BREAKING: "THE NATURE BOY" RIC FLAIR ARRIVES IN THE WWF In a shocking defection, WCW's current World Heavyweight Champion, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair would show up at his competition's weekly TV show with the NWA World Heavyweight Championship belt. The reasons why he showed up was due to creative differences with current WCW President Jim Herd, as Herd wanted to strip him of the title and repackage him. Due to this idea, Ric Flair left in protest and would shock the world, claiming on an episode of WWF Superstars that he was the "Real" World Champion.
