I have no idea what the WWN is but I am intrigued. Booking WWF '93 is a lot of fun. It was a peak time for me in my wrestling fandom. I need to get back to booking it in TEW 2016. Hopefully NWA's new flagship promotion will survive longer than the real WWN. Wikipedia Link
The strategy is to build a third national promotion to challenge WWF and WCW.

Are you going to have AI run it? The roster looks like a real grab bag. The AI did run the promotion from august 1993, so like you said they went on a wild spending spree. Stole talent from ECW, USWA and SMW to written contracts, but at the same time they did let go of Bob Orton Jr., Pat Tanaka and The Bruise Brothers (after the cooldown period I'll try to resign these workers). I took control of WWN in october 1993 so that I could take control of the NWA World Heavyweight title.
So I'm controlling WCW with Eric Bischoff as user character and WWN with Jim Crockett Jr. as user character. "Rowdy" Roddy Piper leaving his on hiatus status and sign was a huge surprise, because he is way more over than Stan Hansen (which declined).
So to build the rest of the roster, we will have to spam Jake Roberts, Roddy Piper and Hawk. Hawk is super over due to his WCW run and War Games match.

Interesting! Piper should be a great asset for you. Can't really go wrong with Hawk either. I need to steal more talent in some of my saves. I finally have a good GFX pack to you. I have started so many saves I almost don't know what to continue, but I'm having fun. So that's what matters to me.

November 1993 and ECW have ended the working agreement with Jim Crockett Jr's World Wrestling Network and the National Wrestling Alliance. ECW head booker Eddie Gilbert have just left the ECW together with The Dark Patriot (Doug Gilbert), which allowed Paul Heyman to take control of the promotion. Under Heyman's control ECW is beginning it's extreme route. Mustapha Saied missed the event due to transportationen, hence the singles match between Kronus and New Jack. Scoring 70 is good for a growing ECW and 80 for the main event is really good.

Dude! Those match ratings are awesome! I have gotten close to an 80 score for a match or a 70 show rating yet. I need Terry Funk but he's signed to WCW. This is a great though.

I am keeping my E.C.W with the NWA I think. In the WOTI mode, in the NWA alliance, the main NWA championships are available, and vacant. I am thinking of doing a tournament soon. Keiji Mutoh and Curt Hennig are my top guys in E.C.W I think. The NWA in 93 has some pretty great talent to choose from. I might be taking E.C.W the way of an NWA tournament because I am not sure what to do with it at the moment. Not sure what my goals are for the company yet. They are VERY low in popularity in the Tri State. I look forward to seeing where your save goes. |

Mutoh is one of my all-time favorites. I think Henning is definitely one of the best in ring generals too.
