How's any TEW IX? Any feedback? You should give the trial version a go before buying. Some likes it, while others prefers 2020 and other of the earlier games. Of the ones that don't like it, many mentions the way angles works in IX, compared to in the other games. |

I'm interested in TEW IX mainly because I’m concerned that the community might shift to it and leave earlier versions behind. I'm currently working on web scraping to create a large database and would prefer to do that in the most recent version of the game. However, the €40 price tag in Portugal feels abusive. While I can afford it, I don’t see the value in this game. The UI looks and feels outdated, and aside from a couple of new features, it seems largely unchanged from previous versions. Based on my experience with TEW, the core mechanics are unlikely to have evolved much. Since I prefer a sandbox experience, I’m not willing to pay €40 just to see a rating on my booking or to encounter random events that wouldn’t impact my fantasy booking. As a developer who works in various programming languages, I find it difficult to see where the effort went during the four-year development cycle to justify this cost. |

Help me out folks - how do I use the new angle system?! It seems very convoluted and not intuitive at all. Am I just being an idiot?
