Hey it's been a while! I have been doing life and playing a lot of TEW 2020 at times. I started a save for the Lethal Ring promotion in the War Of The Immortals mod. It is a promotion based in Hawaii. The product is similar to what Pro Wrestling Guerilla is. I have a very eclectic roster. Old school wrestlers and new blood. I think my top Franchise Players are Apollo, Jeff Hardy, Kane and Jimmy Snuka. The roster is growing. I will have to post more about it. I haven't had the time to stop and do a diary on it but I am not that far along though. Jeff Hardy and Kane are on the same side at this time. I have a L-Ring Championship and L-Ring Tag Team Championship. I need to jump back in it. I have a so many saves to go between. I have a lot of choices for game saves to play. Starting small companies like Lethal Ring can be really challenging. Mostly because no one wants to join you! So the roster looks a bit shit at first. I had Tazz on my roster and was excited about eventually making him the champion. Then he got taken out from under me by another company. So that sucked! Even if you don't have time to have a active diary, it's great with screenshots from the events. It is not Apollo Crews but a wrestler named Apollo who was a guy on the TNA roster when they first started. I do not think he was there for long. His name is spelled Apolo in the database for some reason. He has really good stats and from I have seen of him, he is an imposing figure. |

In my 11th test of my very modded & semi historical Territory daze run, Verne Gagne is just being Verne Gagne. He wins the title, runs with it for 2 to 3 yrs, loses it to Harley Race for 6 months, runs with it for 2 yrs and drops it to Harley again, this time for 3 months. Even in fiction, he doesn't 'get it'

Hey gang!
I have started yet another save!
I have am using some graphics I found online for California Pro Wrestling (CPW), that I found on another forum.
It is based in the Southwest with a Respectful Wrestling product but I am going to have that changed to something that will support just about all match types.
I had created the company and fast forwarded a year!
So many companies were going broke. I swept in and scooped some up!
I pillaged TNA and disbanded it! Whoa! What a load of talent I scooped up!
I have All Japan Pro Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling for my child companies.
I am not treating them as developmental territories. I want to see the AI develop the company while I watch from afar.
Some really good talent in those companies too!
I am really excited about having Kurt Angle on my roster! He is the X-Division champion. Well, the CPW X-Division champion.
I also pillaged and disbanded World Class Championship Wrestling. They were very low on the totem pole and I got some great talent!
Now, now I have a lot of talent. A halfway decent tag division. I have probably 80 active wrestlers.
I didn't have a TV show so I took TV shows from the 2 companies and ended up creating my own too.
So, I have 3 shows now took. Three...shows...to book. So yeah, it's a lot but I'm excited about getting this started!

Which promotions are the top 5 in the game world?
Hey dude! All Japan and WCW are owned by me as my "child companies" and still in business. Giant Baba is in place as the "owner" who will run the business and I can't seem to remember the booker's name right now, but I have entrusted them to run and make some money. In WCW, I have Eddie Graham as the owner and booker. In the War Of The Immortals VI mod, Eddie Graham has high Business and Booking stats and I am aware of his history. The top 5 in the game world? The mod has more than a few WWF/E companies for the different eras of the company. Same with WCW. There is WCW/nWo Pro Wrestling and then WCW. The WWF/E has WWF Classic, WWF New Generation, WWF Attitude, WWE, and WWE Universe. The WWE have their own alliance so they make bank. So, for the top 5 I think WWF Attitude is #1, WCW/nWo Pro Wrestling is #2, the NWA has their own promotion that is pretty great, and I think they might be #3. I think WWF New Generation might be #4 and then maybe New Japan Pro Wrestling might be #5. I don't have the game in front of me right now, but I think that's how it goes. |

From what I know, New Japan is doing really well. They have some of their best wrestlers ever on the roster currently. I do have Great Muta in AJPW, which I own. I might pull him over but he is SO popular in Japan and scores great for his matches. I think AWA is doing alright. They are low in overall promotion rankings though. They have enough money that I can't buy them out though. I have never seen Pro Wrestling America show up in a War Of The Imoortals mod. I am interested now though. I pillaged Pro Wrestling NOAH and disbanded the company. Which is a brutal move for me as a fan of NOAH. I was on a spree and decided I wanted some of the roster. I have Mitsuhara Misawa, Akira Taue, Akira Maeda, and Yoshinari Ogawa. I will have to work on getting those guys over though. |
