start to turn as Cornette would hand over booking duties to Sapolsky, given the memo that he can "do whatever he wants as long as it gains interest", and with this, Sapolsky also teams up with current WWE Superstar Triple H. HHH is currently working on moving more into a part-time role as he feels he has done all he can in the company on-screen and wants to make more contributions to what goes on off screen, including the training of the next generation of wrestlers. Sapolsky would let Hunter in on this new project he had been working on, something that would not only build the future of WWE, but also would showcase some of the rising stars in the independent scene.
Triple H and Gabe Sapolsky present....NXT.

WWE Armageddon Date: December 12th, 2004
Brand: Raw
Location: Gwinnett Arena, Deluth, Georgia
Attendance: 5,000
World Tag Team Championships: Booker T and Shelton Benjamin (c) def. The Heartthrobs (Antonio Santell and Romeo Roselli) Our opening contest sees the new team up of Booker T and Shelton Benjamin taking on the team of woman swooners, known as The Heartthrobs. This match is short, but very memberable for the Deluth crowd, who is currently eating it up. It ends with Booker and Shelton getting the win. After the match, we cut backstage to see both Booker and Shelton go into the locker room, and when Booker tries to put his title in his gym bag, a letter is left there, Booker picks it up and reads it, and it only says 3 words, "I Still Remember". We are left with a cliffhanger going into the next match. Who sent Booker that letter?
Kevin Thorn (w/Gangrel and Ariel) def. Super Rosey Super Rosey would end up being the next poor soul that is taken down by the vicious, ruthless vampire. After the match, The Hurricane tries to make the save but is blinded by the Blood Mist and then bitten. Thorn at this moment is unstoppable.
Handicap Match: Monty Brown def. Bischoff's Personal Security (Michael and Todd Shane) For the past few weeks, Raw GM Eric Bischoff would be taking advantage of Monty Brown following The Alpha Male's lost in focus on the red brand. Apart of this is constantly giving him opponents to run through, and giving him a "challenge he would not forget" as he brought in 2 of his finest security guards and would send them after The Alpha Male, however, Monty would remain victorious and at the end of the match, would finally get his revenge on Bischoff, grabbing him by the shirt collar and then throwing him off the stage.
Women's World Tag Team Championships: Riot Girlz (Lita and Becky Knox) (c) def. Poisonous Vixens (Victoria Varon and Jazz) Another great tag team match ends with the Riot Girlz picking up another great win against the team of Victoria and Jazz.
No Holds Barred: Abyss def. Kane Another match would be made between the two monsters and would be a bloody, brutal brawl. Abyss would completely wipe the floor with Kane, despite the mind games that Kane would try to pull, Abyss would still get the win.
World Heavyweight Championship: If Triple H loses, he can never challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship again: Randy Orton (c) def. Triple H After turning on his former renegade member, Randy Orton would cut his own path away from the shadow of The Game, and with that, the two would exchange a war of words in the following weeks to the PPV, it got to the point where Hunter made it even more of an uphill battle by himself, saying that he's powerful enough to get the title back from Orton, he guarantees he'll get the title back, even to the point that if he loses the match at the PPV, he made it a pact on his contract that he will never challenge for the World title again if he loses. And the match ends with Orton once again getting the victory, not without help of course. He gets help from Batista, who has turned on Triple H as well. The PPV ends with Orton celebrating his win, but he's then met with Intercontinental Champion Sean O'Haire on the titantron, who mocks Orton and says that "The Devil always comes back in the end", making a challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship.

WWE Starrcade Date: December 26th, 2004
Brand: SmackDown
Location: Air Canada Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Attendance: 17,640
GHC Heavyweight Championship: Kurt Angle (c) def. Eddie Guerrero Our starting match that kicks the night off is a barn burner of a contest. Angle would defeat Shawn Michaels for the GHC Heavyweight Championship a week before at a show in Korakuen Hall, and would immediately show the world why he is one of the best wrestlers on the planet. Angle and Guerrero would tear the house down to kick off the night, but would end with Angle getting the victory.
WWE Women's Wrestling Project Championship: Kayo Suzuki (w/Kenzo Suzuki, Akio Hayashi, and Keiji Sakoda) def. Gail Kim (c) Leader of the dominant, vicious Yakuza stable, Kayo would demolish Gail Kim and win the title, gaining dominance over the women's division on the Blue Brand, and in JWP.
WWE Junior Heavyweight Championship: Low Ki (c) def. Simon Nova The World Warrior picks up yet another victory, defeating the goofy fitness trainer known as Simon Nova.
WWE Tag Team Championships: V-1 (Maven Huffman and Matt Cappotelli) (w/Matt Hardy Version 1) (c) def. The Basham Brothers (Danny and Doug Basham) We see yet another dominant win from V-1, as they defeat the twin Bashams. After this, Matt Hardy would cut a promo and say that he is recruiting new members for V-1. Anyone who wants to step up and join the most powerful group on SmackDown is welcome, however, they must go through their own trials first.
WWE United States Championship: Chris Benoit def. Kenzo Suzuki (c) It's a hometown advantage for Chris Benoit, and it works in his favor. Despite the intimidation tactics Suzuki had on Benoit, causing him to lose focus temporarily, Benoit would be back in the zone and would defeat Suzuki for the United States title in a fun, back and forth match.
WWE Championship: Triple Threat: John Cena (c) def. AJ Styles and Rene Dupree SmackDown GM Paul Heyman was clear that he wanted both AJ and Rene to get opportunities, and so they did, but both of them weren't able to defeat the Doctor of Thuganomics. The show goes off the air with Cena celebrating yet another defense of the WWE Championship.
