Are you just going to relive the 80's like it says or are you gonna expand into the 90's and beyond that? JImmy Jack Funk Is the older brother of art barr, the American love machinem aND eddie Guerrero's old tag team partner in aaa who died ofcan overdose before he went to ecw right? Why'd they make this guy a Funk again? I remember Ted Arcidi, brief tenure but he still got an ljn figure. Apparently he got fired cause they signed Ken patera back after his 2 year prison sentence after he threw a rock at a McDonald's window, and they didn't want to build 2 wrestlers billed the world's strongest man. Instead of doing that why not have The feud over the right to be called the world's strongest man? I plan to keep going as long as I can get appropriate characters. The servers for this particular game shut down eventually, I'll have to stock up haha. I've made a few, but most of these are downloaded from a popular creator. And, definitely, the Jimmy Jack Funk character was a real head scratcher. I'm sorry but what do you mean by servers? i haven't really played any video games in about a decade, I just watch playthroughs and cutscene movies on YouTube nowadays. And what do you mean appropriate characters?

There are a lot of people who make these characters online - they weren't included with the game. Eventually, the game puts out a new version, like they do most years, and the year's previous version stops letting you download the player-made characters. Should be months away, so no biggie.

Week 3 of September, 1986 continues with another installment of Prime Time Wrestling! But first, a couple small pieces of business came up that should be noted: - Chief Jay Strongbow's contract is up in January of 1987, and he has decided he does not want to re-sign as a full-time wrestler. - Bruno Sammartino has expressed interest in retiring from in-ring competition. - An up and coming tag team was just signed, and will debut on the next episode of Superstars! Now that business is taken care of, on to the action! This week, both British Bulldogs will appear in singles action, and we will see the debut of Billy Jack Haynes! Adorable Adrian Adonis will take on Cousin Junior, and in the main event, it's Bundy and Studd vs. WWF World Champion, Hulk Hogan and none other than the 8th Wonder of the World, Andre the Giant! Enjoy!
Week 3, September, 1986WWF Prime Time Wrestling episode 2
FULL CARD:Barry O vs. Dynamite Kid Cousin Junior vs. Adrian Adonis Tiger Chung Lee vs. Davey Boy Smith Butch Reed and Don Muraco vs. Killer Bees Billy Jack Haynes vs. Terry Funk King Kong Bundy and Big John Studd vs. Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant FULL RESULTS:- Barry O vs. Dynamite Kid: Barry O established himself as one of the underrated high flyers in the WWF during this match-up, as Dynamite Kid had his hands full early. Eventually, Dynamite caught him with a big dropkick from the middle turnbuckle for the victory. - Cousin Junior vs. Adorable Adrian Adonis: Adonis unleashed some fury on an already-beaten Jay Strongbow the last time we saw him on TV, and this time would prove to be no different. After a solid match, with Junior showing himself to be quite the powerhouse, Adonis got the win, but it wasn't enough. After the bell, he continued the beat-down on Junior, met with boos from the crowd. - Tiger Chung Lee vs. Davey Boy Smith: Tiger Chung Lee brought experience, but it would't be enough. Smith landed shot after shot, and ended the match with his second Powerslam of the evening. The Bulldogs finish the night undefeated in singles action. - "The Natural" Butch Reed and Magnificent Don Muraco vs. Killer Bees: Accompanied by both Mr. Fuji and Slick, Magnificent Don Muraco made his debut against one of the most dynamic teams in the WWF. Both Reed and Muraco displayed their strength, but the Killer Bees used speed, and an element of surprise, when B. Brian Blair caught Reed for the pinfall. The crowd was into this fight. - Billy Jack Haynes vs. Terry Funk: Billy Jack Haynes made his debut and drew the toughest guy in the locker room in Terry Funk. Funk and Haynes beat the snot out of each other all over the arena, with Funk hitting a beautiful Moonsault, and Haynes nearly submitting him with his Full Nelson. A bloody Funk got caught with a Spinebuster, and Haynes got the 1-2-3. What a debut for Billy Jack. - King Kong Bundy and Big John Studd vs. Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant: Bundy and Studd faced their toughest challenge yet in the World Champ and his friend, Andre the Giant. Hogan and Andre had the slight upper hand until the match moved outside the ring. Bundy dropped Hogan from above his head to the floor, and he was hurt. Hulkster wasn't able to answer the 10-count, and Bundy and Studd picked up the count-out victory. A stunned crowd looked on, as Hogan realized what had happened. Episode 3 of Superstars of Wrestling will be next up! Remember, this weekend, we have our first arena show. This one will be at Madison Square Garden, and like the MSG shows from the 80s, they mostly toss storyline aside and just put on entertaining match-ups. We will try to do the same with Live at MSG. We are happy to announce a 20-man Battle Royal to open the show! Don't miss it!

Before we get started, quick announcement - our first match announcement for the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event. Tito Santana has beaten Randy "Macho Man" Savage twice in a row, and looks to make it three - but this one is for the Intercontinental Title. Don't miss Santana-Savage at SNME!
This week on Superstars of Wrestling (ep. 3), Kamala will be in action, as well as a couple very important debuts - one in the tag team division that should really turn some heads! We also see more from the Dream Team vs. U.S. Express feud, as Brutus Beefcake and Dan Spivey lock horns in a singles affair. Our main event pits Rowdy Roddy Piper against the ever-dangerous Hercules. You won't want to miss this!Week 3, September, 1986WWF Superstars of Wrestling episode 3
FULL CARD:Pete Doherty vs. Kamala Terry Gibbs and Iron Mike Sharpe vs. The Rockers Outlaw Ron Bass vs. George Steele The Moondogs vs. The Islanders Dan Spivey vs. Brutus Beefcake Hercules vs. Roddy Piper FULL RESULTS:- Pete Doherty vs. Kamala (w/ Kimchee): Kamala continued his path of destruction, and it headed right through The Duke of Dorchester. The match ended when Kamala hit Doherty with his big splash for the win. Kamala should be mentioned in title discussion very soon if this keeps up! - Terry Gibbs and Iron Mike Sharpe vs. The Rockers (Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty): The Rockers are the most recent signees in the world of the WWF, and they are one of the top teams in the country! Michaels and Jannetty drew the likes of Gibbs and Sharpe - two veterans - for their first scrap. Showing their speed and acrobatic abilities, The Rockers were victorious when Michaels hit an elbow off the top rope for the pin on Gibbs. What potential this young team showed here tonight! - Outlaw Ron Bass vs. George "The Animal" Steele: Ron Bass made a tough debut tonight against one of the most unpredictable wrestlers in the world in George The Animal. A brutal fight saw them in and outside the ring, but Steele finally figured it out, and began to land vicious moves to wear Bass down. A series of elbow drops finally ended it in Steele's favor, but not before Bass showed heart and won the crowd's respect. Great debut, even with the loss, for Bass. - The Moondogs vs. The Islanders (Haku and Tama): Moondogs Spot and Rex are two of the meanest individuals you could ever meet, and The Islanders found that out, first hand! A great tag match, it was well-fought by both sides, but the Moondogs proved to be too powerful. The end of the match saw Tama in trouble, and Haku came to his rescue, but got dropped across the top rope. Spot landed a huge boot to the face of Tama, and got the pinfall. The Moondogs just dished out a beating. Wow. - Dan Spivey (w/ Mike Rotundo) vs. Brutus Beefcake (w/ Greg Valentine and Lucious Johnny Valient): The U.S Express and The Dream Team have been clashing all month, and it culminated in another singles match between the two teams - this time Spivey and Beefcake locked horns. A very even contest, Beefcake started to gain the advantage after ramming Spivey into the guardrail outside the ring. Beefcake surprised Spivey with a huge double axe handle to the face for the win. Spivey was stunned, and had a hard time recovering. These two groups flat out do not like each other. - Hercules (w/ "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff) vs. Rowdy Roddy Piper (w/ Corporal Kirschner): The quarrel between Orndorff and Kirschner has spilled over to include Hercules and Piper, now, and this match came to a head quickly. Hercules landed power move after power move, but the cagey veteran Piper used his new found crowd-support to rally back. The match ended in favor of Roddy Piper when he got his patented Sleeper hold locked in, and Hercules went to sleep. Orndorff and Kirschner were chomping at the bit to get to each other, but calmer heads prevailed. For now. Piper with the submission win. At the end of this show, a new match was announced for Saturday Night's Main Event. The U.S. Express will face off with The Dream Team, once and for all, in tornado tag team action. That means all four men in the ring at once. This match should settle things between the teams finally! Our next event is this weekend, at the historic Madison Square Garden! Get ready for Live at MSG, with a 20-man battle royal already having been announced to open the show. Don't miss it!

The weekend is here, and that means it's time for our arena event at the historic Madison Square Garden! With so much wrestling history confined to those four walls, MSG provides one of the most magical venues in all of professional wrestling. And tonight was no different. We open the show with a good old 20-man Battle Royal! Also in action will be Bret Hart, Junkyard Dog, Big John Studd, and many more. Special guest stars Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant will also be on hand, along with a MSG classic - a man who has done it all here - Chief Jay Strongbow! Enjoy the evening - we are Live at MSG! Week 3, September, 1986WWF Live at MSG episode 1
FULL CARD:20-man Battle Royal Rip Oliver vs. Ricky Steamboat Dick Slater vs. Chief Jay Strongbow Shawn Michaels vs. Bret Hart Iron Sheik vs. Junkyard Dog Billy Jack Haynes (w/ Hogan and Andre) vs. Big John Studd (w/ Bundy) FULL RESULTS:- 20-man Battle Royal: (Participants: Marty Jannetty, Outlaw Ron Bass, Frenchy Martin, Jim Powers, Don Muraco, Moondog Spot, Hillbilly Jim, Lanny Poffo, Hercules, Ted Arcidi, Tiger Chung Lee, Pedro Morales, B. Brian Blair, Butch Reed, Adrian Adonis, Cowboy Bob Orton, Kamala, Haku, Terry Funk, Harley Race) This was a fun Battle Royal that came down to Kamala and King Harley Race in the end. They regrouped and squared off, with Race clotheslining Kamala over the top rope for the win. Impressive victory for the King. - Rip Oliver vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat: This match had upset written all over it from the opening bell. Rip Oliver took it to Steamboat, and beat him, pillar to post, around the ring area. He had the match in the bag, but Steamboat somehow survived, and got the win with a quick Flying Cross Body. Close one for Steamboat, and a stern reminder that Rip Oliver is for real. - Dirty Dick Slater vs. Chief Jay Strongbow: This was a match that featured one of the MSG staples in Jay Strongbow, and the crowd had a great time seeing him in action. It was a hard fought match, with Slater hitting him with a top rope back body drop, and Strongbow diving out of the ring onto a waiting Slater. In the end, The Chief caught Dirty Dick with a chop from the top rope, and got the victory. The crowd went nuts. - Shawn Michaels (w/ Marty Jannetty) vs. Bret "Hitman" Hart (w/ Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart): This match was a fast-paced, technical wrestling clinic that was exciting from the opening bell! The youngster Michaels worked his butt off to survive Hitman's attacks. Brawling, flying - they did it all. The end was a huge upset, as Shawn Michaels managed to nail Hart with a Superkick for the surprise victory. Bret Hart looked irate and Michaels lost his mind in celebration with his tag partner. What an upset! - Iron Sheik (w/ Classy Freddy Blassie) vs. Junkyard Dog: This was a match-up of two of the best that WWF has to offer. JYD caught Sheik early with strikes, and had the upper hand. Blassie interfered, distracting Junkyard Dog multiple times, but he was still able to hit his patented crawling headbutt and the Thump Powerslam! Just as he had the match won, Blassie interfered again, and Sheik was able to drop JYD with an atomic drop, followed by his Camel Clutch for the submission win. Close fought battle 'til the end! - Billy Jack Haynes (w/ Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant) vs. Big John Studd (w/ King Kong Bundy and Bobby Heenan): Billy Jack Haynes showed up to his match with Big John Studd, and he wasn't alone! The World Champion Hulk Hogan and the 8th Wonder of the World, Andre the Giant, joined him at ringside, in case things didn't go as planned. Bundy and Studd, alongside Bobby Heenan, tried to stay focused on Haynes, but the distraction was real. As Studd began the match, the chaos was palpable between the participants at ringside. Once the action started, it was mostly Studd getting the best of Billy Jack. Lots of distraction from both parties at ringside, Studd was able to wear down Haynes, and eventually ended it with a Bearhug submission. Andre and Hogan were furious, with Bundy and Studd celebrating the victory. We will definitely be hearing more about this situation soon. The show ended in absolute pandemonium, both groups trying to get at the other. What a main event! We start Week 4 with the third episode of Wrestling Challenge! Coming up next! Also, be on the look-out for updates on Saturday Night's Main Event. More matches will be officially announced soon!

It's week 4 of September, 1986, and we have some production notes to share with you before our next episode of Wrestling Challenge! - Dirty Dick Slater will begin to work exclusively as a heel, effective immediately, we hear. Also, he has apparently decided to drop the rebel gimmick, as it wasn't very popular in New York, and the other places he had wrestled lately.
- George "The Animal" Steele will go without ring music in the future. His previous theme wasn't received well, and it just didn't seem right for the character, according to management.
- Scott Casey has been re-packaged as Showtime Scott Casey, dropping the cowboy gimmick that he came from WCCW with. He will now be working as a tag team, for the most part, with Koko B. Ware. And, now - on to the wrestling!
Wrestling Challenge is a fun one this week, not without it's fair share of drama. We see the debut of Killer Khan, back from Japan with his familiar ferocity and disregard for the rule-book. Also in action, we will get to see the Rougeaus taking on the Can-Am Connection, Jake "The Snake", Honky Tonk Man, Koko B. Ware, and more! In the main event, the Tag Team Champion British Bulldogs take on the rough and tumble team of "The Natural" Butch Reed and Magnificent Don Muraco in a non-title match-up. Enjoy the show!
Week 4, September, 1986WWF Wrestling Challenge episode 3
FULL CARD:
- George Wells vs. Killer Khan - The Rougeaus vs. Can-Am Connection - S.D. Jones vs. Cowboy Bob Orton - Jimmy Jack Funk vs. Jake Roberts - Koko B. Ware vs. Honky Tonk Man - Butch Reed and Don Muraco vs. British Bulldogs (non-title)
FULL RESULTS:
- George Wells vs. Killer Khan: The show started with a debut from a veteran WWF mainstay in the early 80's, who spent time in Japan, and has now returned to test his skills against the best in the world. Tonight, he got George Wells, who put up a fight, but eventually fell to a huge Mongolian Spike. Impressive return from the big man from Mongolia... err Japan. - The Rougeau Brothers vs. The Can-Am Connection (Rick Martel and Tom Zenk): This was a back and forth contest between two of the WWF's most agile tag teams. The Rougeaus amassed some damage with double team moves, and got the pinfall victory after a standard Vertical Suplex. The whispers in the back after the match say that Zenk injured a rib just before that suplex, and was unable to continue. - S.D. Jones vs. Cowboy Bob Orton: S.D. Jones brought the fight to Orton, and it was a closer match than we expected! While Orton controlled the match with inside and outside the ring work, Jones was able to land some good punches, and test the chin of Orton. Cowboy Bob hit a Superplex from the top rope for the win. - Jimmy Jack Funk vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts: Jake Roberts continued his rise up the ranks against the third Funk brother, and we were reminded how tough Roberts actually is. He ended the contest with a short-arm clothesline, followed up by his patented DDT. Roberts looks like a contender. - Koko B. Ware (w/ Showtime Scott Casey) vs. Honky Tonk Man (w/ Jimmy Hart): This was a very even match from the beginning, with both men getting the upper hand at times. Scott Casey distracted Honky Tonk Man enough for Koko to land a big splash followed by a huge dropkick for the win. Casey debuted a new look, and the crowd was behind the new tag team. Hart and Honky Tonk were quite irritated leaving the ring. - "The Natural" Butch Reed and Magnificent Don Muraco vs. The British Bulldogs (w/ Captain Lou Albano) (non-title): This match was surprisingly one-sided early on, as Muraco and Reed jumped out to an advantage, hitting double team moves and keeping the pressure on with big strikes. Davey Boy Smith was able to come back, and regain the upper hand for the Bulldogs, but it was short lived. After a tussle outside the ring, Muraco caught Dynamite with a huge discus punch, followed with a huge haymaker that looked to put his lights out! Muraco and Butch Reed scored the massive upset win in this non-title affair, the Bulldogs looked stunned! As the show was going off the air, a match was announced for the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event! Jake "The Snake" Roberts will be taking on the strong man, Ted Arcidi! What a test for both men - one to look forward to! Also, it was mentioned that Tom Zenk was injured during his match with the Rougeau Brothers, leading to the abrupt ending in their match. It was reportedly a rib injury, and he may miss time. See you next time with Prime Time Wrestling!

As the second week of September, 1986 comes to a close, we are treated to another episode of Superstars of Wrestling! This week, we see Greg Valentine attempt to avenge the loss of The Dream Team to the U.S. Express on last week's show, as he faces Mike Rotundo in singles action. The Young Stallions (Jim Powers and Paul Roma) take on The Rougeau Brothers, and we will also see Jake "The Snake", Sivi Afi, Junkyard Dog, and many more. Our co-main event stems from an incident on last week's Superstars episode. After Orndorff landed a sneaky low blow on Kirschner following their match, the Corporal demanded to get even. So, this week they face each other again in a tag team match, and each guy has brought along a mystery tag partner! Enjoy the show! Week 2, September, 1986WWF Superstars of Wrestling episode 2
FULL CARD:Dick Slater vs. Sivi Afi The Young Stallions vs. The Rougeau Brothers Mike Rotundo vs. Greg Valentine Moondog Spot vs. Jake Roberts Paul Orndorff and mystery partner vs. Corporal Kirschner and mystery partner Junkyard Dog vs. Honky Tonk Man FULL RESULTS:
- Dick Slater vs. Sivi Afi: Slater started off taking control, but Afi's speed and striking took over. Sivi Afi got the win after a nice cross body, which followed a brutal punch/kick/chop combo that almost ended the match. - The Young Stallions (Paul Roma and Jim Powers) vs. The Rougeau Brothers: This was a back and forth fight that featured two of the best teams in the WWF. The Rougeaus ended up getting the win after a nice leg lariat. - Mike Rotundo (w/ Dan Spivey) vs. Greg Valentine (w/ Brutus Beefcake and Lucious Johnny Valiant): After getting distracted and losing last week, Valentine looked to get his revenge. Controlling most of the match, he was stunned by a drop to the turnbuckle, followed by a big Samoan Drop type move from Rotundo. Rotundo wins! - Moondog Spot vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts: Spot was tough, like always, but Roberts wore him down, and finished the match with a short-arm clothesline. After the match, we got to meet Damien the snake. - Paul Orndorff and mystery partner vs. Corporal Kirschner and mystery partner: Orndorff came out first, and his partner was none other than Hercules. The bag pipes hit next, and we quickly realized that Kirschner had brought a friend, and that friend was Rowdy Roddy Piper! The match was a rough and tumble affair, with plenty of action from both sides. In the end, Orndorff hit Kirschner with a Piledriver and got the win. Reviewing the tape, Kirschner was able to grab the bottom rope at the count of 2, but the ref missed it and continued the count. We haven't seen the last of these two! - Junkyard Dog vs. Honky Tonk Man (w/ Jimmy Hart): Our main event saw the debut of Honky Tonk Man on Superstars, and he faced a crowd favorite in Junkyard Dog. JYD got the upper hand, and almost got the win with his Powerslam, but Honky Tonk was able to land the Shake, Rattle, and Roll to win the match-up. Next up is another episode of Wrestling Challenge!
Hey I was re watching this episode on YouTube when I realized something, why do the rougeau Brothers who are from Montreal Quebec Canada have a theme song that says their all American boys?

That was their heel music haha. I think they were kind of trying to ruffle feathers with it. Also says they hate all music except Barry Manilow haha.

Speaking of music let me pitch an idea about the honky Tonk Man. Okay before he became the greatest Intercontinental champion of all time his biggest claim to fame was part of a tag team in the Memphis territory called the blonde bombers. His partner was one of the moondogs Rex or spot I think his real name was Larry lanthem but I can't tell which one he was but the point they were famous for their concession stand brawls that served as one of the first examples of hardcore wrestling in America. My idea is instead of forming rhythm and blues with Greg Valentine, honky could bring in his former partner instead. The moondog would essentially be htm's roadie/bodyguard.
