Frank Reed Asaemon I started an AWA save. The first TV show was a long one that included the AWA World Heayweight Championship Tournament.
I selected the most popular pro wrestlers in AWA and put them in a 8-man one night tournament on TV.
The show opens with Mean Gene, Willy Karbo, & Verne Gagne welcoming everyone to AWA and announcing the tournament.
Next was a prerecorded segment in a dark office with a mysterious figure sitting behind a desk. In a deep, distorted, warped sounding voice, the man announces himself as the new creative head of AWA and things are going to change.
- This is my character and I am still working on what that "change" will be.
Below is the tournament and how it all played out. I might post a screenshot of the final show with the rest of the angles and matches later on.

- Post match Zbyszko gives Martel some illegal strikes that brings out security to hold Larry back.
The Crusher vs. Mad Dog Vachon - Mad Dog by pinfall
- Crusher was highly rated in this brawl which did not have the time it needed to be a renown match but Crusher can't go the time limit for no renown match-up.
Ox Baker vs. Nick Bockwinkel - Bockwinkel by pinfall
- Nick Bockwinkel is a babyface here but he has given hints of a possible turn.
- Ox is caught on camera wrecking the backstage area, one match after his loss.
