What's the quickest way to roll a mod forward or back? To create a mod set in another year?

What's the quickest way to roll a mod forward or back? To create a mod set in another year? That must be the Gaz way of modding. Copy the data from Access into Excel and then quickly mass edit/change stats. Then copy the data from Excel and paste back into Access. That's how he could churn out all of those mods so quickly. |

Yes that is a quick method since you can apply filters and use mass filling/editing.
