I've been thinking about starting a modern day diary using the Pro Wrestling Sim game for a while now. But I don't want to use frequently used companies or scenarios (like WCW reborn or something). And I want it to be a slightly different scenario. Maybe Vince McMahon is fired from WWE and AEW hires him as creative director, working under Tony etc. etc. IDK. What do you recommend? I've always been curious what would have happened if a media mogul like Rupert Murdoch decided to enter the pro wrestling scene. |

Hey now! So in my most recent save (Lethal Ring wrestling, based out of Hawaii) I have pillaged and disbanded the 2 major territories in the Mid-South region, Mid-South Wrestling and World Class Championship Wrestling. I took a lot of talent from WCCW. So now in my save's universe Ring Of Honor is so in debt the company is open to talks of it being taken over. I have taken it over in my other saves, as child company and ended creating it as a separate brand. Now I have the opportunity to buy it again. I am thinking of pillaging it and taking what good talent I know they have. That said, I have so much talent. It's stupid. I have so much talent I haven not even begun to use and very few in actual storylines. It is the War Of The Immortals VI mod, so the talent is from many different eras. There are just so many wrestling companies in the game anyways. I don't know how much I will get to use the talent I do want. I could just take a handful. They have a pretty good Women's roster but I don't even have women's wrestling in Lethal Ring. So I would probably skip all of them. They have Harley Race, Lance Storm, Bryan Danielson, Chyna, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, and some more that I think might be worth it, or it will just make my mid-card more obese. I think I could have a roster of more valuable talent then. Currently I have a storyline of WCCW's Fritz Von Erich and some of his roster rebelling against the acquisition of WCCW by Lethal Ring. They still have their championships and have defended them on some shows. I need to see if my schedule is free enough to have a second show. Create a new WCCW brand probably. I need to check out contracts and be sure to resign what big talent I need to. In some other saves I have I am trying to bring some brands to an end and consolidate my talent. I have a Southwest Championship Wrestling that has a Lucha Libre brand. I tried to sign the best that I could. I became a burden to book it while I have a brand I really want to book. So I have released many workers and have gotten it down to talent I believe I want to carry over. The brand name or brand show will just become another show for SWCW. |

So I have a Southwest Championship Wrestling promotion I am running in a save with the War Of The Immortals mod. I have a main event singles championship, a Brass Knuckles/Hardcore championship, a tag team championship, an international tag team championship, and a United States championship. If for some crazy reason I wanted to create some regional based championships, what are some ideas for championships in the Southwest US region. I believe it is Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. I don't really see a reason for more championships, because I have another brand with International championships, BUT I have been trying to brainstorm to think what regional championships would be like. So I have a Southwest Championship Wrestling promotion I am running in a save with the War Of The Immortals mod. I have a main event singles championship, a Brass Knuckles/Hardcore championship, a tag team championship, an international tag team championship, and a United States championship. If for some crazy reason I wanted to create some regional based championships, what are some ideas for championships in the Southwest US region. I believe it is Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. I don't really see a reason for more championships, because I have another brand with International championships, BUT I have been trying to brainstorm to think what regional championships would be like. Asaemon Frank Reed Moore Well, if you really want and since California is way more rich than the other three states in terms of wrestling, you can have a SoCal Championship and a NorCal Championship. Either way, maybe that's unnecessary altogether. |
