I am trying to!
I am going to have championship shake-up in E.C.W '93.

In the NWA in 1993 Dan Spivey is the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion.
He is defending this championship worldwide but looks to be a dominant champion.
In the northeast United States, the NWA is getting back on its feet again with signing talent such as Lex Luger (face), Jake Roberts (heel), The Great Muta (heel), Brian Pillman (heel), Terry Funk (heel) and The Road Warrior Hawk (face).
The NWA has a friendly alliance with NWA-NJ and the Philadelphia based company E.C.W at the moment.
The NWA's tag team division in 1993 is seemingly starting from scratch. The NWA World Tag Team Championship is vacant.
The championships nationally related to the US, the NWA National Championship and the NWA North American Championship, are vacant at the moment but there is a tournament being booked to crown the new NWA North American Championship.
Jake "The Snake" Roberts rejected a spot in the tournament. Rumor has it he has stated it is beneath him.
Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel (heel) has informed "shining, lucky star" Lex Luger that the current Powers That Be are very familiar with the "superstar" and his medically re-engineered forearm and his "lethal" finishing submission hold, "The Torture Rack".
The NWA at this time of writing will be putting on monthly NWA Supershows in the US Tri-State area with hopes to in the current (1993) year to branch out across the US and beyond to show the world how and why the NWA are the leader in United States pro wrestling.

I hit a creative block/wall booking the first show. I have the quarter finals of the tournament booked but nothing else.
To be clear, I do know where I am going with the tournament but just have the first 4 matches booked.
I am thinking of doing an opening featuring the Powers That Be and star power from my roster.
I have 0 tag teams to book to break up the tournament matches. I might have to borrow some guys but even that is not great.
I do have a short list of tag teams I want to hire but I will need some managers for them as well.
Finances are not an issue I just want to get some decent income happening for the promotion.
I want a weekly TV show if at all possible but the availability schedule is TIGHT. I hope to play tonight!

I feel like I could start a Real World Diary for it. I am also running NWA-NJ as a second player as well. I think that will be fun to play but they need a lot of work but I don't want it to be as serious as the NWA.
