creativeleader81 here is the WCW International Light Heavyweight Division (so that we got some core talent ready for the launch of WCW Monday Nitro and the Cruiserweight Division).
Instead of Brad Anderson, I gave one of the remaining Armstrong's the Zan Panzer gimmick, while the other one was assigned The Falcon gimmick.
